This hotel is in a great location, right across to the Jeronimos Monestary in Belem. Breakfast was incredible- so much to choose from, fresh and delicious. King size bed was comfortable. However, furniture and other decor is dated and shows lots of wear. Bathroom, though clean, was dark (it was hard to see to put makeup on) and showers are not really easy to get in and out of a you have to step up to get into it and down of course to get out. Even with a safety handle it's slippery (and I have the bruise to prove it). Staff was courteous and friendly. I feel the pictures are nice than the rooms actually look

We had a very enjoyable stay at Geronimo. Booking was very straight forward. We stayed in the Benguela Suite which had a wonderful balcony, which was great to sit out in the evenings. Ricardo, the host, was very attentive and helpful with recommendations and bookings. Belem has many things to see and great custard tarts! It is very close to the sites in Belem and has excellent transport links into the heart of Lisbon as well as down the coast to Cascais.

Stayed for a night as a couple. The front desk was very accommodating. We enjoyed time in the spa, and a great breakfast.

里斯本的確沒有什麼太好停車又是五星級的酒店； 因此選擇了它，距離著名景點步行可達，房間也還算可以，就是前台有一個當地白人捲毛服務人員很mean 入住時帶我去看房間，然後自己直接溜了，退房時居然還擔心我不付款旅遊税，很激動的跟我打招呼，天吶，我的車都沒有開走，我可以去哪裡呢？感覺小氣得很，不像是五星酒店服務人員該有的樣子。笑死😆 還有大家至少在這酒店，不用跟他們太客氣，你越是唯唯諾諾講禮貌，他們越是拿捏你。

This was a brilliant place to stay that was great value for money, comfy, and in a really great location just outside the centre of Lisbon. Transport links were plentiful and I have to give 5 stars to our host (I’m so sorry I didn’t manage to catch his name - I believe it might be Pedro??) who was incredibly friendly, professional and made us feel very welcome in the building. He also gave us information about the local area and a few recommendations which was lovely! The only issue we had was dropping our bags off in the morning as check in did not open till 15:00. We were informed we could do this from 10:00 as cleaning staff would be there but when using the buzzer at the front door we got no response. Luckily we managed to get inside via another couple staying in the building. From here a member of the cleaning staff was happy to lock our bags in reception until check in opened. Just a minor thing overall but this process could be a bit better :) thank you for having us!

O atendimento foi excelente, precisei chegar após o horário de checkin e recebi todo suporte que precisava para acessar o quarto. A comodidade da suite é muito boa. Sobre pontos negativos eu gostaria de evidenciar duas coisas: a primeira é que o quarto fica encima de um restaurante e o quarto ficava com um pouco de cheiro de comida. O segundo é que a cama não possuía lençóis sobressalentes, apenas uma capa para o edredão que tinha sinais de sujeira.
