Very clean and very nice stay. The shower is nice and the bed is very comfortable. The staff is also super friendly !!

My room was the cheapest and it had a window to a wall about 80 cm away so that was the only problem The other rooms lost bit more but absolutely worth it , good breakfast very friendly staff and helpful in every way.. Any time again!

as always, a stay that feels like home. hotel staffs were very helpful and friendly despite the language barrier. clean, cosy and warm for winter. convenient with a mart downstairs, local restaurants within walking distance and metro nearby.

Tiniest Atour hotel I’ve been. Understandable since its in Beijing. No TV movies in the room. But clean, good looking, and all over OK.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff provided top-notch service throughout my visit. The generous breakfast options exceeded my expectations, making my overall experience truly enjoyable. The free laundry services made my stay extra comfortable. Decent hotel but the front door photo of the hotel on Trip is inaccurate. That’s actually the back door. The front door near the main road is not as nice as the picture seem. Other than that, service is great

We booked a room with courtyard view, which has a window but only limited views. When the manager at the reception heard my wife’s comments he immediately upgraded us, very nice! The room was spotless clean and everything worked as it should. Breakfast buffet was great, the usual Atour standard with very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel location is in a relaxed neighbourhood, with subway only 5min walk, plus several buses into central Beijing stop right in front. A well sorted supermarket is below the hotel and good restaurants are right around. We will definitely come back next time in Beijing.

Very good and hospitable personnel. We are glad that we met those people during our first visit to China. They helped us a lot with everyday challenges we faced with. Even questions outside their responsibilities like call a taxi or help with luggage logistics to another town. Great!

Good location for Panjiayuan market. Clean. Staff were friendly.

總體體驗感很棒！房間很乾凈，沒有異味，隔音效果不錯，遮光簾一拉超好睡，床真的很舒服很舒服拯救了每天特種兵行程累癱的我。洗澡淋浴頭出水量驚人堪比按摩。最後一天因為出去玩來不及趕回去退房前台幫忙延到了四點。就是離地鐵站要稍微走一會兒，也不遠大概五分鐘吧（玩的太累了一步都不想走的懶鬼）。附近有一家鴉兒李記，吃的很開心！點外賣也超方便想喝的飲料都喝到了，滿足！♡ 設施：齊全。 衞生：棒棒！ 環境：不錯～ 服務：非常好！
