Smelly, filthy, very careless and unprofessional. Fast easy money, needs an complete renovation, smell like mold. Air is musky in the room. Carpet was filthy. Under my feet was turning black because his dirty

Not the best, ice maker was broken, staff was rude.( Might of been the owners) Woman told me I couldn't eat breakfast in my room that I clearly paid for. Paid for 6 days. Felt uncomfortable on the 2nd day there ,should of took my money else where. Good for a night. But not for a long time. Wouldn't stay here again. Floors were filthy , air vents were dirty. Just a crappy stay. Breakfast was ok, but would of been better of I could of taken it in my room without a bunch of people around. I'll give it a 3 stars. Free coffee, quite area.

Staff (Tom, I think) was very helpful. We checked in at 4:00pm. The room we were initially in was listed as "accessible" but had a full tub with 24 inch sides and a shower chair. That's not exactly accessible to my wife. The refrigerator did not work, even after it was cycled. They had another, more accessible room, but were in the middle of cleaning it. We were told that the other room would be ready by either 6 or 8. We returned about 7:45 and the other room was ready. This one did have a walk-in shower, but the HVAC was in need of a tuneup. It took 8 hours to raise the room temperature from 68 to 74. There was also a funky, almost sulphur-type odor in the hallway between our room and the front desk. I have stayed at Choice Hotel frequently in the last 25 years. This was my worst experience. To compund the problem, the day before you arrive, you get an email from the property to complete online check-in. The app asks for your drivers license (including a photo of it), your car license, make, model, and color. And your credit/debit card to cover incidentals. All done, right? Nope...I had to produce all of these when I arrived. So much for on-line check in. I did not ask for anything to be comp'd, but the gentleman that checked us in also was there the next morning to check us out and offered nothing. Hmmmmm.

10th ( and final) hotel on a 16 day road trip: this was the only one not recently renovated. Refrigerator did have a freezer for our ice packs!! Breakfast was okay. Desk clerk was very personable and helpful

it was so late, almost 1AM we had been on the road driving for 11 hrs & we just wanted to hit the hay! we checked in, as we enter our room, not only was it the wrong room, I had booked a king room, it was a double bed room, but it STUNK. The room literally smelled like mold, musty, just disgusting!!! I don’t know what was going on, but I know I wasn’t sleeping in there! So went to the front desk, I stated my concerns of smell & the fact it was the wrong room. The gentleman was very kind & got us a different room, & stated they double booked my king suite so this is what I got, which was super upsetting! so we go to the new room & as soon as I walked in I was like absolutely not, it STUNK as well, same smell!! It was so bad my husband & I were not sleeping in there!!! So again, around 1AM, we went back to the front desk & apologized but asked for a new room because we were not sleeping in there!! So again, this gentleman was nice & got us a new room on the 2nd floor (hoping that maybe a different floor would be better). we get up there, walk in, i was like you have to be kidding me! smelled bad again, not nearly as bad as the previous 2, but still, come on!!! how do you expect people to “rent” these rooms smelling like that!!! It was so late,I told my husband I wasn’t going back down!! so we stayed but wasn’t happy!! bathroom door was also broke, it looked like someone punched it in! thankfully we were just passing through & won’t be back! ******* rated it 8.8/10, sadly wrong!

This property is well maintained not the newest but clean and well run. Good management. Ben Rempel Ontario Canada

It was a nice stay except we didn't much sleep the heater went off every 5 minutes and was very loud.breakfast was ok.
