Hotel di Kawasan Houhai, Beijing

Super nice staff and free afternoon tea service every afternoon, unlimited free water. Family room is very spacious, most importantly super convenient location, close to line 8 nad line 2 , also walkable distance to bell/drum tower. Restaurants nearby are highly recommended as well.

We had a wonderful stay and sleep at Tangfu Boutique Hotel for 4 nights. Location was within proximity to plenty of food options and it is relatively near to the heritage sites such as the palace museum and nanluoguxiang. Many thanks to the helpful and friendly front desk staff who never hesitated to lend a helping hand whenever they can. We particularly appreciated the laundry and robot delivery machines which made our lives easier. The only problems for us were the strong smoking smell in the toilet despite being a non smoking room, and the fact that toilet paper cannot be flushed into the toilet due to the pipe built. Otherwise, all is perfect!

Don’t know what to say about this.. book this because I wanted my niece to experience HuTong and it’s near to the night street and eatery after you walk out the small lane. Location is perfect, but room was run-down lack of maintenance, cleanliness so-so.. thru-out stay we have slipper on. Kettle very old and did not provide mugs for hot water. Bed bit hard, but manageable, too many furnitures in my room making it so cramp 😅 Many taxi /car refuse to drive in, and just alight us outside the street. From airport, my cab driver was complaining a lot. To Airport was challenging, we have 3 luggages 28”, 26” and 20” need to book a 6seater just to play safe enough space at the booth. 😂 driving out of HuTong was super super challenging in 6 seaters car. 😓 I will stay in HuTong again maybe jus 1-2 nights with smaller luggage, even no car wanna come in, I can Didi outside the main road.

The hotel is situated right in Nanluoguxiang which makes it very easy to visit it and get food there. It is also convenient to visit shichahai from there. On the down side, cars can't get in, which means we had to drag our luggage for a 100-200 m before getting there. Once we step into the hotel, all the hustle of the outside street immediately disappeared. The deco is very soothing and immediately relaxes you. Overall deco beautifully integrates traditional Chinese elements with modern design . The service staff are friendly and goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. They are exceptionally helpful and professional. The room is clean and spacious and allows you to have a very restful night Overall,I would recommend this hotel.

Tetapi kerana saya ada janji temu dengan rakan, saya menempah semalaman secara spontan. Lokasi hotel ini sangat mudah, sebuah halaman ***a hutong Beijing lama, dengan pintu belakang yang terus menghadap Shichahai. Keesokan paginya, saya membawa anak saya dan kami sempat merasai pengalaman meluncur ais ⛸ di Shichahai sebelum sungai itu tidak beku lagi. Kami tiba agak lewat pada hari itu, tetapi kakitangan hotel, Yuan Yuan dan Xiao Jing, masih sangat bersemangat dan membawa anak saya untuk mencuba tanghulu buatan sendiri mereka. (◍•ᴗ•◍) Katil di bilik itu sangat sesuai untuk keluarga; kedua-dua anak saya dan saya boleh tidur dengan selesa dan meregangkan badan. Sarapan pagi adalah à la carte; pilihannya tidak banyak tetapi rasanya boleh tahan.

Great location, clean rooms, excellent breakfast and room service. The receptionists don’t speak English, but do their best to understand you and be understood via Google translate. Also, I’d like to say thanks for the front desk girl, who helped me calling a taxi at night. The hotel has 2 cats 😍 who are absolutely gorgeous, security desk. And they also provide some welcome gift (coffee, tea, fruit, sweets) to all guests.

Wonderful hotel located at the heart of the hutongs, next to Nanluogoxiang hutong which is very famous for its food and night life and shops. The hotel is clean, the people are kind and helpful and they helped connect us with a driver to plan our Great Wall of China day trip. Also, they have been very kind keeping our bags after check out until our flight! Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend this Hutong Hotel, with a style full of old Beijing cultures. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Yu who was kind and helped us a lot. The Shadow art performance was very nice and the kids got chance to try out themselves afterwards. The location was near to a lot of famous places, walkable distance to Prince Gong Mansion (highly recommended), Beihai Park, Huguosi temple, Houhai night street, Mei Lanfang Memorial Hall etc. Very nice experience in Beijing.

Servis memang sangat bagus, cuma kaunter penerimaan tetamu hanya ada seorang staf wanita, dan dia agak sibuk juga. Teh petang yang disediakan sangat menarik, saya suka. Persekitarannya juga unik dan istimewa. Akhirnya dapat juga saya menginap di sebuah siheyuan di lorong Beijing seumur hidup saya, sangat berpuas hati! Tetapi, sebagai sebuah siheyuan, ruang memang agak terhad, jadi bilik dan bilik air agak kecil. Selebihnya, memang tiada apa yang boleh dikatakan, hiasan dalaman bertemakan Neo-Cina yang baru direka juga sangat teliti dan menepati cita rasa umum. Saya tidak sengaja terpadam gambar-gambar hotel, jadi hanya boleh muat naik gambar-gambar kawasan sekitar.

Highly recommended! Qianna Hotel exceeded all our expectations. The facilities are spotless, and the staff are incredibly welcoming and professional. We were very grateful for the complimentary room upgrade and the personalized assistance provided, including help with Taobao and food delivery services. The thoughtful addition of children's activities made it a perfect family stay. Exceptional service from start to finish. This is definitely the best place to stay, and we will certainly be back.
