I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming throughout my visit. Their warm attitude made me feel comfortable and truly appreciated. I really enjoyed my experience here and would definitely recommend this place to others.

My impression on Holiday Inn express changed after staying here . A four star hotel that offers six star service quality . Larger room with high value for money at this location . Slightly far (1 to 1.3km) to train station but manageable . Very near to main attraction points and the opposite roasted duck restaurant is really good ! I encountered internet connection issue. Despite the staff did not manage to solve it immediately but they did the follow up until next day. Never recovered they will take it that seriously . Sales personnel Lisa was helpful, the housekeeping lady serving my floor is really fantastic. The small gesture - cookies and welcoming drink made the service more personalized . Definitely recommend Holiday Inn after this experience Breakfast variety is good and it is really yummy ! I ate roasted sweet potato the most ! The red dates soy bean milk is really good!

Excellent quality, very new and comfortable room, modern facilities, automatic curtains, great rooms, location in an apartment complex, about 700m from the nearest subway station, enthusiastic 24/24 reception, carry your luggage to your room, free mineral water, bar area has microwave and free coffee, highly recommended!!!

We had an excellent stay at Mercure Beijing Chaoyangmen Workers' Stadium Hotel. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the rooms were comfortable and quiet. The location is fantastic, with easy access to restaurants, shopping areas, and public transportation, making it convenient to explore Beijing. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The facilities were modern and well equipped, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. We traveled as a family and found the hotel to be very family-friendly. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Beijing.

I recently enjoyed a weekend stay at the Swissôtel Beijing Hong Kong Macau Center from May 15–17, 2006. This was my first visit since the property reopened following a nearly five-year closure for renovations. The new design is quintessentially Swiss, conveying a beautifully fresh, clean, and professional aesthetic. The welcoming atmosphere attracts many Western tourists, primarily young adults along with a few retirees. Dining at both the Swiss Café and the Lounge Bar is a delight, with very reasonable prices. The level of service was exceptional across the board, from the friendly receptionists and knowledgeable concierge to the diligent housekeeping staff. Furthermore, the 24-hour guest hotline was incredibly responsive; they answered within ten seconds to arrange a wake-up call, even at 2:00 a.m. Although the hotel is situated slightly away from the bustling city center, the convenience of having a subway station right outside cannot be overstated. You can reach the Wangfujing shopping district in just ten minutes—a completely hassle-free journey of only four stops with a single transfer. Additionally, a Starbucks and a McDonald's are conveniently located just a three-minute walk to the right of the hotel. Overall, this hotel offers truly outstanding value for money.

I and my family have a 3 nights stay in the cosy family rooms. The hotel location is very convenient for getting around and exploring the area. The buffet breakfast offers both Western and Asian options. It would be even better if there were more vegetarian dishes available for vegan guests. Overall, it was a good experience, and I enjoyed my stay.

在附近辦事預訂了這家酒店 風格很好 尤其是燈光色温很好看 進門香薰好聞 房間無異味 床品舒適 空調不吵 語音智能靈敏 電視投屏很新 第一眼印象超級好。挑些問題的話 因為房間比較密集隔音不特別好（正常休息沒問題）新開業酒店各部門可能還在磨合 客服服務稍慢一點 如果有要早入住的同學我覺得可以提前打電話確認一下入住時間。第一天辦理入住時前台工作人員很多 可能因為新員工不熟悉 入住出現一些問題也並未得到很好的解決，但是第二天不知道是老闆還是管理人員 很主動擔起責任 思路清晰迅速為我解決所有問題，很少寫評價 但是看了看這酒店評價還很少 給後面入住的同學一些訊息，而且覺得這位姐姐性格爽快 拿起手機碼了點字 也祝碩果在這位姐姐帶領下賓客盈門啦🫡

Hotel baru buka 1 bulan. Service super memuaskan. Diantar sampai ke kamar. Super ramah. Baik bangettt.. stayed 4 nights at this hotel.. the room was clean and comfortable.. strategic location close to Nanjing Road.. the staff was very helpful and friendly.. I will come back to this hotel if I go to Shanghai again. Breakfast also good. Free laundry service. Air minum berlimpah. Ada mini gym.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Мы остались в полном восторге от проживания! Отель находится в отличном месте — практически в центре, поэтому было очень удобно добираться до всех достопримечательностей и метро. Отдельно хочется поблагодарить персонал. Это самые добрые, отзывчивые и приятные люди, которых мы встретили за всю поездку. Они всегда были готовы помочь, разрешили бесплатно переселиться в другой номер, а также без проблем оставили наши вещи после выселения. Такое отношение к гостям встречается очень редко и оставляет самые тёплые впечатления. Номер был красивый, современный, очень чистый и уютный. Всё работало отлично, уборка на высоком уровне. Большое спасибо всему персоналу за гостеприимство! Если снова приедем в Пекин, то обязательно остановимся здесь ещё раз. Искренне рекомендуем этот отель всем!
