We did not got any check in detales beforehand. It was very inconvenient to find somebody who speaks Chinese and could call for details.
Our bad was clean, but the rest of the room was awful! It needs not only cleaning but renovation. At first they gave us a stinky smoking room. We asked for a different one. We strongly do not recommend this place.

The apartment is nice, clean and surrounding with shopping malls and foods, also near to subway. The 管家 and the lady I contact with very helpful and prompt in responding my queries. Very satisfy and will stay again in future. Highly recommended! Thanks for the great service!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The service is good, the lady whom I am in contact with regarding the apartment stay is very kind and helpful. They keep the apartment clean. The location is near to Dawanglu metro station, which is conveniently connected to a mall. There are convenience stores, coffee stores like Luckin Coffee, tea stores like Heytea, nearby. Thank you for the good stay! 👍🏻

The apartment is nice, quite & clean, location is very convenient, between 2 subway ( Guomao & Dawanglu), there are some yummy local food restaurant surrounding.
The equipment inside the room are work very well. The owner, Mr. liu is very polite & helpfull, he help us to call Didi many times a day. We really enjoy our trip to Beijing, We stay here for 5 nights & will stay in this apartment again next time if we come to Beijing & introduce to our friends.

房間寬敞，做公寓佈局合理。視野好，通風采光不錯。
衞生：衞生乾淨。
環境：位置極佳，交通方便，樓下小館不少。所住可直觀國貿高樓，算是個景觀吧。

房間空間很大，設施齊備好用。網絡很快，周邊吃東西或叫外賣都很方便，到周邊逛街或遊玩，走路去大望路地鐵站走路最多十分鐘，一號線可以和多條地鐵線路換乘。打車到周邊包括天安門都很方便，基本30分鐘左右都能到達（當然大型節假日限行時，建議最好地鐵到最近站再步行或共享單車，打車遇到沒有經驗的司機會很尷尬）。
該酒店式公寓是管家式服務，有需求或個性的建議都可以直接聯繫到管家或客服。10-1第一天從機場過去前，就感受到了客服和劉管家的熱情周到。度假期間有任何問題聯繫他們，都能很快回復，衹要是合理需求，都能快速解決。
這次臨時加一個摺疊床，10-2比較晚提出需求，畢竟國慶人多，沒想到10-3白天都安排好了。還有打掃時間也是充分尊重客人的意見，當天不需要或特定時段的需要，衹要跟管家或客服説一聲就行。
遺憾的是由於着急趕高鐵，收完東西忘記拍照記錄一下。以後北京行，還會選擇入住。

地理位置在商務核心區，周邊購物和餐飲選擇豐富，離地鐵站距離也很友好。
房間佈局合理，設施功能齊全。特別感受是城市景觀日夜變換挺賞心悦目的。
