Ulasan Grand Metropark Yuantong Hotel Beijing

This was my second stay here. The first time, they upgraded my room, which left a good impression, so I booked again. Overall, it was a pretty good experience, but the bedside lamp seemed to have a loose connection; it kept flickering every time I turned it on, which hurt my eyes. I eventually had to unscrew it myself. The heating from the AC unit was really ineffective. I turned on the electric heater, but then the room got too dry, so I turned it off again. In the end, I still woke up cold in the morning.

The service is exceptional and warm. Every feedback was welcome and worked on. Appreciate the close attention and kind gestures by the hotel desk and hotel cleaning team. Highly recommend this hotel for business travellers.

Near summer place

Rooms were nice and new and hotel is located at a quiet but convenient spot right next to the metro station. However, the hotel only offered 2 bottles of free water a day and both robots weren't functioning during our stay so we had to pick-up food from the lobby. Other than the rooms, the hotel itself is quite old and lifts were slow. Also the TV didn't support screencast which was a let down. Overall, stay was quite pricey for what was given.

Not a typical tourist hotel. But conveniently located above the subway station. And Next to the Mei Lan Fang Opera house. The hotel is an older facility. Front desk is located on the second floor. It is on par to a standard 3 star hotel. Front desk staff are very friendly. When I requested a late check out, they were able to accommodate me.  Wifi is a bit tricky, as it requires a local phone number to verifyfy. But if you contact the front desk, they will send someone who can help you to verify.  Overall reasonable service, paid laundry and dry cleaning services. Breakfast not included in my booking. But I believe you could book with breakfast.

I loved the attention to detail, from the sleek furniture to the high-quality toiletries provided in the bathroom. Cleanliness was a priority, and it showed throughout the hotel. My room was spotless when I checked in and was maintained perfectly throughout my stay. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, and the public spaces were just as immaculate. Breakfast was a wonderful way to start the day. The spread was diverse, with something for everyone—fresh fruit, a variety of pastries, hot dishes, and delicious coffee. It was clear that quality ingredients were used, and everything was prepared with care. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Great location, excellent facilities, impeccable cleanliness, and delicious breakfast—everything exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in town!

Right next to the subway. Nice facilities and the TV had a bunch of (English) movies to watch. The room was nice and warm for the Beijing winter.

The room was very clean and newly decorated. The bathroom had no odor. The location is excellent. There is a subway station downstairs, which makes travel very convenient. I will consider it again next time.

It's within the Second Ring Road and close to the subway entrance. It's convenient to go anywhere. The service is also very thoughtful. It's very close to the White Pagoda Temple. There are many popular food restaurants around. You don't have to worry about eating, drinking and having fun.
