Premier Inn Belfast City Cathedral Quarter

This was my second time staying at Premier Inn Belfast Cathedral Quarter, and I couldn’t have been happier with my experience. The location is fantastic - right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore everything Belfast has to offer. The rooms are modern, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. What really makes this hotel stand out, though, is the staff. They are so warm and welcoming, and it was amazing that they even remembered me from my last visit a few months ago. Their kindness and attentiveness really make a difference - they genuinely can’t do enough to help. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Belfast and will definitely be back again. Highly recommend!

The reception staff David and Debbie kindly presented my mother and myself a box of chocolates after learning we were staying due to both of us celebrating our birthdays this month. They kindly delivered the chocolates to our rooms. Both David and Debbie were very friendly and helpful during check in.

Clean and welcoming reception but busy so after checking ourselves in using the automated system in reception we went to our room to find it hadn’t been made up. The remnants of the last guest’s usage was clear to see. We went back down to reception and discussed this with a very helpful receptionist who gave us keys to a clean room but that only had 1 towel so back off to reception we trotted. We stayed for 4 nights. Breakfast was delicious and we had one evening meal there too. While we appreciated no cleaners bothering us for the whole of our stay, it would have been nice to have teas and coffees replenished along with loo rolls. All in all the hotel was clean, the beds comfy and the staff very friendly and accommodating. Great location.

Stayed on a Sunday night and arrived at 13.00 in case we could pay for early check in but as we expected there was no availability so desk staff happily took our bag so we could have a wander. Came back at 16.00 and only had a few people ahead of us checking in. Maeve and Debbie checked us in, they were both Professional and Friendly and as good as the desk staff in the Park Lane Hilton. Everything about the room was great. We had a few cocktails in the bar before dinner and we were very pleased with Mayur behind the Bar, a really polite lad. At 13.00 when we arrived we booked dinner in the restaurant for 19.00 so no problem getting a table. Food and service was good. No complaints from us about this hotel at all. Some of the staff are fantastic. Over the years we stay stayed here quite a few times and as locals know its a great central location with a reasonable Parking Deal with a close multistory carpark. We saw no cleanliness issues bearing in mind it is a very busy City Centre hotel. If you read through enough reviews you might like to know "Grumpy Chef" is still there providing fun and entertainment for all by shouting at guests. :) We have booked another night in a few weeks time. Looking forward to it.

The bedroom was modern and clean, The bed was very comfortable. The hotel location is good, in the city centre and close to night life. The public common areas were not clean, corridors, lifts etc, it looked like they had not been cleaned in a while and they were not cleaned for the 2 nights / 3 days that we stayed, which I was surprised at because normally Premier Inns are very clean. Breakfast was average at best, the unclean breakfast and coffee area was off putting. Service was average for a Premier Inn with staff been neither friendly or rude.

I stayed here while attending James Blunt concert at Odyssey. The hotel was convenient and reasonably priced. A warm welcome awaited me and I was able to have my room even though I arrived early. The room was well equipped, immaculately clean and such a comfortable bed!! Check out is until 12 which is just fantastic. This gave time for breakfast and relaxing before leaving. I had continental breakfast where there was a huge choice of fruit, yogurt, pastries, cereal and toast. I would certainly come back here again.
