I love everything about this hotel!! It was exceptional especially for the breakfast, i can’t help but be so greedy that i ate everything served. (don’t worry there were no food waste!! everything went directly to our belly🤣) we got free room upgrade as well with amazing view. at night we played some board games to spend time as outside was too cold

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but it's easily accessible on foot or by tram. The area around the hotel is quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. Being a chain hotel, it generally feels reliable. The room size was decent, but the space wasn't utilized effectively. There was no mini-fridge, no kettle, no phone, and no desk. The hygiene was good. Breakfast was alright, though not particularly lavish.

The room was quite clean and comfortable, facing the lake, which was lovely. Breakfast was decent, and the welcome drink from the front desk staff in the evening tasted great. The service staff were also very friendly.

A bit far from town area, but covenient by light rail. Clean and simple. Modern. A bit small but workable. Moxy is great

Facilities: Fully functional and well-maintained! The water pressure in the bathroom was great! Very comfortable! There's a hairdryer! Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy! Environment: A quiet hotel! Facing the lake! Service: Efficient and courteous! A very pleasant experience! The breakfast was rich and varied!

I was very lucky to be assigned a room with a good view. The night was very beautiful. The hotel is in a good location, close to the city center. There are many guests, so it's a bit crowded. The parking lot near the hotel is very expensive, 280NOK per day.

The hotel is about a 20-25 minute walk from the train station. The room was clean, though quite small. The view from the entrance was pleasant, and it's only a few minutes' walk to Tram Line 1, making it convenient for airport access. However, the earliest Tram Line 1 service isn't until 5:50 AM. I had booked the room at a slightly higher price, and later found a lower rate on Ctrip. When I tried to inquire about a price adjustment for the difference, the hotel was completely unreasonable and quite unhelpful. It's located next to a local neighborhood with a supermarket, but it closes early. A minor drawback is that if you get hungry late at night, the hotel lobby doesn't sell any food.

The reason I give three star because we found hairs on the bed on the day we just check in. They change the room for us but a new room also has hairs on the bed, I guess it’s all stick to the quilt cover.  Other than that, location a bit far because the tram on that line was on track works, so we need to walk a long way.  Service is good, buffet breakfast also good. We choose the Sea-view room, which is good.

The hotel is right on the waterfront, offering lovely views. Since Bergen isn't a huge city, it's conveniently located for all the major attractions. The train station, Funicular, and port are all just about a 20-minute walk away.

The hotel is away from the city centre. The car parking next to the hotel (which the hotel usually guide guests to) is extremely expensive. Service and facilities are up to brand standar

Location and view are amazing. It’s few stops from city Center and convenient located just 2 mins away from the metro. The view from the room is harbor and boat, you can enjoy a nice sunset just at the hotel’s bar. grocery mart is few mins walk and there are few bakery nearby for breakfast as well. Staff are super friendly.

The room was very new and clean! While the amenities might not be comparable to what you'd typically find in China, the other features were still quite good.
