Hotel di Kawasan Stesen Keretapi Beijing Barat, Beijing

Our stay was overall pleasant, but there were a few things that could be improved. When we first entered the room, the floor didn't feel very clean. It looked like it had just been mopped, but it had a sticky feeling, which was uncomfortable, especially when walking barefoot. The staff were kind and helpful, although we felt the service wasn't quite as exceptional as the other hotels we stayed at during our trip in China. The location wasn't very convenient for sightseeing. Most of the main attractions were about a 20 to 30-minute drive away, so keep that in mind if you plan to explore the city frequently. The highlight of our stay was definitely the delivery robots. They brought items directly to our room, and it was such a fun and unique experience that made our stay memorable. Overall, despite a few minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the unique experience the hotel offered. ⭐⭐⭐☆☆

Hotel was clean, front desk staff was pleasant and polite. The laundry room was clean and had everything needed to wash/dry clothes and even an option to ask staff to help you take out the clothes from the machine once it’s done. The location is ideal for those who might need to catch a train or want easy access to the metro station. However, for me, I found that other than for that specific reason, the location wasn’t the best - it’s somewhat surrounded by construction so it can get a bit dusty (which is not ideal if you have allergies) and also a bit noisy. I booked a room with a tub but it seemed like the tub hadn’t been scrubbed in a while - I had to do that myself and order a tub plastic cover on ******* before having a bath.

Location is great buffet is also good but overall abit disappointed considering my entire trip is with Hilton we had high expectations for Hilton Doubletree but sadly the Hamptons we stayed in Harbin and Yanji is far better - Cleaner room - Newer amenities - the toilets are much better compared to DoubleTree. Only 2 things Doubletree is better 1. Location 2. Buffet spread (i guess so cause they charge a premium price for it)

I have stayed here before and it was perfect. my second stay was also memorable❤️ it's very convenient to stay at this hotel. professional staff, cozy rooms, friendly environment. location is also perfec. highly recommended. would love to stay here again. ❤️

Обслуживание хорошее, нас приняли на заселение даже раньше положенного времени (на 3 часа раньше), приятные сотрудники, каждый день меняли полотенца, ставили воду, клали зубные щетки. Были в доступе шампунь, гель для душа, кондиционер. Завтрак формата шведский стол, разнообразный. Что не понравилось: 1. Брали номер с окном, а по факту окно выходит на стену и это первый этаж был. Если оставить окно открытым, то теоретически может в него зайти человек с улицы. 2. Душевая-туалет. Санузел совмещённый, но нет абсолютно никаких разделений, например, шторки или же перегородки, поэтому если ты сначала идешь в душ, то потом очень некомфортно идти в туалет (весь пол в воде). Из-за этого скользко и один раз упали в коридоре, т.к. вода из душа вытекла в коридор.

Love the location of this hotel. Halal (Qing Zhen) food available right outside the hotel. Good food everywhere. There's a supermarket located right along the hotel. The staff working in Orange Hotel are amazing! They helped me with ordering of food as I wasn't able to type in the address in Chinese. Even the cleaning ladies are so nice, she was knocking on my door gently just to ask if I would like my room cleaned. Even though I didnt need room cleaning, she still gave me clean towels. Such a professional staff. Love all of the staffs' dedication. Tha m you for making my 1st Beijing trip pleasant. The only two small issues I had was the lift as it doesnt stop on the actual floor. If you have heavy luggages, then you will need to carry it up or down some flight of stairs. Another issue was there wasn't a proper place to stop for Didi. The car will stop quite a distance from the hotel and right in the middle of the road. Do take note of that if you're taking Didi from here.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel despite some notable issues. The hotel itself was clean and new, with great facilities and a fantastic location. However, the room temperature control seemed to be a systemic problem - the temperature was stuck at 27.5°C and wasn't adjustable, making the rooms feel stuffy and uncomfortable for sleep. Even after we complained, the addition of a fan didn't make a huge difference. Housekeeping also seemed to be struggling a bit - we had to remind them for coffee and tea refills, and the kitchenette's rubbish bin wasn't regularly emptied. Room for improvement to match the hotel's potential.

這次來北京出差住了北京中庭酒店，整體感覺還不錯。 酒店是偏新中式的庭院風格，環境比較安靜，房間收拾得也很乾凈，基本設施都有，住起來挺舒服的。早餐比預期豐富一些，中西式都有，早上吃口熱乎的還是很方便。 位置出行也比較方便，這次主要是出差辦事，來回沒怎麼折騰。 另外前台小豪服務挺好的，入住和退房辦理都很快，中間問了幾個問題也都很耐心地幫忙解決了，這點體驗不錯。 整體來説屬於住得比較省心的一家酒店，下次來北京還會考慮。

Really impressed by Jack’s professional service when checking-in, who is very organized, detail oriented, and efficient. He is a multi-tasker, and provided lots of constructive suggestions, insights and solutions. The checking in process and experience are beyond my expectation. When checking out, Door men helped me load my luggage in the trunk. Every staff is very nice and polite even though not every one speaks fluent English and we still feel really welcomed here. As in asian culture, hospitality is not delivered by language only, and you could feel it from the heart. Looking forward to come back again and wish everyone enjoy their stay in Beijing. This is a great value for money hotel, well located, close to Beijing west station. We arrived at 11 pm in the night and managed to walk to the hotel. Felt very safe. The hotel is about ten minutes walk from the station exit. You have to turn right around a corner to reach the hotel. The reception was little busy as the only receptionist had a large party to check in. She did apologise to me. Room is small but enough for one night. Firm bed, modern toilets and good shower pressure. No noise issue. No smoking smell issue. The breakfast was really excellent. One of the best that we had in China. Large spread, lots of options for my vegetarian wife. I highly recommend this hotel if you are transiting through Beijing west and need to stay nearby.
