Hotel berhampiran Tianchi Scenic Area, Beijing

為了去湖門村徒步定了這家民宿，沒想到入住體驗這麼好，兩居室的獨院住的好舒服，可以燒烤，有棋牌室茶室，服務熱情周到，計劃天氣暖和再來入住幾次！週日上午徒步回房間後低血糖了，躺了好久緩過來了，感謝老闆免費讓我延遲退房

還是給個好評吧，但服務扣一顆星。最後一天的服務有點不滿意甚至有點生氣，很多地方真的有待提高。1.不到12點直接打電話催退房，幸虧那時候在房間，如果不在，是不是直接把東西扔出來？第一天入住的時候談好的延遲到2點退房才住的，到前台問是因為我兩個訂單，後邊服務員辦入住的時候沒有給備註，但我都是一個手機號啊。2.怕到兩點時進不去門，前台催退房的時候下去在前台又刷了卡，結果在13:50刷卡就進不去了，12點那會給刷卡的時候也沒有提醒，難道那次刷了個寂寞，當時罵孃的心情都有，幸虧敲門孩子醒了，不然就耽誤了大事。3.攜程明明寫的有兩份早餐，但酒店系統卻顯示沒有，每次吃飯都得解釋，感覺做賊一樣，最終都不知道問題出在哪裡。

停車不好停。但是會有人協調。 我生氣的點點是，既然寫的免費停車就要有服務人員出門指導停車和出車路線。叫服務人員出門幫着協調，我這邊車都撞到樁子了，服務人員也沒出一聲。等我撞到了之後，服務人員才跟我説“您這，撞上了”。都能氣**。

忘了評了，翻照片看到當時拍好的照片想起來。老闆娘人特別好，給我們免費升了兩天的房型。拖鞋是新的，非常乾淨。環境很好，向陽的大窗户採光很好。環境也挺安靜，周邊配套很不錯，對面就是昌平地鐵站。周圍吃的特別多，出行方便，下次還來。

設施：設施還可以裝修的也不錯，但房間過道普遍比較低矮，整體感覺有一些廉價，但結合這個價格，其實性價比還可以了 衞生：衞生比較一般，邊邊角角里都有些污垢 環境：旁邊好像有個鼓校，早上基本上睡不了懶覺，砰砰砰的一直在敲，房間隔音也不是很好 服務：服務還算挺熱情的

位置優越，在縣城中心鼓樓南大街與政府街十字路口西南角，周邊餐飲選擇多，酒店後身川菜館正興蜀園就餐體驗佳。酒店設施齊全，衞生乾淨，距昌平地鐵站兩個出口步行均百米左右。酒店內早餐廳目前尚未營業。

Stayed 4 nights. It was relaxing. Front desk staff was nice to move us to a smoke free room. No issue communicating. Room is big n clean. Cleaning ladies are very nice. Location is great for visiting Mings Tomb or Badaling great wall. Taxi fare to bgw cost us 98rmb in 50 a minutes ride. Changping Subway is 1.4km away. Bus stations Infront of hotel. Food close by. Market 5 minutes walk. Price is good for Beijing.

The hotel is lovely, big and feels luxurious. The room was good, but beds are small. It seems strange that a hotel like this would have double beds. Ideally hotel beds should be King. The pool area was lovely, but the fact that hotel guests have to pay for access to the hot springs is not good. It should be included with all room bookings. Our main negative point about this hotel was the service. It’s was shocking. When ordering a drink and meal in the bar/lounge area, it took over an hour to get anything we ordered and then multiple orders were incorrect. Nobody working there seemed to know what they were doing. Another concern we noted was that when we phoned the reception from our room, there was nobody at reception who could speak English. We made a booking for 4 people, but the room was only set up for two, so when we asked for more towels, pillows and water bottles. They were delivered to our room but just dumped in a pile near the door. This didn’t seem quite right and not what we expected from a hotel of this caliber.
