Nice and spacious. Employees are nice but none of them speaks English while it's located in a district full of foreign tourists. Breakfast is ok. Real fruit juice and some wester options (such as real cheese, cold cut and break from a proper bakery) would be a plus (it's Beijing, that's not so difficult to find). In the lobby, there are 2 jerseys of the French football team "Paris Saint Germain". Accord hotel group is one their sponsors, but that can be seen as very offensive by customers who don't agree with the foreign policy of the Canadian owner of the team (the state of Qatar, famous for financing ********************************).

I love this hotel. Everytime I visit Beijing, I stay here. It's in a great location, close to restaurants and bars. The staff is super helpful, and everything is clean and generally on point. I really enjoy staying here.

A pleasant stay at PEK. This hotel location can take you to most of the city's tourist attractions quickly and conveniently.

It's a nice hotel that is clean and with good service, rhe breakfast had a good variety of food. The temperature of the air-conditioning in the room was fixed cause it was not yet summer and this was a minor annoyance as it was a bit too warm for my husband and me. The receptionist however was very helpful and arranged a fan for us upon our request which solved the problem. Though it might be worth mentioning that this particular Mercure hotel is not managed by Accor so you don't get any Accor loyalty points for your bookings. Location wise it's convenient for us when taking shared rides, but not so much if you rely on metro.

The room is comfortable and clean and specially the toilet system is fantastic. However, at this time of the season we are caught in a situation whereby heating system is on but weather is hot resulting the room is hot and cannot comfortably stay in the room to enjoy it.

Good breakfast. Room is good size. Only drawback is they kept the room temperature a bit too high and I could not adjust but they offered a fan. The fan did made a slight difference. Nespreso in the room

Air conditioners not works in rooms, temperature in room 27-30 degrees, it’s too hot. We cancelled booking after 1 night in room, it was very bad. Crew doesn’t know English, and dont’t understand you without translator in phone. Location is so-so, good parks outside hotel, good chinese breakfast

The air conditioning was broken in all the rooms. Way too hot and stuffy. Unacceptable for a hotel at this price.

Great location. Close to all the attractions and nice food places near by. Have supermarket right downstairs which is so convenient. The laundry room is great and free for guests to use. Washing machines and dryers clean very well.

Truly a great hotel. The staff are friendly and super helpful. Rooms are clean and warm and well decorated. Breakfast had many options. I was super happy and will book here again.

Room 1806 TV not working, according to technician who came, he can’t do anything as this is new system and has not complete the programming. Aircondition is not working in both rooms, my family literally sweating in room and need to open window to allow cold air to come in , and the street noise also comes in. Room 1808 is non smoking room but when we moved in, there is very strong smoke smell. Can see the cigarette ash at the corner on toilet floor
