After your first night's check-in, your friend checked out and then returned to the hotel that same day. Due to limited room availability that day, and after explaining the situation to your friend, the room you stayed in was not the same as the first night's room. We appreciate your understanding. For the third night, you booked a room with a window, so the front desk suggested you change to a more comfortable room with a window. This resulted in different room types and accommodations each day. Regarding your claim of someone trying to steal your phone to leave a positive review, this did not actually happen.
