Ulasan Quality Inn & Suites Mall of America - MSP Airport

Breakfast was awful, the 1st floor hallway was littered with garbage. The elevator button was broken.

Across the street from Walmart Supercenter so convenient. Not far from Mall of America. Great location.

The toilet is clog when we report to front desk , they gave us plunger

It's a great hotel, friendly employees. Breakfast has a great selection and always stalked. Clean hotel even the pool. Right on the bus line and close to places to shop and the mall of America. I would early stay again.

Upon arrival I was informed that they were charging a deposit again. They had stopped for well over a year, and without advanced notice they wanted a $100.00 deposit. I was not prepared for this and it left me short on money. They would not release it at checkout so I am still without my money. I also requested a late check out. I was told that I was in good standings with the hotel because I frequently stay there. They wouldn't let me do a late checkout. A new policy would charge me per 15 minutes past 11am. So to leave 1 hour later it would cost me $40.00. I don't think I will be back to stay again. Very disappointing. Breakfast was awful, they were out of everything. Cost goes up, quality goes down. Not so quality inn.
