Housekeeping only available 2 days once. So, if needed, a bottle of drinking water, sachets of nescafe, toiletries replacement has to request from the lobby. Our room don't have a hairdryer, so we have to go to the lobby to get by ourselves because they don't have enough manpower to send to our room. The hotel is near to Havelock MRT station (about 5 mins walk)

Big room and toilet with bidet which i super like. Just few meters away from Havelock MRT Station and Tiong Bahru Market. Nice comfy beds, tv, cabinet with safety box. There is a fridge and a kettle for heating water, free water and coffee. Super convenient as well because there's an affordable restaurant just beside the lobby and around the area as well.

Simple hotel, but was too expensive. Nice. Clean, staff is nice too.that really good to sleep. Few mins away from Marina

We stayed in single bed with window, it was nice. Hotel provides tooth brush, towel, head & body soap and 2 water bottle. There is ijooz vending machine right in front of the hotel.

Good experience. Good location, near MRT station Havelock. Several bus stops nearby. Cleanliness is ok. Walking distance to Tiong Bahru Market (hawker food center)

Convenient and clean hotel in the best Singapore neighborhood Tiong Bahru. Many cafes and restaurants around, as well as the lively Tiong Bahru market. Metro and buses just a couple minutes walk from the hotel. Room was spacious and comfortable, with all necessary amenities and quiet at night. Helpful staff. Will stay there when I come back to Singapore in the future.

The hotel is near Havelock station just 3mins. away. There's hawkers downstairs, Tiong Bahru Market and 7/11 2 mins. away. The building is a bit old and the carpets are old too but the room is clean, we have a huge window, a fridge, 3 bottled waters etc. the room is huge and the toilet & bath is also huge. The water pressure is so strong and the a/c is really cold. We had a great stay! Thank you.

Great location – just a short walk to Havelock MRT station, with food options right downstairs and Tiong Bahru Market within walking distance. The bed and sheets were very comfortable, and towels and toothbrushes were provided, which was a nice touch. The hotel is a bit old, especially the bathroom, which didn’t look very clean due to its age, but overall still acceptable. The front desk staff were also very friendly and allowed us to check in early to leave our luggage.

New Cape Inn is located at the roundabout of havelock MRT and conveniently a street away from Tiong Bahru Market. The hotel room gives off homely feels of a simple HDB room. Improvements which the hotel can make is to change the paint colour and carpet flooring of the room, provide standardised new hangers and dust more regularly. Otherwise, the hotel is pretty spacious (20m2) and affordable for travellers who aren’t too fussy.

We stayed at this hotel and were very disappointed. The bedspread was dirty, there was mold in the bathroom, and the mirror was scratched. There was no safe in the room. Only one towel per person was provided, which was very inconvenient. There were holes in the walls, giving the room a neglected feel. One of the lights wouldn’t turn off and stayed on all night, making it hard to sleep. Worst of all, the exhaust fan motor from a neighboring room was located in our room, causing constant noise 24/7. We could also hear the sound of drainage from other rooms. The metro station is quite far to walk. I will definitely choose a different hotel next time.

Very good location, near MRT Havelock Station exit1. Beds are clean. Reception is nice. Safe with keycard for both elevator and room. Nice scenery. Close to Tiong Baruh Market!! It’s biggest and clean Hawker with many Michelin star shop.

It is good for its price but the carpets are very dirty . The day staffs ( the 2,wonderful gentlemen ) very very nice
