This is a great hotel, all the staff are fantastic and the hotel is very clean,we had a fantastic time here and it is very close to all the best golf courses, the pools at the hotel are cold water pools but the weather was so hot it didn't matter also the food at the hotel was fantastic, there was always some great too eat

Where do I start?! From the minute we entered the grounds at 330am we knew we'd made the right choice of hotel. Plush looking gardens all nicely lit. On exiting our coach we were treated by the bell boys who were smiling and happy to help with our luggage. We were directed to the reception desk and once again served with a smile. We checked in and the receptionist said if we'd like something to eat we can get room service free of charge between 11pm & 7am whenever we liked. Once the door opened to our room it was lovely 2 separate rooms one for us and one for our girls. Lovely bathroom and fully stocked mini bar (again filled for free everyday) food arrived and to say it was delicious would be an understatement it was lovely. Woke up and looked and the giant beaming yellow thing in the sky birds chirping and we had a look round this resort is stunning, nicely spaced out, lush green grass and tall trees. The pools are well kept and perfect when you have 33 degree heat on you. The pier and pier bar are brilliant also. The food is impeccable, the drinks are excellent, the patisserie is delicious. The staff are absolutely fantastic, always smiling saying hello and asking if everything's okay. Ignore any bad reviews, this place is paradise. Well 100% be coming back Thank you for having us GVR.

Great hotel , excellent choice of alcohol and Freash food, The rooms were spotless as with the hotel. Staff are very kind and attentive. Special thanks to Merve from entertainment team , darts were amazing I will be back next year to win a medal ..

8 Day break with the family #4 adults and one 12 year old. We thought we was getting a 2 bathroom family room but got a garden room which wasn’t much of a garden view unfortunately we were right next to the entrance which was really noisy room 8713 seemed to ease off around 12ish then started again at 5:30 as a light sleeper it wasn’t great my wife and I found our bed very hard but the single beds in the boys room were fine. As for the rest of it we couldn’t fault it we went in August and it really wasn’t that busy easy to get lay beds, pools were lovely the 5 water slides were good fun with plenty of activities though the day. I really must say the staff here are great so friendly and always there to help. The restaurants #buffet were pretty good all inclusive can get a little samey but there was enough variety. We went to both speciality restaurants and they were really good. We went to Gloria Golf hotel a couple of times during the day for the water slides and that was really good. All in all had a great time if we came back would just ask to stay near to the spar as they seem to be away from any noise. 8out 10

Wonderful family resort with very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Very green territory with lits of flowers and trees. Delicious food with wide chose of veggies, meet, fish and deserts. It was a hard choice as there are so many delicious dishes. Fruits are always available. Many places to eat through the day. Fantastic choice of drinks, cocktails from international brands of spirits. Wide selection of deserts in sweet corner. Sandy beach and there are always free places on the beach. I took functional training classes with Alua. She does very effective training, working deep muscles. It was such a pleasure to have training with her. Big thanks to Alua! Special thanks to Asadia for recovering my back. She does amazing massage, pure magic. Highly recommend this hotel!

Absolutely amazing hotel and facilities. Staff were extremely attentive. As a Select Villa guest we were able to use the included golf buggy to enjoy the facilities at all three hotels. The Select Villas had use of an exclusive pool and bar, which was never busy. On some mornings we were the only family in the pool until the early afternoon.
