Impeccable service. The counter ladies were extremely warm and accommodating. Free laundry service every day. Quaint house with a wonderful rooftop balcony. Charmung and lovely decoration. Very convenient location nestled in the ancient hutongs. Delicious breakfast and tea every day! The only issue was the unpredictable temperature of the water shower and we could not flush the toilet paper down the toilets - not the hotel's fault but legacy sanitation problems inherited from the old hutong system. Really highly recommended. The children enjoyed their stay immensely.

Lezai Nanluo Boutique Hotel was truly one of the most unique stays I have ever had the pleasure to experience! It was the perfect location to explore historic Beijing Hutong neighborhoods and easy access to all the major sites, including the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, and Wangfujing shopping district. The hotel itself was gorgeous, with a beautiful mix of modern comfort and traditional architecture. It felt very private and lush, with a cozy little courtyard and terrace. Booking included complimentary breakfast (amazing spread, all made in-house) and afternoon tea with a selection of delicious treats. The most stand-out part of our stay was the service. The staff are fluent in English and offered concierge advice, recommendations, bookings, and assistance with all parts of our stay. If you are thinking of exploring Beijing and looking for a truly unique experience, I would highly recommend this beautiful boutique hotel!

Very comfortable stay, Warm & humble staff, help send us till taxi. Free tea & tea Set as gift. Even after check out we come back in evening around 4 still offered tea and coffee. Excellent breakfast.

Super cute hotel with tons of aesthetic courtyard views. It's right next to a main hutong street with lots of snacks and vendors but despite the close proximity it was actually very quiet. Would stay here again

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. When we checked out, they offered to carry our luggage from the hotel to the pick-up location of our vehicle.
