The location is walking distance to the Tiong Bahru Market. The cleanliness of the room is below expectation. The room is old and need to be renovated. The shower room lock is spoilt. Called the reception using their room telephone but no one answer the calls.

Near MRT stations.

Room was really meh... It's not worth the amount paid. Bed was so dirty and had stains. The spare two pillows were so dirty and had stains. Towels were not provided. We had to call the reception to bring us one.would bot recommend definitely. .

This hotel was OK for us. We were only spending 1 night in Singapore, and this hotel suited our needs. It is a 2-star hotel, so anyone expecting more may be disappointed. If I were to have negative, it was the pillows. They are rock hard, and I did not find mine comfortable at all. Only 2 pillows on a king-sized bed were also negative in my view. Another thing was no fridge in the room, which was also not usual for us. The place was clean , staff friendly.

The room is dust, the floor is carpeted, air conditioner is not used for clearing, and when you need to get to the world and water. The advantage is that you can put the station to travel by train and bus, and the restaurant has a butt sprayer.

Location is very near to MRT, just opposite of the Hotel. However, water pressure too low, bath 🚿 water too low, unable to have a good shower and to wash hair. 3 in 1 Super coffee already hard, guess products keeping for too long.

smell bad, and the carpet make us sick. my boss don't even willing to take out his shoe in the room because he doesn't want to step on it barefooted.

Staff friendly convenient to buy food at hawker centre and shopping mall

The location of New Cape Inn is a stone throw away (less than 5 mins) from Havelock MRT Station, that is very convenience for us to take public transport to wherever we wanted to go. This hotel is also surrounded by numerous restaurants and food centres where we can easily have our meals (one of them is the famous Tiong Bahru Market) at any time. All the hotel staff (front desk & cleaners) whom we had encountered during our stay are very friendly and polite, and they will try their best to help us with our requests. Nonetheless, room making is scheduled on alternate days. It would be good if we can have our room cleaned up on a daily basis. Facilities wise, the water pressure is rather small and it took us a much longer time to bath. Hope the water pressure can be re-adjusted. To be fair, the hotel staff did offer us an alternate room but we turned it down. The resolution of the TV images inside the room is very poor, and the TV programs are hardly can be watched clearly.

Overall, despite its old furniture, I like the hotel. However there are some rooms that are smaller especially those with xx9 ending. However since there were any rooms available, they fulfilled my request to change the room. If you ride MRT, you can stop at Havelock to reach the hotel. I love the location since it is not too crowded but still near to some facilities.

It is reasonable price dor 3 single bed

in my opinion the location is very close to the hawker center. In my opinion, the room is not too big and not too small, the bathroom door can't be locked or is broken, the hair dryer doesn't heat, the carpet is dusty. I think the carpet needs to be replaced with a new one. the bed and AC are very satisfying.

Location is OK. Easy to get around. Everything is OK for its price range.
