服務一流！房間乾淨整潔，但是整個酒店的審美和設施我覺得衹能説是三星酒店。但在當地或許是四星的存在。但是我想説的是前台的工作人員我交涉了3位，我覺得堪稱5星酒店的服務水平。三位前台都非常專業！有禮貌！受過專業培訓的人員！
但我也不得不説攜程客服的服務也是非常到位，幫我在某些事宜上的溝通和協調。

酒店非常好 房間超級大 睡覺個客廳是分開的 超級完美 就是價格稍稍偏高一點 酒店前台接待人也非常的好 早餐也還將就 對我來説選擇性不多 距離要塞幾百米 步行街也挺方便 總得來説不錯

非常棒，有家的感覺，服務人員態度非常好，都懂英語，出行也特別方便，酒店在中心點，晚上出來逛街吃吃喝喝都很方便，酒店很有設計感，打開窗户一條幽靜的小巷，安靜迷人，餐廳早餐豐富美味，精美的點心非常好吃，走的時候還給了我一包餅乾🍪，太好吃了，特別推薦大家去住，停車🅿️的話，每天付1500當地的費用（差不多12歐元）走幾步就到酒店了。總之乾淨舒適

是trip幫忙選定的酒店設施、位置都很好！！但是唯一不足的就是前台有一點迷糊😅 雖然態度很好，但是要一個轉換插頭一直説沒有，耽誤了我們很久。其他都不錯，面積也很大

Everything was fine! The staff is very friendly, the location is perfect, comfortable and cozy hotel! Breakfast is good enough, and some small changes every day make it better. All you need in Belgrade is not far from this hotel! Ideal place if you like small boutique hotels.

Townhouse 27 is a beautiful hotel in the center of Belgrade so we could walk to all major sights, restaurants and shops. We had a junior suite for four nights which was very comfortable, clean and well appointed. Loved the breakfast buffet with good variety of hot and cold dishes and local specialties. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Europe - it has the charm and sophistication of a ‘boutique’ hotel - with exceptional hospitality from Andjelija (Front Desk Manager) and her team. Our room was large, well appointed, very comfortable and quiet. The hotel’s cafe serves an excellent and plentiful breakfast with a wide array to choose from. The Townhouse 27 location is ideal for enjoying Belgrade’s relaxed cafe culture and is within easy walking distance of restaurants in Skadarlija and also in Beton Hala. The Kalemegdan Fortress and the beautiful Ruzica church within its grounds are well worth a visit.

This is an excellent top class boutique hotel located in a very good position in Belgrade's Old Town area and offers a very comfortable accommodation greatly helped by its attentive first class staff who make every effort for their guests to enjoy their stay. It also offers a very good and leisurely breakfast which can be recommended to commence your day,it is in every sense an excellent boutique type hotel, in fact the best we have ever stayed in and my choice to stay whenever in Belgrade.Thank you to all staff who gave us such an enjoyable visit.

Great location, accommodation and staff. Great experience and highly recommend. The staff really tries to make you feel great every step of the way. From reception, catering to the rest of the staff. As for 5 stars.

Townhouse 27 is a place to stay!!! We loved every minute of it. The whole team was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Excellent service and rooms. Spotless. Rarely have we had such great and spacious rooms. Also location wise perfect. Our adult kids loved it so did we. Planning on coming back in September. Family Boller from Switzerland

Excellent central location and top-notch service. The staff was so friendly and eager to help. The rooms are clean, and quiet. Even the breakfast is tasty with possibility to eat on terrace located in one of the cutest streets in Belgrade. Highly recommended!

Great location close to many attractions in Belgrade (the fort, main shopping area, Tesla Museum, Saint Sava). Very helpful staff before and during our stay (we arranged airport pick-up and drop-off via the hotel, which made getting to/from the hotel very easy). Great breakfast. Lovely room.

Great location, lovely room and thoughtful, knowledgeable staff. Plus a good breakfast! Definitely recommend whether staying there for business or pleasure. Their car service from the airport is also competitively priced and convenient

Loved this hotel - the rooms are lovely and the bed super-comfortable. Great tv with all sorts of streaming apps set up, and good breakfast with an eggs a la carte menu apart from the buffet, but as others have said the absolutely strongest point of this hotel is its staff. Everyone is not only extremely friendly but also go out of their way to help in any way. We had a delay on arrival and the hotel kept in constant touch with us for updates and to make sure we had our transport all set up. Likewise every other request we made, was accommodated with a smile and beyond the call of duty. And their restaurant recommendations are spot-on! Location is perfect. I would highly recommend Townhouse 27 to anyone staying in Belgrade for a few days.
