Excellent services and friendliness of the hotel staffing made me welcome during my stay here. Breakfast is good. Trip.com offer great chat services an solved my eSIM problem within minutes. Made my trip worry free.

We chose the location because it was close to visiting family, so it was in a local section of Kaiping. It was close to everything we needed. Shopping and restaurants were steps away. The rooms were clean. The staff were nice but spoke no English. It was nice having the free washer, but the dry cycle didn't work well, but we hung the wash to dry. It is a great budget friendly hotel.

The hotel's location is unbeatable. It's 5 mins walking distance to almost everything (drink, food, supermarket, massage etc.) However the hotel facilities are getting a little bit aged compared to my stay couple years ago and the room felt quite humid and a little bit odd smell.

The hotel is in a good location, near shops. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is okay and caters for Chinese and Western guests.

The hotel should be relatively new, the environment is OK, but the lighting in the room is quite dim, which is not friendly to the elderly. The room rate during the May Day holiday is not cheap, the cost-effectiveness is a bit insufficient, and a deposit is required for check-in. Although it is refunded immediately after check-out, it still feels inconvenient.

The hotel environment location is okay, but the hotel cleaning sister seriously harassed guests, 8:00 in the morning guests still resting, their own room door came in said to do hygiene, 9:00 and knocked on the door said to do hygiene, the above behavior seriously violated the privacy of guests and seriously affected guests' rest, hope the hotel seriously deal with this issue

The hotel rooms are very clean, downstairs is the East Point City, very convenient, the price is much cheaper than the Peninsula Hotel, next time will definitely stay at the Eastwood Hotel 👍🏻👍🏻 recommendation
