Hotel Belo Horizonte dengan Bar

O hotel é fantástico, porém um hotel deste porte não funcionar a Internet e em pleno domingo dois elevadores não estar funcionando jerou um grande transtorno, ainda mais pelo evento que teve neste dia ...lamentável

Foi Maravilhoso! Amei ter estado lá no hotel San Diego Pampulha Belo Horizonte! Gratidão todas e todos que me receberam lá!

As instalações são boas e o hotel é bem localizado. Entretanto, a rouparia e os travesseiros são muito antigos e precisam ser substituídos com urgência. As toalhas de banho cheiravam a fumaça! Impossível utilizar. Pedi a substituição, o que foi feito, mas o cheiro, segundo a camareira, é do local onde são lavadas. Café da manhã e atendimento bons.

The Hotel Fasano in Belo Horizonte, with its inimitable style emblematic of the Fasano chain, sits elegantly within the city, a beacon of refined hospitality. The reception, graced by friendly and charming staff, occasionally speaking German, is a delight. The diversity among the staff is a refreshing sight, adding to the hotel’s charm; the presence of a receptionist adorned with numerous tattoos was a particularly cool touch. The concierge service is exceedingly diligent and dedicated, a testament to the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. They provided us with complimentary concert tickets, allowing us to enjoy a splendid evening filled with music. The restaurant, known for its excellence, operates with impressive efficiency. The waitstaff are alert and provide exceptional service, though the presence of multiple restaurant managers, or Chefs de Service, occasionally obstructs the flow. While the cuisine is commendable, the breakfast service is notably slow. The rooms are immaculate and spacious, offering a comfortable retreat. However, the lack of razors and the inconsistent replenishment of soap were minor inconveniences. Despite these small flaws, the hotel remains a magnificent and impressive establishment. Our stay was beautiful and restful, a testament to the high standards of the Fasano experience.

Melhor hotel de BH, preço justo, o atendimento é de excelente qualidade, quartos grandes e bem acima da média de todos os hotéis que já fui, área de lazer e academia são ótimos. O restaurante é perfeito, sou sempre muito bem atendido pelo Fábio (proprietário) e pelo Gleyson, recomendo para qualquer pessoa.

Such a wonderful time spent at Hilton Garden inn! After almost 30 years without visiting my hometown I was greeted with a wonderful team! Thank you so much for making sure I was comfortable! You guys did everything to accommodate me ,to make me happy as I went to say my last goodbye to my mother… Thank you for everything you all did for me! In this time of sadness. I left happier than when I arrived! Everything was the way I expected: such a clean rooms! Spacious, slept like a angel! No noises at all! Amazing shower! (Just how I like) Felt like a waterfall! All though our language is português, everyone English spoken! So Awesome! Not to mention the beautiful city view! I consider now my HOME. There’s nothing like arriving at a hotel and feeling welcomed. When I checked in for my weeklong stay, Jackson and Lucíola at the front desk were kind and helpful. I later met Rafael and Thiago, as well as the excellent housekeeper Emerson. They were all great and made me feel at home. My room was basic but modern and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the air conditioning was excellent, and the blackout curtains let me sleep in. The shower had strong water pressure. The minibar was well stocked and replenished daily. Be aware that the walls are thin, so if there are loud guests next door you’ll hear them clearly. Luckily the front desk staff is accommodating and helped me move. The location is great, walking distance from lots of restaurants, bars, nightlife, and a pleasant 10-minute walk from Pátio Savassi, an upscale outdoor shopping mall with the high-end Verdemar supermarket right next to it. My only suggestion is to improve the breakfast. The food could be tastier, and the attendants could be better trained. For example, they’ll make you fresh eggs, but you need to ask, as they never offer and there are no signs. I saw someone get an omelette one day, so the next morning I asked and they made me one too. It would also be nice to have variety in the hot items in the buffet, but the entire week I was there, it was always the same two things: chopped hotdogs in tomato sauce and cold scrambled eggs. Next time I go to BH, I look forward to visiting my friends at eSuites Toscanini-Savassi and enjoying an improved breakfast experience.

Pontos positivos: Roupa de cama super confortável, ambientes limpos, chuveiro excelente. Café da manhã bom, recepcionistas não muito simpáticos, porém prestaram bom e ágil atendimento tanto no check-in quanto no check-out. Pontos negativos: No café da manhã não oferecem sucos naturais e os alimentos não têm plaquinha de identificação. Ambiente pequeno, a única mesa que estava disponível no momento que fomos tomar café batia o ar gelado direto nela e pedi a funcionária para colocar o ar ”pra cima” e ela disse que não dava. Somente quando estava terminando ela ofereceu para desligar. A qualidade do shampoo e sabonetes do banheiro da suíte já foram melhores (já é minha segunda hospedagem neste hotel). Tv não é smart e possui somente canais de TV aberta. Ficamos hospedados no último quarto do 2° andar, o Wi-Fi não funciona em todo quarto, só perto da porta, péssimo sinal! Cobertor com cheiro ruim e cheio de bolinhas. Tivemos que pagar o estacionamento (R$20), que é péssimo, bem pequeno e não faz nenhum sentido pagar, uma vez que está no ambiente do próprio hotel e o mesmo não é terceirizado. O carro ficou em uma vaga péssima e na chuva durante toda estadia.7⁷8⁸
