I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Susan and Jimmy for their warm and friendly welcome upon my arrival at the hotel. Their exceptional hospitality truly made me feel valued as a guest. To my delight, I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade during the check-in process, which added an extra touch of luxury to my stay. Equally, I would like to extend my appreciation to Grace for her friendly and efficient service during the checkout process. Her professionalism and warm demeanor made the departure seamless and enjoyable. My one-night stay at the hotel was simply delightful. The breathtaking views from my room provided a true sense of tranquility and relaxation. I couldn't help but marvel at the beauty of the surroundings. The health spa facilities were absolutely fabulous. The pool and changing rooms were impeccably clean, creating a hygienic and inviting environment. I thoroughly enjoyed indulging in some well-deserved pampering and rejuvenation. As for the room service breakfast, it was nothing short of fabulous. The delectable food delivered right to my doorstep was a delightful way to start the day. The attention to detail and quality of the meal exceeded my expectations. Overall, my experience at your hotel was truly exceptional. I can't wait to have the opportunity to stay with you again in the near future. Great stay, would definitely recommend 💯 A tiny suggestion would be to add little things to your service such as explain where breakfast is (for those who have it included) as well as explain how to get to your room. I was a first time guest at your hotel and didn't specifically know where things were located (had no problem finding them). The elevators were easy enough to find, but explaining where it is should still be something the people at the front desk does and as a guest you should not have to ask where breakfast is, it should automatically be told to you upon check-in. It will smooth things over with guests. Other than that, everything was perfect and I was super satisfied with it 😊

Cons: Personally I didn't like this hotel and won't go back. There were random pieces of mismatching furniture lined up along the wall, and just in general very old hotel, but charging 1.8k per night is completely disproportionate, if rooms were around 700 you can't complain. Pros: Breakfast buffet had good choice and the outside garden was really nice! Hotel allowed me to cancelled our second night even thought it was originally not cancellable. Much appreciated!!

Great newly opened hotel. Cool industrial architecture located in a former building of the Shougang park. Great service, good food and swimming pool (plus play room for extra charge). Shougang park itself is also definitely worth a visit. Recommended for a staycation in Beijing
