Overall good. 10 mins walk to U/S train station.

+ Location is not bad near to train station and a mall. Breakfast is good. - Hotel system doesn't seem to link well with 3rd party hotel booking site like this one. Settling payment amount and receipt upon check out was a chaos.

Location is not in the center of Berlin's attractions, but with the station nearby for U Bahn, S Bahn and even regional train, you will easily go everywhere in Berlin

The hotel was good and staff were friendly. Aircon broke down for 2 days.

酒店不乾淨，打掃問題很大，每天四條毛巾中總有兩條是臟的，要麼有口紅要麼有頭髮；入住時棉簽是被拆過的，扔掉後也沒有再補；護髮素沒了，説了一次還是沒有添加。 房間很小，早餐還行，地理位置還算方便。

第一晚夜裡12點左右才到酒店，雖然衹剩一間房了，房型貌似不是我預訂的房型，前台比較熱情積極辦了入住，第二天換到了我預訂的房型。PS啤酒不錯

Licht und Schatten. Eigentlich ein nettes Hotel. Modern eingerichtet schöne Zimmer , aber offensichtlich schlechtes Management. Schon bei der Anreise ist der einzige Lift defekt. Alternative Lastenaufzug für den Service. Langsam , schnuddelig und auch nicht zuverlässig. Parkhaus gebucht für 15€ pro Tag aber eigentlich komplett voll. Alternative parken auf dem Fahrradstellplatz quer um keine anderen Gäste zu behindern. Kein direkter Zugang zum Hotel weil es eigentlich zu dem danebengelegenen Hotel gehört. Frühstück eigentlich vom Angebot ok. Aber für 22€ kein Schnäppchen. Fazit die einzige Kaffeemaschine hat Probleme die erst später gelöst werden können . Die beiden einzigen Kellner sind denke ich Azubis im 2. Lehrjahr und völlig überfordert. Es fehlen Teller , Gläser, Besteck usw. , Zimmerservice: Weingläser nicht gereinigt , Dusche nicht geputzt …. Für den Preis von (Messe ? ) 140 € pro Nacht — nicht akzeptabel!!

I stayed for four nights and was warmly greeted by the receptionist. The hotel building is a little old but has been well renovated and feels like a new hotel. I was a little unsure about the location, but the underground station was only a few minutes' walk away, giving it good access to the rest of Berlin. Alexanderplatz was only about ten minutes by train and then it's a short walk to Museum Island. My room was spacious, modern and had a lovely view over the park. The corridor smelt musty, so this needs to be addressed, but otherwise everything was fine. I really liked the timber floors and comfortable bed. I loved the modern freshness and spaciousness of the dining and lounge areas. Buffet Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. I had dinner one night and found the menu to very limited, however there are plenty of restaurants nearby and the Currywurst I was served was huge and very tasty. I enjoyed my stay and happily recommend it.

I had a very disappointing stay at the AC Marriott Hotel Berlin as I encountered several serious issues. Despite having my door closed and locked, someone managed to enter my room twice, including once while I was in the shower. This was not only startling but also a significant invasion of my privacy and concern about my safety. Additionally, I received multiple disruptive phone calls on the wee hours of morning before my departure. As a part of the Marriott subsidiary, I expected a higher standard of safety and service, which is why I chose to book with this hotel. Traveling alone, these incidents were particularly distressing and have left me very disappointed. I also find it disheartening that the hotel management's response implies that the guest is responsible if the doors were left open. This suggestion is disappointing and seems to place the blame on me, rather than addressing the security lapses. I believe further action is warranted to address these serious issues. I sincerely hope that no other guests will have to experience such inconvenience in the future.
