The hotel is good and bear to the metro line 7. It took 1 hour to reach to the city center and cost me 6 for one way.

The hotel is near the universal studio, making it easier to reach. The overall service is nice.

Except for the location that it is a 5-min drive to the Universal Studios, there is nothing special that I can say. The hotel is clean (which it should be), although it is near the subway station, it is very far from the city center (like an hour ride with the subway). The front desk staff are not very friendly, they did not even grant my free breakfast (which was stated in my Trip.com booking and asked me to pay an additional RMB30.00 if I wanted a buffet breakfast, and always giving me a suspicious look and asking me if I am booked in their hotel (like they don't recognize their guests). I can recommend this hotel to those who want to go early to the Universal Studios, but if you want to explore Beijing downtown, this is too far.

The location was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. Most importantly, it was close to Universal studio.

Actually works are so friendly. Location was perfect. Around the hotel lot if good Chinese restaurant and grocery shops. Unfortunately washing room is hard to get a shower. Water comes to toilet area. Need to solve that problem.

It is a very convenient location for those who are going to Beijing to see Beijing Universal Studio. It is 5 minutes away from the metro station, so you can go anywhere. The hotel is very clean. Toiletries are changed daily. there is a very delicious restaurant right next door. If you don't change the picture of the address of the hotel you posted on Trip.com, it's a bit confusing to find the hotel. Attached is a photo of the current exterior. maybe it's easier for non-Chinese speakers like me.

On the negative side: No one speaks English, NOT A SINGLE PERSON, the hotel hung up on me the night before we arrived when I asked for someone who speaks English and he said he doesn’t (which means he understood), our no smoking hotel smelled like smoke. On the positive side: the beds are clean and comfortable, the receptionist is nice with our very minimal Chinese she managed to understand and help. And the location is 15 minutes to Disney we woke up late and missed the shuttle bus and ended up paying 17 yuans for didi.

Great stay, location is great for beijing universal, pretty clean with a comfortable bed. Will stay again

Location is great for people who are visiting Universal studios. Friendly staff. Clean tidy rooms.

It is convenient to visit Universal Resort Being, nothing else.
