Hotel in good location, basic but clean. Very pleasant man on reception, happy to help if you needed anything. Pool was good, had the pool to ourselves most of the time. a little noisy at night time but nothing too bad. great value for money, would stay again.

I've stayed here a few times now, and I was a bit surprised by some of the reviews. I've always found it perfect for my needs, it's an ideal base, close to the ***** and the beach. Yes, there is a hill to walk up but if you are generally fit and healthy, it shouldn't prove to be a problem for you, the apartments are sp****ly furnished but are always clean and you have everything you need to knock together a breakfast or a light meal. The staff are pleasant and helpful, and will provide you with fresh loo rolls, towels etc if you ask them. My deposit has always been back into my account by the time I've arrived back home. But then I've always cleaned the apartment before checking out and kept my noise down to a minimum. A couple of things though, the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything, so if your Mrs is a screamer you might want to bury her head in a pillow or something, also, the cups provided are tiny, so if you like a decent brew in the morning, I’d take your own mugs. If you turn right as you come out of the apartments, then take your second right, there's a cheap Spanish supermarket, some of the cold meats they sell are really nice and you can get big bottles of water there for 25c, as opposed to spending 1 Euro for them at the supermarkets in the town, There's some decent friendly bars around the area as well, if you just fancy a quiet one.

Absolutely shocking place to go to enjoy your holiday, my pensioner dad and his friend wanted to have a holiday after he got the all clear from having bowel cancer, they were charged €200 on arrival for any damages to the appartment, when leaving he asked about getting deposit back they were told they had to wait 10 to 15 days, they had no cutlery, plates, cups or glasses, there was a tv but they had to pay for the reception to hand over the remote for that tv. My dad says the staff was all very rude and when questioned about something they did not agree with they claimed they could not speak English yet were speaking fine English just hours before!! Disgusting place. If i cld have given a minus rating i would have!!

shocking service on arrival I was asked for a deposit of €200eur .no problem. when I got in to the apartment fond it in bad repair loses floor tiles unsecured plug sockets and light fixtures. the flooring on the front balcony unsafe .the area around the appartments is well known for pickpockets drunks and muggings. on departure there was no receptionist to be found .was told he would be back soon. waited for as long as possible. before having to leave for my transfer to the airport. on return to UK contacted love holidays the company I booked this's nightmare with to get my deposit back and make a complaint. shocking customer service spoke to several agents .with no joy was told to contact the provider via email .totally wasted time and stressful the emails came back as spam.please stay away from these appartments and don't book with love holidays. 🥺😔☝

Had a lovely stay, apartment clean and everything you need was in the room. Very big apartment with big balcony. Staff very helpful and friendly. Only downside is the hills to get to the apartment, if you have mobility issues or breathing problems this place would be no good for you, the hill is a killer

Bed’s uncomfortable plug sockets don’t all work no one on reception up a steep hill not suitable for older or people with mobility issues no where to leave luggage after checkout. 200 euro deposit wasn’t happy we paid cash wanted it paid on card got it back in cash after appointment check which I cleaned no bedding or towel changed the whole 10 days definitely wouldn’t stay here again

Stayed at these apartments and paid £200 damage deposit. When i got home i was told i wouldnt be receiving the money back as the apartment was left ‘dirty’. Nothing broken a few towels left laying and cups maybe. We where gave 4 towels for 4 people for 4 nights. The bedding wasnt changed in 4 days either.Avoid at all costs. I have basically been conned out of my hard earned money . Even the place was left dirty it dosent take £200 to clean it . Would not recommend. Its cheap but cheap for a reason .! So theyll get you in the long grass when you arrive home. Ive been on trip advisor and the amount of similiar stories to mine is staggering. I don’t know how they get away with it!!

So after booking this place and reading some of the reviews my experience hasn't been any of the sort, my plan was delayed so I didn't land untill 2am and you have a little hill to walk up before getting to the apartments, there Was someone there to check us in because I was worried about reception closing after reading some reviews, got upstairs, the apartment itself is very reasonable and clean, it consists of a TV (you have to pay extra for the remote) however when turned on its already set on a music channel on a reasonable sound so you don't really need to get the remote, you can't turn it up and down unless you get the remote but honestly you don't need it, there's a kettle, cuttelry, microwave, pans cups ect, the beds are not hard like some people have claimed the beds are memory foam and very comfortable (all I can say to all these people who claim it's bad and full of cockrouchs then your full of rubbish) it's not, the shower is a bit of a nightmare it's small and the shower curtain sticks to you but the waters hot and it's enough to get showered and washed, the staff are lovely and helpful and they are pretty stricked on noise after 12 which is great cause by the time you get back you want to get your head down, the apartment has everything you need and I will definitely be back, I'm in apartment 11a, the beach is only a ten min walk away and your pretty central to everywhere once you sus your surroundings and find your feet. This place is nothing like all these bad reviews have made out so please don't listen to them, my experience has been quite pleasant up to yet, I'm still here so I can't comment about getting the 150 euro back but I don't think I will have any problems, if you didn't get your deposit back you must have broke the rules simple as that. But I will update when I get home. Very pleased I stayed here and I will definitely be back.

Great accommodation and Pepe who was the manager at reception went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. There is no air con here but you can hire large fans from reception for a small fee. WiFi is a small charge but it was perfect and didn't let us down once during our 10 day stay. Would stay here again.
