Ulasan Holiday Inn Express Bejing Downtown, an IHG Hotel

Great location, friendly staff, a different breakfast everyday, and especially thanks for Anne 小郝 assistant for laundry scanning. For sure will consider IHG for future trips

I did a lot of tips to travel to Beijing, including seeing this hotel, choosing this hotel because he is an IHG brand quality will not be bad, after staying in the hotel, I really feel that this hotel is really excellent, whether from the perspective of geographical location or from the service hygiene, the room is not able to feel any imperfections. I can smell the faint fragrance when I enter the hotel, I like this smell very much, the hotel is at home, everyone has a smile on their faces, tired day and feel very warm, every staff member takes care of me; The room is tidy, and it is just raining in Beijing, it is very comfortable in the afternoon in the room, I will come to take a hot bath when I am tired of playing, I feel very comfortable and good; There was a lot of variety for breakfast, I tasted the pancakes, although I was not used to it but it was delicious and loved it. The most important thing is that the location of this hotel is perfect, it was a wonderful trip to Beijing, I love Beijing

The hotel was nestled in a hutong area, and even some taxi driver do not know where it is. But overall, hotel was clean, but washroom was a little bit small. The front desk was helpful, especially JiaJia.

Fantastic stay in a charming hutong! Perfect location to experience Beijing’s historic side, yet close to main attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was cozy and clean.A peaceful retreat with authentic local vibes—highly recommended.

We had a great time in Holiday Day Inn Express Downtown Beijing. It was close enough to Beijing Metro, Wangfujing and Forbidden City (if you are ok to walk about 30-40min walk). The laundry is definitely a plus point and they have a good breakfast spread and all day coffee for IHG members.

Hotel was a distance from the metro but if you walk through the Hutongs (use Baidu Maps or Gao De Di Tu), it’s about 10 minutes away! We enjoyed our stay there - the room was small but cosy & clean (and very quiet), staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast spread was decent & the coffee at breakfast deserves special mention! There’s also a QR code in the room which allows you to “order” amenities which we were very amused at - Additional complimentary bottled water was capped at 2 per day and a robot would deliver it to your room! That was quite cute. It was about a 30 minute walk to/from Wangfujing Street, which is perfect for an after dinner stroll. If you take a longer detour and go by 朝阳门南小街, there are quite a few local eateries as well which is interesting to see (and maybe eat! they look good) All in all, it was a great stay at Beijing Holiday Inn Express Downtown.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for restful nights after long days of exploring. I particularly appreciated the little details like fresh linens, a well-stocked minibar, and complimentary amenities. Location-wise, the hotel is ideally situated, close to major attractions and within walking distance of great dining and shopping options. The concierge team was incredibly helpful in offering recommendations and even assisted in organizing tours and transportation. Overall, my stay was nothing short of perfect. The combination of excellent service, luxurious accommodations, and convenient location made it a memorable trip. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and will be recommending it to friends and family. Five stars all around!

We had a great stay in Holiday Inn Beijing Downtown! We were taken care of greatly and the staffs are friendly and helpful . Rooms are clean and the location is ideal as we have easy access to various iconic locations in Beijing Definitely will come back for our next stay in Beijing

My sister and I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights from 22 Dec to 25 Dec 2023. All the staff are professional, friendly, warm, and engaging. Special shout out to the front desk staff, Luna Liu for her proactiveness in going the extra mile to make our stay here more delightful. I also want to mention about the male staff at the door. I forget to ask for his name. He is always wearing a smile and greet us politely. Definitely would stay here again when I visit Beijing.

The service here by the staff was top notch! Yu Xing helped me a lot with the laundry and also ordering of food delivery. Love her service attitude in going the extra mile. Location was very good to a lot of sights, but due to being located in a hutong, some drivers have complaints to drive in. But overall it was fantastic and I will stay here again for my next trip to Beijing!!

The hotel room is definitely worth the price, the room is nice, the service is good.

So much right about this hotel: new, clean, quiet, comfortable, friendly, convenient public transportation. The staff are very friendly (special mention to the ever-smiling doorman Xiao Han) and professional. Fantastic total-blackout curtains. Windows that open are also appreciated. The minor problems are the self-service laundry which seemed to need a phone app and had only Chinese language instructions. I would have preferred there option to pay in advance. The room’s clock was too bright.
