Новый отель с отличным и красивым ремонтом. Всё свежее и приятное. Много пространства, удобные кровати. Но есть проблемы с заездом. Нет стойки регистрации, поэтому свяжитесь с отелем заранее. При въезде требуют оплатить городской налог и только по банковской карте. Если бы у нас не было интернета и связи, то мы остались бы на улице.

Прекрасный номер, запомнился потолок и вода Сан-Пелегрино) единственный момент - не очень удобная процедура регистрации и заселения, и боязнь, что в итоге не попадешь в номер. Из плюсов также - прекрасный балкончик и вид из него, из минусов - процесс регистрации и кондиционер

The location was great, walkable from both the old town and train station. The room was very nice and the bathroom was good. The bed was huge! You have to check in online before getting there. Once we got into the building it was straightforward enough. The adaptors we had wouldn’t work in the sockets. We had to use the sockets in the bathroom and for the kettle. Not sure if these were new types of sockets? I think they had usb but not the same versions we had. At checkout there was a staff member there however that was the first person we saw. We tried to get late check out by messaging but didn’t get a response until hours later. I would stay here again.

This is a supposedly online accessed hotel with no staff onsite and room access arranged online- only the system does not work so accessing your room is impossibly difficult. When you get into the hotel past the other people standing on the street also trying to get into their room don’t bother calling the phone helpline - nobody answers.

please be careful ! the worst hotel I have ever been to. one big fraud. after arriving at the place, the pin for the room does not work, it means it works because the tablet shows the inscription "welcome" but the door does not open! no help from the staff, no service at all, only a hotline from India... now they don't want to refund the amount for the accommodation! they charged an additional penalty for canceling the reservation because I did not show up at the hotel (I tried to enter the room half the night) the hotel service is outrageous! avoid this place!

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL - because you will pay for your stay, but not get into your room at all. We had a prepaid booking for 2 nights. When we arrived, the front door was closed, no one answered the door bell, or the phone to the hotel. So we suddenly found ourselves without a room to stay in, although we paid for it already. The next morning, we were desperate to get into our room, so we went to the hotel again. But it was the same story all over again - the front door was locked, no one answered the doorbell or the phone. We realised we had to get a different hotel, and ended up, not only spending vacation time searching for a new hotel and running around the city with our luggage, but also paying for a whole other hotel room. We still haven’t gotten in touch with Bergamo Inn 21, and they have not refunded our money, or tried to contact us at all. Do not book this hotel! They’ll steal your money and provide you no room to stay in.

No one at this building. People locked out. They do not answer the phone. They claim that the lobby is open during a few hours, but it is not. No information given out prior to arrival. They just take your money.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Arrived 5:00 pm. NO ONE to receive us. NO ONE around. They claim that the lobby is manned but there is NO LOBBY and the notice there saying someone is present every day is a LIE. Some people could not access their room. This so-called hotel is a SCAM

If you want an overpriced room in a building with no security and no service that has no temperature control and to which you might never gain access, with NO RECEPTION, NO ONE TO AID YOU OR EVEN ANSWER QUESTIONS this is the place for you. Enjoy your stay! This is not a hotel but a building to which you might be denied access with NO service and NOBODY around to take care of any issues, or even let you in. I had no communication from the owners of this place before arriving (they just took my money) and only got access because the lock on the front gate was broken (happily giving everyone in Bergamo access to the rooms). I just got confirmation of the booking from *********** instructing me only "On arrival, please present a photo ID that matches the guest name." After calling a number presented in the front hall of this property a helpful young lady from Agoda (who luckily spoke English) but who did not work for the alleged "hotel" sent me an internet link through which I was told to photograph my passport, give my tax number and fill in a lot of details both for my wife and myself. The whole process took nearly an hour and, during that time, I had no idea whether I would be able to get access to my room or whether, indeed, anyone in charge (it turned out no one) would even acknowledge I had a booking. When I finally gained access to my room with a code I received I found a notice claiming.I could call for "dedicated customer service" (see photo) which number I called to request the air conditioning be turned on as the room was stiflingly hot. No answer. (I had to use my cell phone as the phone in the room was inoperable.) The next morning I finally got someone to answer who told me the air conditioner would not come on as it was not yet hot enough. She assured me I had no control over the temperature in my $200 room. When I asked her why nobody was present to greet guests or deal with questions when a sign at the entrance said "reception" was open until 11:00 p.m. she said she was not coming in until 3:00 p.m. the day after I was scheduled to leave "because of school." Then she hung up on me. I would like to emphasise that I have stayed at other hotels that do not have a 24-hour reception but these other places ALWAYS arranged egress for me. This place communicated NOTHING. Other guests have had similar experiences. One reviewer has written (in Italian) she could not get access and had to wander the streets. Two Italian ladies I met who also stayed in this building when I was there complained to me about the same issues I experienced. The day I left I noticed luggage piled in the hallway with direct access to the street (no locked front barrier). Hope it was still there when guests returned! Bergamo is beautiful I'd go back but this room was nothing but trouble ..getting in with the code absolutely easy no problem but once in your on your own.. there is a number you can call but all they say is there's nothing we can do so unhelpful . Firstly the room is tiny the picture is deceiving but that's fine it was modern and clean . We had read on other reviews that the air con didn't work ..it works it's just on a master control and they don't choose to put it on ..they said some rubbish about it being a government guideline it was 25° when we were there we had to sleep with the windows and balcony door open . Speaking of the balcony we chose the de lux room because it had one as my hubby and I like to sit out on a night ..there was no balcony furniture not even a chair there was only one chair in the room so we asked if we could get one more they said one per room that's it no help . Lastly and the main problem was the smell coming from the bathroom like a mens urinal ( sorry men but it's the closest thing to it ) really strong I asked if they could send someone or just put some bleach down but again they said its the drains and nothing they can do ..I flushed the shower and bidet through with shower gell and a kettle of water it helped for a couple of hours but it came back as strong as before I dreaded going in there but the only mirror was in there and obviously the facility's.. unpleasant doesn't describe it . Overall the lack of help was the most disappointing no customer service at all . Go to bergamo its a delight but stay somewhere else it wasn't a good experience.

Very nice hotel, modern und stylish rooms, good place But 1. no reception, quite complicated online check-in, unfriendly people on WhatsApp We got the wrong house number and found the entrance only half an hour later, without help of the person on WhatsApp, no excuses, only tries to find explanations. We didn't get the code for the door of the hotel and for our room either. If you book a hotel, you wish to be welcome and home, when you arrive. This will not be so, if you book here. 2. The AC didn't work. The room temperature was 24 degrees and couldn't be changed. Our room neighbors had the problem for three days, nobody came to fix it... It is a pity, that a very nice hotel at a very central spot of Bergamo can't provide better service.

Great hotel near supermarket, restaurants and shops. About 15 minutes walk to Bergamo station. Please try the Chinese restaurant Sin Jah. We had a great warm meal there. Hotel is a smart hotel with pin to enter and exit. Looks new and very unique. Coffee n Tea provided. Coffee machine and Hot Water kettle, Bus stop to station is right in front if you are lazy to walk. Hotel exactly as per pictures.
