انا عاوزة اشكر كل الناس اللي شغالة في الاوتيل و خصوصاً عاطف و محمد و بسمة من الريسيبشن اول ما وصلت كان حاصل معايا موقف لا أحسد عليه من سواق تاكسي جابني من المطار للاوتيل و مفروض الاوتيل ملهمش علاقة اطلاقاً السواق كان ناصب عليا في ١٠٠ دولار اول ما سألت في الريسيبشن اتوترت جداً و حسيت بعدم الامان اني اتنصب عليا اول ما وصلت بس عاطف جه هداني جداً و الناس في الريسيبشن كمان و اتصل بشخص من المطار و كلم سميح شريف صاحب الاوتيل عشان يستأذنه يتصرف و بصراحة الناس مقصروش و وصلو لسواق التاكسي و رجعولي فلوسي و موافقش ياخد اي مقابل شكراً بجد لأمانتكم و الله لولاكو كنت رجعت علي اهلي من كتر ما حسيت بعدم الامان طمنتوني جداً شكراً ليكو

Rooms are clean and tidy but a bit dated. Friendly service. The hotel bar was very spacious and the staff were great

我的建議是儘快倒閉，上午11點溝通説定錯酒店，當地時間上午6點，到晚上凌晨回覆説定錯不能取消，那我也認，但第二天的房費也不同意取消。憑什麼，你們這所謂的按“政策”着，憑什麼我要完全默認接受你們攜程 代理 酒店的**協議合約，我不相信會有任何法律效應。我會在books、小紅書、微博、ig所有平台差評五月花大酒店還有攜程平台。哪怕沒啥用我也要捍衞我的權益。還有12315我也會撥打。趕緊倒閉吧，垃圾酒店。

當地朋友推薦，地理位置極好

一間非常老舊的酒店。設施老舊，位於老城區環境擁擠。街道窄環境有些臟亂。早餐衹有三個品種可供選擇，每人一份多要一杯咖啡都不行。早餐的分量比較少，一種國際口味巨甜，一種黎巴嫩口味怪，一種英式味道差。

衞生一班下次不考慮了

Been to this hotel twice. Both times were excellent. Service is perfect, staff are very friendly. These people know something about customer satisfaction and are doing it well for such a old hotel. Recommend this hotel for anyone. The a/c is working perfectly, tv has showtime and watchable stuff. Wireless internet is perfect. Location is in the center of the happening. No complaints about the hotel.

Hotel very well located in the Hamra area, with a very beautiful graffiti, quiet, with good hygiene conditions and a very complete breakfast (4 different options everyday) Weak point: the internet, It's always failing, it's difficult to use social media

This hotel was booked for me as part of a trip, so I had no say in choosing. The location in Hamra is excellent with plenty of things to do around the hotel. Check in was quick and efficient and I was soon in the room via the very cramped elevator. The room was dated, a bit tatty, plenty of dust in the air conditioning, slow hot water. The bed was comfortable enough to get a decent nights sleep and the choice of breakfast the following morning was excellent. Also worth noting is the that bar/pub that is joined to the hotel is excellent. Good food, drinks and chat with the staff. What the hotel lacks in luxury and quality, it almost makes up for in character.

had 2 two night stays here on recent trip to beirut as others have said its a little frayed around the edges now but still good value for money have stayed here pretty much every time ive been to beirut since 1995 check in was fast and room although a little musty was fine for a couple nights for a solo traveller bathroom was small but water pressure good in the shower only issue was with wifi....was pretty poor all over the hotel this time...just not reliable another disappointment nowadays is the duke of wellington bar, used to be a great place to meet other followers but the pub is now a cold souless place...a real shame....staff unfriendly and only interested in serving their friends and the pub being pretty much empty as a result drank pints of duke there...glass ice cold and beer reasonable but sadly the duke is a watered down version of what it was

The Mayflower is centrally located in Hamra and used to be the journalist hangout during and right after the Lebanese civil war. I have stayed there many times over the years - it isn‘t fancy unlike other hotels in Beirut, but it is good value. Rooms are clean and many come with a balcony. There is a mini pool on the roof and it has it‘s own bar. Lately, the do stand-up comedy and other events there.

Koza cozy, English hotel in the heart of Hamra. Friendly staff, good breakfast menus. Surprisingly good bed. The rooms are spacious. Good cleaning and ventilation. Nice English pub downstairs. I will absolutely stay here the next time. :-)

Hotel in posizione strategica: a piedi si riesce a raggiungere il porto, la vecchia Beirut e la corniche, oltre ad avere vicino vari negozi e ristoranti. Colazione abbondante e si sceglie tra continentale, inglese e libanese. Camere non molto spaziose, vecchiotte con difetti sia nel bagno che nella stanza stessa. Di notte, a seconda della stanza, rumore continuo che disturba senza fermarsi. Abbastanza pulito.
