Ulasan Hotel Benetusser

Good location in a quiet part of Valencia. It is close to small shops, cafes, market etc. Hotel room was big and the sliding glass door on the side could be opened a little for fresh air of you want. Breakfast downstairs was good (fresh pastries, ham, sausage, fruits etc). Sometimes at night there is momentary noise from the streets (loud music from vehicles), but it's only for a short while.

Ya conocíamos el establecimiento y nos ha encantado. La renovación hecha en 2023 le da un aire mucho más actual. El desayuno es variado y de buena calidad

Fuimos para un evento, llegamos muy tarde, y nos dieron una habitación con dos camas dobles. Habíamos contratado una de matrimonio y nos las cambiaron enseguida. El personal muy amable. La habitación nos pareció un poco pequeña, el baño grande, pero sin ducha. El sitio es muy céntrico y aparcar no fue fácil. El desayuno lo mejor. Todo súper rico. De sobresaliente...lo mejor de nuestra estancia, sin ninguna duda.

Bien en general. TV antigua y pequeña Baño con bañera, no plato de ducha Instalaciones un poco antiguas Poca luz en la habitación

以這個價錢來説，冇得投訴，性價比極高。交通方面就麻煩。要坐火車去市區，但最後一班火車是拾時廿幾分。你都在市區停得咁夜嗎。冇得輸。

如不怕搭車出市區就可以入住。小鎮。尤其在卷口的餐廳又平又好食。如在市區游玩，食晚飯就回巷口的餐廳食有着数。

If you ask to book with a smartbox there is no availabiility, if you ask to book normally there are a lot of rooms available.I tryed to book months before, but nothing changed. This is not honest at all. You should be denounced. Do not book this hotel. DISHONEST

Stay away! They are thieves! I have reviewed this hotel and they deleted it. Save your money from this evil hotel and stay somewhere else. They took my money even if I didn’t stay in this hotel. They are thieves! I repeat they took my money even if I didn’t stay here.

This hotel stole our money for a stay that did not happen. Tried to get a refund but Sonya refused. Her staff kept hanging up the phone when I tried to talk to her. They are very rude! Back story: I booked this hotel because it says on the website that there’s parking garage. We have a car rental so it’s an absolute must. We arrived at the hotel traveling all the way from Barcelona at night to find that there’s no parking space available in their garage when it says parking available in their website. We even looked at the street surrounding the hotel which is shady, and there’s none available. I spoke with the receptionist and I told him about the situation that there’s no parking. We just can’t leave our car in the middle of the street so we left and went to a gas station and slept in our car. After all is said and done with trying to get our money back, this evil hotel still managed to steal our money thru Priceline. I have filed complaints against this hotel and Priceline and wrote reviews on travel websites.

I was charged for a hotel reservation but did not stay there because there was no parking space in their car parking. When I booked a hotel, I look at hotels with car parking because I have a car rental so I chose this hotel. Me and my husband drove from Madrid to this hotel and we were very upset to find out there’s no parking available for our car so we left and slept in our car at a gas station since that was late at night and there wasn’t any hotels available. I was even more upset to find out this hotel charged my card for a stay that didn’t happen. I called several times to speak with Sonya the manager and she refused to speak to me. They refused to issue a refund saying this is non refundable. They were very inconsiderate. This hotel is a crook and will steal your money. This is a very valid reason why we can’t stay and there wasn’t even a space in our car along the hotel! Their website is saying otherwise! That theres car parking available when there’s none! That hotel is in a very shady area and you run the risk of your car getting broken into or stolen. Priceline, the agency I booked the hotel from, can’t do anything for me as their “VIP” customer. I wouldn’t reach a VIP status if I didn’t book so many hotels and flights with this company. And they couldn’t even give me a credit or do anything to resolve this issue. This is how Priceline treats their customer or their VIP customer with this matter. Stay away from this hotel . These are crooks and will steal your money. I had filed a dispute with my credit card company and have lodged a complaint against Hotel Benetusser on several other travel websites.

Habitación poco ventilada y limpieza muy superficial (encontramos unos calzoncillos que no eran nuestros detrás del sillón, todo lleno de polvo). Les vendría bien una reforma ya que se ven las paredes con humedades/viejas. El desayuno está bien, pero tampoco es para tirar cohetes. Si quieres aparcar en su parking pagas extra - y es recomendable hacerlo porque la zona no parece muy segura. El personal que encontramos fue amable.

Hôtel ne correspond pas à un niveau 4 étoiles. Chambre sans mini-bar, air conditionné hyper bruyante avec unité extérieure fixée sous la fenêtre, fenêtre coulissante ne se ferme pas bien, lampe de chevet cassée, baignoire douche très glissante sans poignée de maintien.

Muy mala experiencia en este hotel, no pudimos dormir por que habían grupos de estudiantes de juerga toda la noche y gritos, el hotel no hizo nada al respecto por mas quejas que les transmitimos a recepción el resto de huéspedes, fue una locura, pedimos cenar unas pizzas ya que lo anuncian por todo el hotel y nos lo negaron la recepcionista nos dijo que no era posible por que cerraban el comedor exclusivamente para los estudiantes ya que ocupaban todo el comedor…perdona? Hay un comedor inmenso vi los grupos de estudiantes y no llenaban el comedor ni de broma, no me lo podía creer que no pudimos cenar, la habitación de pena llena de polvo y pelos por las mesitas con muebles estropeados persiana de la terraza rota no la podíamos bajar y daba a un patio de luces llenos de compresores de los aires acondicionados horrible, el primer día no teníamos ni gel ni jabón por parte del hotel, no hace falta que pongan artículos de cortesía te dan un gorro de plástico un peine y una mini esponja de zapatos “ridículo” el desayuno es correcto es lo mejor del hotel los camareros agradables , recepción no nos informó de nada teníamos que ir preguntando las dudas y el wifi me lo apuntaron en un papel por que lo pedimos, ( recepcionista muy forzada con mucha falta de información) el parquing bastante complicado… hay un sin fin de quejas que me faltaría espacio para escribir, nuestra estancia fue un regalo de nuestra hija que después de estar pagado tuvimos que pagar 20€ extra y no se todavía por que..conclusión! Un desastre de hotel no supera las 3 * las habitaciones anticuadas y no muy limpias poca atención al cliente, falta mucho mantenimiento y una dirección mas involucrada, ahora es cuando el responsable del hotel me contesta…señor no busque excusas y cumplan con su trabajo que este hotel no corresponde a lo que venden y anuncian

Top hôtel très propre , personnel sympa . garage en sous sol dont on y accède la voiture avec un élévateur , mais pas de soucis, ouvert 24h/24h donc pour rentrer ou sortir, pas d'attente mais il faut demander à l'accueil. Situé à 10/12 minutes à pied de la gare d'Alfafar / Benetusser , puis accès direct en plein centre de valence en 10 minutes de train (pas cher , 6€ les 10 trajets). Dommage qu'un tel hôtel 4 étoiles n'est pas un restaurant typique , seulement une pizzéria. Tarif pas cher pour une telle hospitalité
