Very nice very clean very comfy hotel The price was very good, room maintained everyday fresh sheets fresh towels Very big rooms very happy with my stay here Only thing I would suggest is asking for a room which doesn’t face the road side, there’s a crossing with a little ticking noise that you can hear from very early morning

In general the hostel is a great option price-value. I would recommend it. The change the staff very often and the service was better from one than from others. We wanted to rent the bikes that they offer but their tires were all flat. Some receptionists didn’t even say hi back to you and when we asked for recommendations on where to eat, one of them just said “go to the main square”. We stayed in a room with a private bathroom, and for paying more I would have liked to enjoy some basic extra services such as towels (you have to pay a deposit for them ONLY IN CASH), a floor towel and a hairdryer would be nice. The garden is nice and the cleaning is quite good. The internet isn’t fantastic but I would say that in Krakow in general I have experienced the same, even at the airport and libraries.

This is a quaint little guest house in the old town , it does not have a lift so no good to people with mobility problems , they supply towels and shower gel and there is tea and coffee in the room , there is a small fridge in the communal area, but nothing to cook on not even a microwave no plates etc, for a room only I did expect more facilities, my room was not in the main building but over looking a bar courtyard , this was very noisy in the evening, also someone started drilling early every morning, ideal as a base, quite dated but clean and reception staff friendly

Nice and brand new student residence opened several months ago, just across Hyatt Place where you can have discounted buffet breakfast (50 Zl- 12 euros,instead 85Zl),close to AD Krakow Mariott and small open food court consisted of 5 kiosk restaurants. Walking distance to the street car station is 7 minutes , and ride to downtown around 10 minutes. Staff is extremely helpful ...will provide you with cooking utensils cause student cafeteria is closed during summer vacation. It's very clean inside.

Ужасное отношение к гостям и полная безответственность. Бронировала хостел через букинг,оплатила,все было хорошо. Приехала на check in, а хостел оказался закрытым. На звонок в дверь никто не отвечал, на телефоне был включён автоответчик, где девушка говорила “hi” и ничего больше. Стояла под хостелом и звонила полчаса на телефонный номер так и не добившись ответа пришла в выводу,что хостел так и не открылся после карантина,а хозяева решили заработать. На следующий день решила позвонить ещё раз на телефоний номер хостел и уже очень быстро поднял трубку молодой человек,который заявил,что он менеджер и утверждал,что хостел работает и заселение у них в тот день было, и функционируют они в полном порядке. Молодой человек не отличался вежливостью и умением работать с гостями. Кончено молодой человек заявил,что решать эту проблему не в его компетенции. Живя уже долгое время в Кракове, сталкивалась с такими случаями не первый раз, поэтому решила пойти проверить работает ли хостел в тот же день, как и состоялся разговор с менеджером. Хостел был закрыт и никто не открывал, что доказывает то, что хозяева во время сложившийся ситуации зарабатывают, обманывая людей. Если не хотите остаться на улице и не знаете город, не пользуйтесь услугами этого хостела! Не рекомендую!

The hostel is clean with a nice kitchen. You could basically buy or rent anything if you needed. The location is super close to the old town district, like walking for 5 minutes. However, the hostel is self-serviced, you need to wait till the front desk open to pay for a laundry.

The https://shh.travel/ website shows 6 co-owners, highly responsive to positive comments but completely indifferent to complaint email. So I post my unanswered email here. My husband and I stayed at Dorm 3 of Dizzy Daisy Downtown Hostel Krakow from January 27-29, 2022. Dorm 3 is fully booked on the 29th so we moved to Dorm 1 instead. We are elderlies (and we are Asian) very much prefer lower bunk beds. My husband went to Dorm 1 after 10am to check available lower bunks. One young man staying at Dorm 1 asked my husband ”What do you want”. My husband said we stay at Dorm 1 tonight. The man then told my husband to speak at a lower voice because someone is sleeping but he spoke much louder. I went to Reception to brief the lady receptionist about this unfriendly person in Dorm 1. At around 11.30am, my husband went to Dorm 1 to check available lower bunks again. The man ordered my husband to ”get out or I am going to make a complaint at Reception”. My husband replied ”Let's go together to Reception”. On the way down the stairs, the man swearing at my husband. Just a few steps before reaching the ground, the man, with both hands, pushed my husband from the back. My husband hit on the wall and bounced through the door to the Reception area. My husband fell on his knees and physically hurt. The Receptionist told the man to stop. Three staying guests helped to bring my husband standing up. The incident was witnessed and the hostel said it's recorded by CCTV. The Receptionist told the man to leave but offered to give him a refund. I disagreed to let him go and asked the Receptionist to call the Police - this is an assault which is a criminal offence. The man went back to the Dorm to pack. Receptionist called Security and ”I thought” Security called the ”Police”. In about 10 minutes, the man returned the keys at Reception. Receptionist told him he need to wait for the Police. Without insisting to get a refund, the man said ”good bye” and ran away like a fugitive. Soon after the man stepped out, two Security Guards arrived. I said to the guards they should bring the man back as he had just walked out. That did not happen. I was offered an explanation though. Policemen came. Two of them took my husband going around in a Police car trying to find the man but to no avail. I strongly insisted to file a report at the Police Station to have the man arrested. My husband decided not to proceed as the man had already paid a price to have disgraced his country and his fellow Danish. After Policemen left, I asked the Receptionist our accommodation arrangement for the night. We were offered a free upgrade to a twin-room with shared bathroom but after a quick discussion with husband we thought we should be compensated for a free room for the night. The Receptionist told me to come back after 2pm and get a reply from the Reception Manager. I spoke to Reception Manager at 4pm, she was calm and not quite empathetic as if assault is no big deal in

Z przyjemnością mogę polecić każdemu to miejsce. Czysto miło i przede wszystkim cicho więc jeśli zależy Ci na tym, ale dalej nie możesz podjąć decyzji to podpowiem Ci...nie musisz już szukać dalej bo to miejsce jest właśnie dla ciebie. Pozdrawiam miłą załogę obsługi hotelu.

Lovely Hostel. Very centrally located and safe.. Room was warm. Plenty of hot water for shower and wash. Staff at reception friendly and helpful. Would stay again. Easy access to tram line less than a minute walk from the door. Great restaurants 5-10 minute walk to the Jewish Quarter. 16 minute walk to Old Town Square.

Good location just 2 minutes from bus and train stations.Third floor was a bit of a challenge ,very long starecases,not for a lady with luggage. Stuff is nice, free coffee and tea but no fridge .
