Fantastic hotel, felt completely spoilt whilst staying there. The breakfast buffet on another level and the room was modern, calming and relaxing. The hotel spa was also a welcomed break, before exploring more of the beautiful Bergen. Thank you!

An excellent stay in bergen, very close to the town centre and about 30min from the airport via car. The room was spacious and well furnished.

Perfect location and great hotel. Hotel parking was a bonus and convenient.. We had a very pleasant stay.

This is the worst five-star hotel I've ever stayed in. The environment is awful, the service is terrible, the breakfast server is extremely rude, the housekeeping staff is extremely impolite, and the rooms are poorly maintained, so it's only a 3-star or 4-star hotel. On top of that, they even randomly charge guests when they leave the hotel. Is this the same as robbery?! I've booked hotels so many times, but this one was a real disappointment. It seems I'll really have to look at the ratings when booking hotels in the future.

The room is bigger than expected, the breakfast is really good, the breakfast room is also very beautiful, how can I describe the service, Nordic speed, it took 40 minutes to send a bath towel, I called twice to urge, but it is still beautiful, the flaws do not outweigh the merits

There is no separate toilet. We booked a suite for three people. When we checked in in the afternoon, the sofa bed was not made. Bath towels and other utensils for the third person were not provided until we came back from dinner. Because it is a seaside city, the air is very good. I slept well at night. The breakfast is very rich, and the ingredients are fresh and high-quality. I ordered it!
