Ulasan Quality Inn & Suites Mall of America - MSP Airport

It's a great hotel, friendly employees. Breakfast has a great selection and always stalked. Clean hotel even the pool. Right on the bus line and close to places to shop and the mall of America. I would early stay again.

Upon arrival I was informed that they were charging a deposit again. They had stopped for well over a year, and without advanced notice they wanted a $100.00 deposit. I was not prepared for this and it left me short on money. They would not release it at checkout so I am still without my money. I also requested a late check out. I was told that I was in good standings with the hotel because I frequently stay there. They wouldn't let me do a late checkout. A new policy would charge me per 15 minutes past 11am. So to leave 1 hour later it would cost me $40.00. I don't think I will be back to stay again. Very disappointing. Breakfast was awful, they were out of everything. Cost goes up, quality goes down. Not so quality inn.

Check in was ok... Although clerk stated they were full when we arrived after midnight and we had booked thru their Res Dept. Once she found out I was a diamond member she then changed her attitude! Pool is down due to some funk in the pool Breakfast was so so, eggs were very salty! Coffee should be available all day but they only have it during breakfast hours, however, they will give you packets for your room but no creamer so I need to run over to Walmart to grab some!

Location is perfect. Hotel condition is average. Service is great except for late night clerk

It advertises there is a free shuttle. Wrong! They discontinued that when the pandemic hit. The photos are nice, but the place was a dump. It was unkept, door knob missing on the bathroom door, toilet broken, security chain lock broken. I will warn anyone and everyone not to use this facility until they do a major reparation. The person at the desk paid for the taxi to provide a ride to the airport when we left, now what do we do when we return? SO DISSAPPOINTED.
