Hotel Primavera Park

The hotel, generally, is clean and pleasant. The staff is friendly and helpful. The views from the upper floors and (17th floor) rooftop bar are Spectacular. The 4 elevators are ill-timed, and you can wait 5 minutes for a lift. The food is good in an adequate sort of way, with most of the “hot” food being room temperature and the cake desserts being almost thawed from being recently frozen. Although the breakfast buffet has a nice variety. The sliding door onto the terrace did not lock. And the safe was not secured to any surface — you could pick up the whole safe and carry it off. The music from the rooftop is intrusive for the 16th floor rooms, especially music with heavy beats and base late at night. There is also the noise from dragging furniture and dropping things on the rooftop floor. The bathrooms are not particularly well-designed: there is no niche in the showers for soaps; there are no hooks near the shower door for towels. There were two cups by each sink for toothbrushes ... which were disgustingly dirty from toothbrush residue. I left a hint for the maid: filled the cup with sudsy water and left it in the sink. She did not get the hint. (I washed it myself.) The part that was most unpleasant was that the shower water temperature changed from chilling to scalding and from sand-blasting to trickle frequently and without warning. Best to take your morning shower very early (like 7am) or very late (like 11am). While the water pressure and temperature are stable, you won't get really hot water. But it's comfortably hot. We only got one bottle of water. Once we finished the bottle that was there, it was never replaced. (Which was ok, because we stocked the empty fridge with good stuff from the nearby Mercadona grocery store.) She also did not replace the other cups that we used with clean ones. We ended up washing them with Bath soap in the bathroom sinks. Even so, while it was a little rustic, I would stay here again for the view and its proximity to fun stuff. Just gotta roll with it.

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at Primavera Park. It could not have been better. We stayed in one of the Penthouse rooms and it was beautiful. Bed was very comfy. We loved the roof top bar both on a day time and an evening. Sara, one of the wait staff up there was amazing. So friendly and lovely and so attentive. Never had to wait to get her attention. One night they had a sax player as the sun set which was amazing. The cocktails were wonderful too. We had lunch at the downstairs pool bar one day which was also lovely. Daily breakfast was varied and plentiful. Both the rooftop pool and downstairs pool were beautiful. The location of the hotel is also fab for the old town ( much nicer) or only a 15-20 min walk from the madness of the new town. Thanks for a great stay and we hopefully will return one day.

Are stay was for 11nights in that time we never had our bedsheets changed just beds made dailey.we were also half board unfortunaley the food choices were poor children were only offered pizza.adult menu not very nice plus most of it was flavourless also as soon as finished plates taken immediatley leaving dirty cutlery to reuse. so ended up eating out most of our stay so holiday was twice as much.the cleaners cleaned rooms dailey leaving black hair everywhere im bottle blond hubby short n grey floor felt gritty underfoot was a beautifull hotel just these factors let it down

We didn’t stay at the hotel but was recommended their roof top bar from a local and so glad we tried it out. We went in the day time, friendly attentive staff. Infinity pool which is lovely (although took a while to get in as cold). We also went on the night of my birthday, amazing views from 17 floors up and comfy seating areas. Defiantly a place to try even if you aren’t staying at the hotel

Amazing hotel, Stayed here twice already and i cannot fault a thing with the hotel. Rooms are spacious clean and very modern. Plenty of sunloungers every day which i find a bonus as i hate fussing trying to get one each morning. Had food in the bar area here and it was fab just opted for the club sandwich but was cooked on a pan with a fresh chicken fillet which i was impressed with. Couldnt fault the breakfast either plenty of choice and all so fresh. The rooftop bar is to die for its beautiful for drinks in the evening before dinner. I have booked again for July and cant wait to return.

I had the absolute worst experience at this hotel. The maid actually STOLE from my luggage. When I tried to reach out to the hotel management about the theft, no one responded to my emails or calls. It is absolutely appalling that they allow this kind of behavior to go on unchecked. I would never recommend staying at this hotel to anyone. It's clear that they have no regard for their guests' safety or well-being. Avoid this place at all costs - unless you want your belongings stolen and to be ignored when you try to seek help. I have sent them 3 emails, called them so many times to ask for a manager, every time they either hand up on me, laugh in my face, transferred me to a deadline. I will make an official complain to the Spanish authorities as this was one of my worst experience ever. The staff is horrible!!

We arrived Monday for a 4nt stay staying on floor 15 the hotel is lovely very clean the staff in the oasis bar are 5* they were always wonderful with our daughter who is in a wheelchair. The room was very basic but clean the bed settee was very uncomfortable as there was metal bars all around we didint have breakfast but ate at the oasis for lunch a couple of times is was delicious

We were very impressed with the renovation of the hotel. It is more practical that the entrance is on the other side now. Beautiful views from the rooftop bar. This has been a huge upgrade for Primavera Park. The hotel is in the neigbourhood of the park, the shops and the beach.
