Ulasan AKENO HOTEL

I wanted to give a Golden Stars to Akeno staffs, SPECIAL thanks esp. To Mr Zhong. He is superb helpful as we took a night flight and didnt slept well, arrived as early at 8am. He manage to upgrade our room and we had our check in ard 10am. My bb and I were overly exhausted almost fallen asleep in the restaurant. ( b1st were nice soup mianxian, although with not much variety) 5***** Cleanliness & Hygiene is our main concern. Very spacious large room, remote curtains, heater, big tub, 1WC, 1 bathroom were all spic and span clean, AC is adjustable too. It was such a wonderful trip to BJ. We will surely visit Akeno again! Very gentle lady rings 30mins before our checkout if we would like to extend our stay or they can extend checkout timing for us too. So warmth and lovely! I made the right choice booking experience. Authentic, spacious room. Beautiful stay and classy ambience. Delicious breakfast. Opposite an awesome gallery named Phoenix centre.

Location is right by Chaoyang Park and easy to find. Nearby amenities such as access to stores/shopping mall is very simple. The hotel reception is located in the 2nd floor of an office building (Jialong) and has clear signage. Maybe because it's more a business building, I found the environs more quiet and nice rather than too full of people. Judging by the other guests I saw at breakfast (by the way they had a fantastic selection of Chinese dishes and more standard Western fare), it seems more travellers are on business trips so as a tourist, I felt like I got to enjoy my time even more since I spent more time in the hotel. They gave me a free upgrade to a larger room and it was much appreciated. I thought their service was great (they left extra water bottles when they saw me using the tea set) but I think they probably don't have strong service in languages other than Chinese (saw them struggle a bit with a Korean guest at breakfast about how they had a selection of hot porridge (juk) guests can order.) However I think given their great demeanor, body language and translation apps can do the trick. Loved my stay, would definitely return.

The staff are very welcoming and nice. The location is also good.

Such an amazing experience staying here. The facilities are up to date and the breakfast was great. The bathtub was everything and the room was spacious. Would stay here again.

Great location and beautiful hotel

We had a fabulous week in the Akeno Hotel. Beijing was hot and crowded and the Akeno was the perfect retreat at the end of hectic days. The rooms are large, cool and clean with calm decor. The staff were friendly and did their best to be helpful at all times (good to have google translate on hand). Breakfast was extensive and delicious and catered to a variety of tastes. We also found metro, supermarket, corner store and small cafes within easy walking distance and a large park right over the road. The main train station, and airport were within easy reach and for sightseeing we ordered cars through Didi on WeChat straight to the door. We would highly recommend

Clean and comfortable

酒店位置近朝陽地鉄站，步行约5-7分鐘，但酒店樓下沒有便利店和超市，最好買了想要零食才回酒店，是扣分的地方。酒店房没有冷風或冷氣提拱，只有熱風提供，令房間比較悶熱，需要自行打開窗，令新鲜冷風入房間，要改善的地方。早餐種類一般，不是太多，每盤食物只有一個小火爐加熱，打開盤蓋有熱氣上升，但食物没有熱的感覺，味道一般，也是改善的地方。房間洗手間的燈偏暗，令人有點恐怖的感覺，也是改善的地方。房間跟相片一樣宽大，職員細心和有礼貌，房間整潔，值得一讚。

小紅書看到少主介紹，特意回程前一晚入住，結果就是中規中矩，酒店在路口邊上大廈的2樓，非常方便打車。房間寬敞，原木色系禪意風格，但是泡池很雞肋，因為水不夠熱，最熱的水放出來後很快就涼了，無法泡澡，泡池本來是我選擇這個房型的理由。最大槽點是房間竟然沒有加濕器，前台幫忙拿了加濕器，不是壞的就是不知道怎麼操作加水，北京冬天很乾，後面總是解決了，衹是因為不知道怎麼加水，半夜加濕器就停止工作了。之前住的酒店都是有配備容量水槽的加濕器，我一直以為這是北京暖氣房的標配。衞生細節不理想，拿出吹風機的那一刻，我都不想用了。但是酒店最棒的地方是床品很舒服，品質很高，一點不輸大牌五星。看得出來服務人員很盡職，衹是缺乏經驗。餐廳也是槽點，用餐的時候，廚房那個門一直啪一下開啪一下開，還能聽到掌勺的聲音。感覺像是在大排檔用餐。體驗後性價比一般吧

房間很大，格局很好，洗浴產品很好，有贈送水果和小食，讓人非常開心。早餐品種不多但非常好吃，贈送的正餐非常精緻，下附圖，大廚廚藝非常棒，讓人覺得物超所值。唯一美中不足的就是上餐速度比較慢，等一碗麪需要十多二十分鐘。 總體很喜歡，好評。 一些可以改進的地方：房間温度設定24度，略冷，且無法上調（試過調節控制面板温度，無效）； 淋浴水也略冷，不管多長時間，開到最熱也還是略涼； 房間擺設讀物為中國通史，略嚴肅，可以考慮新增一些散文或詩歌類等輕鬆讀物。
