les + l'hotel est bien mieux que se que l'on peut voir les chambres sont grandes et bien plus jolies en vrai, le système de carte pour rentrer a partir de 23h, dame de l'accueil et femme de ménage très gentille et serviable, climatisation relié aux fenêtres génial pour économie d'énergie , la télé équipé de netflix, youtube etc un + non noté dans le descriptif, service de blanchisserie a prix raisonnable, fenêtres bien insonorisé, dans la chambre il y a un système qui permet de signaler au personnel si on souhaite que la chambre soit faite ou si on ne veut pas être déranger, serviettes a disposition dans le spa, coffre fort gratuit, l'odeur des draps quand ils sont changé est juste génial, le service de navette qui vous récupère a l'aéroport très bien prix raisonnable et même si vous arrivez tard le soir il y a quelqu'un pour vous recevoir avec le sourire :) les - les photos de l'hotel sur le site qui ne reflete pas la réalité c'est BEAUCOUP mieux et plus grand que se que l'on peut voir !!!, restaurant fermé mais a cause du covid donc pas de leur faute, douche qui déborde a l'exterieur de la douche, la localisation un peu loin du centre ville, le mini bar a améliorer mais rien de mechant,

Hotel lobby gives good impression, but when you come to the room corridor you first see that it is a very old hotel that should be renovated years ago. In the rooms it's even worse, there is about 1cm crack between room door and jamb (no sound insulation). Everything in the room is old and beaten up, carpets are old and very dirty, so are the decorative blankets on the bed. There is AC unit in room (we haven't tried it though) Bathroom was not properly cleaned, shelf above sink was full of dust. Floor wasn't vacuumed. Room service doesn't make the beds. Blankets are not in bedding sets, only covered with sheets. Breakfast buffet was from 31th december to 2nd January exceptionally served between 8 and 11am (don't know the usual hours), which means that at 8am there was a huge line for breakfast. One day they opened up another room because there were no tables left in the first, the other day they did not. On top of that there is only one coffe making machine which works very slow and needs to be refilled very often. Only first time they set the table with placemat, after that they only superficially wipe the table. They do however try very hard, I think they were a bit understaffed because of holidays. Otherwise food selection was very good and always stocked. The staff at the reception was very kind and helpful.

Nous avons logé dans cet hôtel pendant 1 semaine avec un ami dans une chambre twin. L'hôtel est situé très loin du centre, dans un quartier un peu malfamé. Bien évidemment, ils nous ont donné la chambre 28, la dernière tout en haut, face aux travaux qui commencent à 6h du matin et là où il fait une chaleur à mourir. Le wifi est terriblement mal desservi dans cette fameuse chambre. Il y a une forte odeur d'égout dans la salle de bains, qui sent en plus le renfermé. La literie est tout de même confortable. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas terrible mais un jour sur 3 il y a des pains au chocolat et des croissants. Malheureusement, pas tous les jours, c'est très dommage. La réception est ouverte h24 ce qui est appréciable, et les personnes sont plutôt serviables. La femme de ménage est très gentille, même si elle ne parle pas anglais, nous avons réussi à nous faire comprendre. Le prix de 55 euros reste tout de même assez cher pour un hôtel à Belgrade très loin du centre.

Очень хороший, чистый и опрятный отель в центре города. Вежливый персонал и вкусные завтраки в кафе за углом. Все достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Рекомендую! За свои деньги это один из лучших недорогих вариантов размещения в центре.

We stayed here for one night as part of an organised tour in August 2022. Location wise, the hotel is in the old city and is a drive away from the city centre. We arrived by coach and the streets are narrow so we had to unload everything quickly. The hotel is a fairly modern building. Check in was fairly quick, even for a large group of people. Our room was on the first floor and there was one lift or stairs to take. Our triple room was a good size and was fairly modern. Everything was clean and tidy, the air con worked well and the beds were comfy. There were only 2 of us staying in a triple room, but even with a third, you would probably just about have enough space for your luggage without being on top of one another. The bathroom was also relatively large and had a big shower. The main talking point for most of us was the fact there was a glass wall between the bedroom and shower. Luckily, there's an automatic blind that you can raise and lower depending on how much privacy / how well you know your roommate! The towels were all clean and fluffy, the hot water was good and so was the water pressure. The wifi was good. The signal was relatively strong and it was fairly quick. Breakfast was downstairs, past reception. There was a good choice of hot food items (meat and eggs), toasts, cereals and other Continental options, plus fruits, dates, muffins etc. Drinks wise there were juices, coffees, teas etc. In the evening, we went up to the rooftop bar which had great views over the city. There were thunderstorms several miles away which we had a fantastic view of, all whilst sat outside as the rain wasn't falling in Belgrade! We were able to take our own drinks upstairs as the bar had closed and they were fine with that. There are a couple of restaurants near the hotel and if you walk down the hill (3 or 4 blocks) then turn right, there's a small corner shop selling water etc. Overall, I really enjoyed our stay here as the hotel was fairly modern, with good facilities.

I recommend that the hotel's management consider upgrading the bedding to improve overall comfort for future guests. The pillows were soft and shallow, which might not cater to every guest's preference, but they still contributed to the room's modest charm. Breakfast at the hotel was humble but showcased a selection of local dishes. While not the most elaborate spread, it provided an authentic taste of Serbian cuisine, reflecting the resilience and adaptability of the Serbian people who have faced numerous challenges throughout history. In conclusion, Heritage Belgrade Hotel offers an opportunity for visitors to connect with the local culture and warm-hearted Serbian people. Although there is room for improvement in terms of bedding comfort, the hotel remains a viable option for travelers seeking an authentic experience. As Serbia continues to develop and grow, I am hopeful that the hotel industry, including Heritage Belgrade, will progress to meet the evolving needs and expectations of travelers from around the world.
