Perfect location Nice customer services 100% good memories at convent garden

I have been travelling around UK for 3 weeks. I can’t remember how many hotels I have stayed in, but The Resident Covent Garden was the best overall. Best bed and pillows I have slept in and I have stayed pretty luxurious hotels. The reception was attentive and friendly as well as personal. It was one of the more expensive hotels during this trip but totally worth it. Location is just fantastic. Secure access both front and before the lifts were good. I will return to the hotel next time.

The hotel is centrally located and close to several tube stations. The room was efficient but did not feel crowded. Very clean. It had a small kitchen area tucked in near the door with sink, microwave, fridge, plates and flatware, and coffee and tea. The hotel doesn't have dining facilities or a bar, but you can give the front desk a breakfast order for the next day. My room overlooked a fairly busy street. I was impressed that I did not hear street noise in my room. Very reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location but price is steep.

房間非常舒適，前台態度非常友好，就像回到家一樣。還驚喜的發現有歡迎卡和巧克力。酒店人員打掃房間還不忘把小朋友的玩偶放成舒適的睡覺模樣。酒店交通方便，並且隔音非常好。此次英國行最滿意的酒店，下次一定再來住。

房間乾淨，前台熱情，很温馨的一家酒店

酒店的manager 真的很給力，我們不太清楚英國訂房情況所以三個人定了兩個人的房間，Joel直接幫我們升級了三個人的房間，這樣省得我還要半夜去找房子，真的很感謝了。酒店工作人員都很nice,服務非常棒。
