Ini bukan kali pertama menginap di DoubleTree by Hilton Beijing. Setiap kali saya memilih lagi kerana pengalaman yang menyenangkan. Hotel ini mempunyai lokasi yang sangat baik, perjalanan yang mudah, kemudahan dalaman yang lengkap, dan banyak pusat membeli-belah luaran. Sangat gembira untuk pergi ke Niujie untuk memasak kambing! Kakitangan perkhidmatan hotel istimewa Elsa&Amanda, perkhidmatan yang mesra dan penuh perhatian membuatkan kami berasa hangat, seolah-olah kami berada di rumah. Dengan ini mengesyorkan. Datang lagi lain kali.

Location is good, the hardware in room is kind of old and also need more light in room, it is too dark especially at night.

Excellent location with the Rainbow mall next to hotel and another smaller mall close by. Metro is also a few minutes away so easy to navigate the sights of Beijing. Much appreciation to Elaine in particular and also Mark who worked in the restaurant and assisted my sister during breakfast. She has strict dietary restrictions and they both ensured she had plenty of food and it was suitable for her needs, so thank you both! Hotel lobby and hallways are attractive but room is run down and could do with renovation, the age is showing, however it was manageable for 4 nights. Bedding was changed after two nights, that was appreciated. For 200 extra per night, I added breakfast for two and we had evening snacks/smaller dinner in the executive lounge which was great value. Overall it wouldn’t be my first choice because of the room but customer service from the restaurant and location were both superb!

Clean room and centrally located. Comfortable stay.

The hotel is located close to Line 7 metro station, 2 stops from the West Railway Station. The room was very comfortable, especially the bed. The Chinese restaurant serves delicious food. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hotels seems old, need many improvements n renovation, 3 days could not really sleep well, breakfast is 3 star standards..... By the way staffs are nice, friendly helpful...

The service was excellent and we felt so safe staying with this hotel in Beijing. We are please and very thankful the hotel staffs and manager’s take care my daughter while she has stomach ache/ problems while stay there for the last day. Special thanks to hotel manage Mr. Owen Chang’s help.

It was great! I really enjoyed the good location and the nice staff. Overall the breakfast had a great variety to chosse from.

Very nice and clean hotel . Location is great . A mall is adjacent and lot of food options available. Also train station is very nearby walking distance

Near to attractions. Though the cab don’t usually turn in, this is the only slight inconvenience. Other than that, all is good.

Excellent location with easy access to metro. The room felt warm and stuffy even when outside temperature was at 9°C and air-conditioning turned on. Overall experience was good.

It is located to one of the best place in Beijing.There are from CVS to grocery stores. Close to the subway station. And it is close to both Beijing railway west and south station. But There are lots wears and tears. I believe it needs to be renovated soon enough. Other than location l, it is just ordinary hotel to drop by. Oh, one more thing. The staffs including house maids are one example of professionalism.

I will not be staying here again. For a hotel with this price, I would expect at least 1 person to speak English. This was not the case. Very frustrating, not even being able to order a taxi. They have some sort of translater device which works very bad. Pricing is very high compared to quality and hygiene, very old room and not very clean.
