Hotel berhampiran Bryggen Harbour view, Bergen

My 2nd stays when visit Bergen on October 2022 and April 2023 both visit are for 3 nights each stays. I love Thon hotel because the breakfast was amazing, so many varieties of food and delicious. The room is very nice and clean and comfortable beds. Shower room is nice and the adjustment of the water is perfect. I love the chocolate they serve in ours first check in. Delicious. Parking is not free but easy access. The hotel is located in the heart of Bergen old Town, only walk about 2 minutes from the lobby, beautiful Maria Church also 2 minutes from the lobby, definitely will come back...strongly recommend 😍 you can watch my channel about all hotels I recommend on WTLJ YouTube, thanks 😊

酒店太美了，前台酒店小哥很帥

這家卑爾根酒店的view很不錯，面積也挺大的，房間內的設施一般沒有給燒水壺，特地問前台要的半個多小時才送來（北歐速度）。早餐種類特別多，早餐的hall景色很好。距離各大景點以及去機場都特別方便。

Staid here for a couple of nights while in Bergen. It is a centrally located hotel on a quiet street, completely new. Service at the check-in and check-out was great, fast, efiicient and very helpful. The rooms are big, cozy, very clean and useful with great beds and an excellent bathroom. I liked it a lot. Breakfast was good, with solid choice and some great salmon, but it gets too crowded due to the size that feels to small compared to the number of rooms. The lobby itself and the whole area is quite nice and modern. All together, very good but not great and definitely not sutr why it is a five star hotel, feels like a four star one.

I chose Scandic because I have had good experiences in the past. However, this stay has been quite horrible. After a long journey to the North Cape and back again, it was important for me to get a good night's sleep before the journey home to Denmark. Already when I/we checked in, many young people arrived with full plastic bags with clinking bottles and large speakers in tow. I wondered, but thought maybe they should go ahead and have a party. I was completely wrong there. The party was held at the Scandic hotel from early evening to early morning. There was running in the corridors, shouting and screaming, banging on pipes, doors slamming continuously, and there was partying and noise that only really drunk people can make. I and others contacted reception who unfortunately could not deal with them. I also think that one or two receptionists cannot handle 20 maybe 25 very drunk young people. In the morning told the young female receptionist that when they complained about a room, the party just moved to a new room. She was very kind and apologized many times. Friendly and sweet service. Immediately, I think that the police should have been called if the party didn't stop. Me and my 2 fellow travelers were refunded DKK 400 for our rooms... But honestly, I think it would have been appropriate to give us the full amount back. Never before have I had such an experience in a hotel.

The location is great, right in the centre of Reykjavík, 5 minutes walk to reach the main attractions. The room was clean and tidy and there was a complimentary breakfast offered which was great.

The nice hotel. Hotel is good location, near the Bergen station and allow for early check in. Breakfast is delicious.

The hotel concept is nice flashy & flirty for youngsters. Impressed !! Room was nice but bathroom was cold no insulation like other hotels. Water in the bathroom was not consistent sometimes it just becomes cold. Cleaning of room was not that great. Plastic glass jn the toilet never changed in 3 days we stayed Hotel restaurant was good. Food very slow

We stayed for 3 nights at this hotel. Self check-in/out. Min human interaction. Location is not bad. Near the Skyss stop. There's a supermarket across the building. A bit further there's a Rema 1000. The room is small. Two sides of the bed are agaisnt the wall. There are about 80cm space between the bed and each sides of the walls. There is a long table along the wall on one side and a puff. This really crowds the room. Don't bring big luggage here, there is not enough space. No TV. The window cannot be opened. The bathroom is a nice surprise. It is spacious, as big as the bedroom area, with heated floor. The common room is quite spacious, right next to the restaurant. The restaurant downstairs is quite busy. Breakfast is available for extra fee. You can find microwave, fridge, kettle, and paper utensils in the common room. Coffee vending machine is also here. Overall this is a good budget hotel, good value hotel.
