Lobi nampak macam 5 bintang atau pun 6 bintang. Biliknya memang tak sedap hati. Maaf untuk harga. Kawalan kualiti Ctrip ada masalah. Maaf untuk harga ribuan malam.

Sudah terlalu usang, tandas disiram sepanjang malam, dan anak demam, jadi saya terlalu malas untuk menukar bilik. My girlfriend and I had wonderful time together in this hotel! Room was super clean, staff friendly, food delicious and the gym had lots of machines. Location is perfect, near national museum and forbidden city. A perfect spot for a lovely weekend with your partner:) 10/10

Fantastic service everywhere we roam within the hotel premises. Room is spacious, some parts seem dated but overall we love all that is provided in the apartment. Breakfast is superb, great quality of dishes and variety. One of the best we had.

Really love our stay in Grand Hyatt Wangfujing! We love the newly renovated room (and yesss the toilet has bidet!) and they have speaker too, the breakfast is superb (a lot of choices and it’s delicious), and the concierge team especially Cecilia is the best! She is really helpful in answering our enquries, finding our things that we bought online, help us make reservation at the restaurant, telling us how to go around by foot (forbiden city is around 15 mins walk) and she speaks a good english. Will stay at this hotel again when we go to Beijing next time!

I have generally only good things to say about my experience. The incredible upgrade from 2 rooms to an apartment was great. Breakfast buffet was included in my rate of choice, and it has one of the most amazing breakfast spreads I have seen. Location was already central and walkable mostly in mall to 2 adjacent MRT stations accessing 3 key MRT lines. I can only share one photo of 1 of the bedrooms, as the other room and my living room had my family inside. They even have fruit basket for me. My main minor gripe was that I wish they could also have provided disposable face masks that we then had to find ourselves. Face masks could help with the cold of winter that we underestimated. But all in all, it was really a great experience at Hyatt. Full marks !

Great stay at this hotel! Easy access to the Forbidden City and other attractions! Staff were great, especially Cecilia, the concierge. She was attentive and super helpful. She helped booked our high speed train and attraction tickets, which made our trip stress free and that much more enjoyable!

To be honest, it was really great and better than more expensive hotels in Beijing. I was so happy that I found the shopping street is exactly beside and also a mall is located under hotel. There are a lot of good restaurants around. There is smart toilet in the room. The staff were really kind and supportive and respectful. I would like to thank Yulia and Susan for their help. They are so well-behaved. Generally everything was great. I just hope that they can improve the quality of breakfast. 😊

The hotel is located centrally with wide range of international and local breakfast. The rooms and very clean and the house keeping crew is excellent in tidying up the room. The counter staff are very helpful, fast and responsive. excellent service and pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

I’ve booked an apartment with double bed room. It is huge and the size is like a 2 bedroom apartment. We’ve also got a rollaway bed inside the bedroom. The bathroom is equivalent to a bedroom size too! In addition, the staff are very responsive and efficient. Grand Hyatt has become my next to go hotel in the future.
