Love the Family suite. Kids loved their own room and corner. A little small in the living area but big spacious rooms. Hotel is great, just next to a connecting mall. Lots of food and shopping to do. would love to come again.

The location for this hotel is fantastic, near the shopping mall. Have many restaurants around. It's only a bit of concern is the heavy traffic, besides that are perfect. Definitely will come back again.

Everything else can be done but not the service, I’ve been to many hotels in Jakarta, five stars, this is the hotel with the true service, I’m talking about professional service, if you are tired of hustling with hotels, this is the best one to choose, they know what they are doing and they are willing to help you.

The hotel is very good, especially in terms of restaurant service, because my English is not good, fortunately I have a name nadya Waiter good service and helpful in Mandarin.

I don’t expect much of a Hilton Garden Inn but the bathroom was horrendous. The location made up for this shortcoming and for the fact that I was only staying for a night and we left early in the morning way before the checkout time. I still expect cleanliness in the bathroom to be more coming from the Hilton brand. But was greatly disappointed.

Had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly too. Hoping for 24-hour in-room dining next time. Will definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Jakarta!

Location near to airport , mall is downstair next to lobby so convenience the receptionist are so friendly and helpful

24 hour room service was not available. May be it’s because the hotel Is connected to the shopping mall with many Japanese and Chinese restaurants. Room is quite small but good enough for a night stay. Breakfast was normal and inexpensive . Please be reminded that those luxury taxi team was bad as they cheated me to pay 3 times more expensive than normal taxi as they said this hotel was located in another zone. Actually it’s not that far. So just get in normal taxi with meters is more safe if you travel from the airport.

The front desk and service personnel of this hotel know how to do the right thing at the right time. Totally happy with my stay here. Love they way the bathroom amenities are presented and provided.
