Haven’s beaches, location, and staff were amazing. Considering the price, we expected to not have the typical watered down alcohol/ meh food all inclusive experience, which unfortunately proved to be the case. You couldn’t get a buzz from the drinks unless you were injecting it straight into your veins. The only great restaurant was the Italian one. The coffee shop was also fantastic. The pools were beautiful, and there were always beach and pool beds available. The staff are very warm and friendly. Our jacuzzi never worked correctly and it turned out that you had to turn on the outside lights to get it to work, which we were never told. The nightly activities and the club are a bit cheesy, but the staff is doing the best they can. Big shoutouts to Pamela, Alfredo, Eli, and John, who were absolutely too notch staff. The rooms are beautiful and the rain shower is amazing! I think the overall value for experience is overpriced based on the food and beverages.

This is the second visit in 7 months to this resort, it’s obvious we LOVE this resort! The best part may be the staff, every single staff member from the spa, housekeeping, bartenders, janitorial staff and serenity concierge is friendly and makes you feel special. The food is incredible, the grounds are well kept, the entertainment provides options. Did I mention the food?? I cannot recommend Haven enough! They have options for everyone from the nightclub to quiet relaxation. Make this your next trip and thank me later :)

Staff was incredible and property was beautiful. Food was good - about what you’d expect from an all-inclusive. Would definitely stay there again.

The beach and pool areas were very nice. Food and service in the restaurants was very good. They are doing construction next to the South side of the property, it is very loud on this end of the property.

Resort is okay depending on what your reason for travel is. My husband and I traveled with family and enjoyed the camaraderie. We met a lot of people from all over and enjoyed diverse conversations. Cancun is always a good time, but I prefer lower key, more relaxing resorts for vacations. Pros: - Amazing butler & wait staff. Special shout out to Petro for keeping the drinks and good vibes flowing. - Fun, vibrant atmosphere if traveling in group - Spa is top tier. Husband and I enjoyed hydrotherapy, massages and masks. Very relaxing. - Serenity Club has two separate pools and separate bars/restaurants to emphasize exclusivity and relaxation. - Room service is convenient and tastes better than the restaurants. - Rooms are modern and enjoyed ******* perks. Cons: - Food is awful. Your best bet is the buffet, but who wants to pay all this money for a buffet? The snack bar tacos were my go to. Italian was the worst. Indian was okay. Steak was mid. Mediterranean suspect. Avoid the school burgers. - Cabanas are scarce - recommend you claim them early in the morning before breakfast. - Building 4 Oceanfront master suite was uncomfortably hot and unbearable to sleep. - Building 4 is next to the main pool and since the nighttime entertainment prevented the ability to enjoy a late evening on the balcony. All in all, not bad, but not what I look forward to on vacay. This is a newer resort and construction is ongoing, so I’m sure it’ll continue to evolve!

The elevator near my room was broken the whole time I was there and I was on the third floor. Other guests were led to their room while the staff member walked me not even half way and said it's over there somewhere and gestured broadly and I wound up getting lost. Eventually another staff member leading someone else to their room helped point me in the right direction. They put RFID bracelets on your wrists like you're a child in an arcade and I'm not a fan because they don't even explain what they're doing until after they close the bracelet with pliers. The quiet circle pool isn't that clean with a lot of tree debris and napkins. The staff is very pushy about alcohol so if you do not drink I do not recommend staying here.

This all inclusive has been one of my favorites. It has many activities throughout the day and night. The beach was mostly clean (on days with high winds and overcast there was a lot of seaweed on the shore). The restaurants were excellent! I wish there were more options for breakfast besides the buffet but I would definitely stay here again.
