So far it’s all good, but i think trying to more friendly to guests is more important especially for receptionist some of them, overall I’m enjoy

I got really bad experience in this hotel. Only location is the perfect other the worst. Stuff can’t speak English , some of them tried to use translator app. In the bathroom water was leaking from the ceiling , they sent workers to fix and another day again the same problem. Door bells randomly rang at night when we were deep sleep , twice happened this after that we couldn’t able to sleep. Not sound proof walls. There were noises in the corridor. Every day another issues in the room. They don’t provide robes to guests. When check out day came, ( I had late check out gift from this app.) before 12 they started calling and knocking on the door. Even they didn’t know that I had late check out and they got to know from me about it. I didn’t have good rest this hotel. Price and quality doesn’t match each other. As for breakfast it was very poor. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. 😡❌❌

I stayed Xiao Xiang several days, and I enjoyed it so much. Hotel staffs are so helpful. Thanks everyone

The ceiling height in the corridor is 2m, in the room you can reach the ceiling with an outstretched hand. The room is tiny, not neat, everything that happens in the corridor is as if in the room, it is possible to eat only Chinese cuisine for breakfast. breakfast from 7 to 9 a.m. The hotel room and comfort do not meet expectations. I do not recommend staying here. something leaked in the bathroom upon arrival and the toilet seat is not fixed. half of the switches do not work in the room.

Air conditioner of this hotel doesn't work properly, after two days, and complaining for several times they changed my room which was better than the first one but still air conditioner is not good enough. Wifi is really poor, after 11pm i guess they limited the access. Location is excellent,restaurants just outside are superb. Metro station is really close. If you don't mind poor air condition you can pick your stay here.

It was a lovely stay. Perfect location, room was super new and clean, we enjoyed it. Totally recommend!

Room smelled a little stale and sweaty. Kind of old facilities. But still nice enough.
