Ini kali ke-2 kami menginap di hotel ini. Terdapat beberapa perkara yang memerlukan beberapa penambahbaikan.
- Bilik luas dan bersih. Teruskan.
- Bilik kekurangan peralatan mandian seperti topi mandi, pencukur pakai buang.
Jika ada sesuatu yang tidak perlu disediakan, alangkah baiknya jika kaunter penerimaan tetamu boleh memaklumkan kepada kami setelah selesai mendaftar masuk. Atau nota kecil di bilik individu.
- Pengemasan perlu disemak dan diperbaiki. Tuala kami tidak ditukar selepas malam pertama. Kami perasan pembantu rumah hanya melipat tuala yang kotor dan menggantungnya di atas rak semasa kami hendak menggunakannya. Pengemasan tidak dilakukan sehingga kira-kira jam 4 petang waktu tempatan.
- Bufet sarapan pagi perlu dilihat semula dan diperbaiki. Mempunyai lebih banyak jenis seperti variasi roti dan pastri. Kami memutuskan untuk tidak pergi bersarapan pada hari terakhir kami sebelum mendaftar keluar.
- Kolamnya keruh selepas seharian hujan lebat. Pihak pengurusan perlu menukar air kolam supaya tetamu hotel boleh berenang di kolam.
Saya harap perkara boleh diperbaiki lagi.

kelajuan perkhidmatan boleh menjadi lebih baik jika lebih ramai tenaga kerja diupah, lif boleh diselenggara tanpa sebarang notis dan tiada maklumat diturunkan kepada tetamu bahawa terdapat lif sandaran untuk tetamu turun..air mineral sangat terhad kepada tetamu setiap hari dan kakitangan akan sangat keberatan untuk mendapatkannya untuk anda dari penyambut tetamu... bersedia untuk mendapatkan air anda sendiri dari pasar raya besar terdekat.

Layanan yang baik dari kakitangan untuk mengingatkan saya tentang deposit IDR100K. Tidak ada kedai di sekitar hotel. Dan satu-satunya hotel yang saya kunjungi tanpa sabun bar tangan.

Saya sangat suka lokasi hotel. Daftar masuk mengambil masa lebih lama daripada yang saya jangkakan. Tiada sistem giliran yang betul. Mana-mana pelanggan boleh terus beratur untuk daftar masuk. Tidak akan mengesyorkan untuk kekal jika anda kurang tidur. Bunyi seakan mampu meresap ke segenap sudut bilik. Boleh mendengar bunyi mangkuk tandas dan bunyi pancuran mandian dari bilik lain juga. Pilihan sarapan pagi sangat terhad dan tidak mencapai standard berbanding hotel lain yang mengenakan caj yang sama.

Kebersihan bilik boleh dipertingkatkan lagi, terdapat kesan pada cadar bantal. Sabun dan kertas tandas juga tidak diisi semula. Penyebaran sarapan boleh dipertingkatkan lagi. Ia agak terhad. Kopi dan teh juga sangat cair. Milo yang diperbuat daripada mesin layan diri Nescafe juga sangat cair. Mungkin perlu ambil grab ke mall.

Kalis bunyi hotel adalah buruk. Menginap 2 malam dan sentiasa dikejutkan oleh orang di luar bilik. Tiada perkhidmatan bilik untuk dibicarakan, meminta kit cukur 3 kali dan tiada yang datang. Apabila mendaftar keluar, jangan lupa deposit anda, mereka akan berdiam diri melainkan anda memintanya. Recep kelihatan tidak berpuas hati apabila saya meminta deposit saya.
Tetapi secara keseluruhan hotel ini kelihatan bagus.

Hotel ini agak jauh, tetapi saya memilihnya kerana saya melihat dalam talian bahawa ia agak baru dan bersih Apabila saya tiba, secara keseluruhannya OK.
Kakitangannya bersemangat, tetapi kecuali untuk meja depan yang boleh berbahasa Inggeris, komunikasi asas di jabatan lain adalah melalui penterjemah.
Tiada papan seterika atau seterika di hotel Jika anda memerlukannya, anda perlu menunggu perkhidmatan telefon (tidak banyak di hotel kami menunggu selama lebih kurang 1 jam untuk mendapatkan seterika - tidak ada papan seterika). Kami tidak boleh keluar tanpa menyeterika, jadi kami memutuskan untuk menukar hotel pada keesokan harinya, tetapi kerana kami tidak dapat mendaftar keluar, kami terpaksa menunggu sehingga lusa untuk menukar hotel (kemudian kami tiba di hotel baru dan mendapati bahawa perkara yang sama berlaku untuk hotel ini. Mereka berkata kami boleh menggunakan seterika selama 2 jam (saya pengsan)
Tambahan pula, peti ais di hotel IBis tidak berfungsi selepas meminta bahagian kejuruteraan untuk menggantikannya, ia masih 100% tidak berfungsi (tidak ada penghawa dingin). dalam kesusahan, bersabarlah!
P.S.
Jika anda ingin makan di hotel, sila faham bahawa bayaran perkhidmatan dan cukai akan dikenakan sebanyak 21% (bukan bayaran perkhidmatan bilik.
Perkhidmatan ulang-alik tersedia pada hujung minggu, tetapi anda masih tidak mempunyai kebebasan untuk menaiki teksi. Ia tidak mahal adalah sangat baik. Kami membayar 5000*2=10000 untuk setiap daripada kami).

Di batam, hotel ibis Styles ini dianggap sebagai hotel yang sangat baik untuk menginap. Kebersihan bilik sangat baik. Terletak di pekan nagoya tetapi pergi ke mana-mana mesti ada kereta atau call crab.
