Hotel berhampiran Yinhui Chengguan, Beijing

The Aman Summer Palace is like living in a fantasy. If you love the Summer Palace but want to avoid the crowds this is your choice. They have their own private gate. The staff are so friendly and the service is just amazing. I would give them more than 5 stars for service If I could. I am an executive for Resort development with Universal and I got a lot of great ideas during my stay. It is very quiet and peaceful and especially at night. I also had one of the best massages I can recall with a Shifu massuer. I am not sure what herbs he was using and I was dubious at first; but the proof is in the results. You just have to stay here at least once in your life!

I recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of everything, making it incredibly easy to access all the key tourist spots. There are also tons of food options nearby, which made exploring the local cuisine a breeze. The hotel itself provides free breakfast throughout the stay, which was a lovely touch and super convenient. But what really stood out were the staff members. They were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to address my questions immediately, making me feel truly taken care of. Overall, a great stay, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

非常完美的一次入住體驗。門口有武警駐守，非常安全。環境很優美，像小頤和園。入住時前台和大堂工作人員都非常熱情。我們帶長者和小孩來入住，前台特意幫我們把房間安排在一樓，還提供免費接駁車可以從大門口接送到酒店。每天酒店有提供牛奶和小零食，臨走的時候還送了護手霜，保潔人員的態度也都非常友善熱情。服務非常周到。

🌈🌈位置：在海淀區，挨着七彩華園小區，定位可到，麪街，離地鐵口也很近，旁邊是個小公園。 ❤❤設施和環境：整體還不錯，大堂超級小資，各種書記，小吃。屋內設施也比較方便，很智能。 🌹🌹服務：整體還不錯，有問必答，會幫忙解決問題。很多細節比較好，例如濕廁紙，準備了耳塞，都很不錯。 🙈🙈沒有早餐。

We were given a room with cigarette smell and got changed instantly. Shower room and toilet are separated and spacious. Clean and comfortable beds, friendly staff and efficient service. MTR and bus stops are nearby and it was easy to get a taxi too. Will stay again next time.

酒店的環境非常優雅，大堂設計時尚大氣，房間乾淨整潔，佈置温馨舒適，床品柔軟，讓人一夜好眠。尤其是窗外的景色，無論是城市夜景還是自然風光，都讓人心曠神怡。 酒店的服務不錯。從入住到退房，每一位工作人員都面帶微笑，熱情周到。前台的小哥哥非常耐心地解答了我的問題，還貼心地為我推薦了附近的景點和美食。客房服務也非常及時，房間打掃得一塵不染。

Stayed in the hotel for 7 nights. A very good hotel next door to Beijing University and Tsinghua University. Free WiFi provided in the hotel throughout. Bottled water provided every day. Three restaurants including a Japanese restaurant. Restaurant food relatively expensive compared to outside. Very good breakfast choice.

Ambience and Cleanliness: The hotel is new and impeccably clean, which is always a big plus. The decor is modern and cosy, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step in. The architectural designs are impressive! The staff, even the cleaning ladies, especially Dominic at the front desk, were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Their professionalism and warm demeanour made me feel valued as a guest. The breakfast offered a wide range of options, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. It was a great way to start the day, ensuring there was something delicious for everyone. One of my favourite amenities was the free-flowing coffee and the massage chair—perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. The spacious lounge and garden were also lovely spots to unwind. I appreciated having a real no-smoking room, ensuring a clean and fresh environment. The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The room has an AI assistant, her name is Xiaodu xiaodu, my family loved her! You tell her to draw the curtain and switch on the light or wake you up at certain time, she does it promptly! 🤣 While the hotel is a bit far from shopping malls, it’s conveniently close to the Old Summer Palace and just a short walk from a beautiful park. This makes it ideal for those who enjoy cultural sites and natural beauty. The laundry area, available for a minimal charge, was a convenient perk for longer stays or families travelling with children. This Holiday Inn Express is perfect for a staycation or families with kids. The combination of comfortable accommodations, family-friendly amenities, and a peaceful location near parks makes it a great choice for a relaxing getaway. Overall, I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and rejuvenating stay.

和家人一起來爬百望山，麗楓酒店果然是一個絕佳的選擇。 前台小哥哥小姐姐服務態度非常好，貼心地問我們需不需要升級房間，保潔大姐細心地問我們第二天是續住還是退房，好等我們走後再收拾衞生。酒店很乾凈温馨，居住體驗很舒適愉快。 位置離地鐵站不遠，來回完全不需要打車。距離百望山風景區距離很近，過個馬路就到。挨着酒店就是大公園，第二天想休息了就在公園走走。附近好吃的很多，早飯必吃沁秀園小二包子鋪，肉包味道不輸牛街最火的那家包子。午飯打卡漁院丹江，吃到了心心念唸的熱乾麪和豆皮，好吃好玩好逛，乘興而至，滿意而歸。

一家人出來旅遊的，連着住了四晚酒店房間很大，衞生特別乾淨，前台小姐姐也很熱情，早餐也很豐富，特別好，有機會下次還來定。
