Wonderfull staycation in Dumai especially at Patra Dumai Hotel, the people very kind and humble , they give me explanation about their product, the room was comfortable and nice but the shower very hot. The food was delicious, thanks again for nina for every inch of information here

Comfortable hotel in Dumai, near from gas station and a** centre. Delicious food “sop pindang iga” and milo dinosaurus, room is very good with air purifier and thanks to nina for nice services. See you again soon, ill recommend to all of my friends

Large parking area, close to where I work, still near the Pertamina RU ll refinery area, the rooms are clean, the food at breakfast is delicious, the staff are friendly, the hotel a**osphere is comfortable and warm, if we are lucky we can try their angkringan food every Saturday evening, thank you to patra dumai hotel and mr.rezki who helped me during the check in and check out process, thank you and enthusiasm for the staff on duty, you are amazing
