The service, cleanliness, location and the size of the room are very good for me. I like the style of the room, decoration and the reception service too, no issues during my stay.

now im sure that users of this App get always the worst room available , i paid 126€ for a room with no window and no towels . Its not the first time Im sick of it!!

Unser Aufenthalt im Quentin Design Hotel Berlin war eine riesige Enttäuschung. Schon beim Check-in haben wir darauf hingewiesen, dass wir unsere Zimmer am nächsten Tag gereinigt haben möchten. Trotz mehrfacher Bitte, sowohl durch den “Clean Room” Button als auch persönlich an der Rezeption, wurden unsere Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Die Zimmer selbst waren in einem miserablen Zustand: schmutzige Duschvorhänge, ein offener Lüftungsdeckel, kein funktionierendes WLAN und morgens kein Wasser in einem der Zimmer. Am schlimmsten war jedoch, dass es bei starkem Regen sogar im Aufzug herunterlief. Ein 4-Sterne-Hotel sollte definitiv besseres bieten. Wir können dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen und sind mehr als enttäuscht von unserem Aufenthalt. Diese Erfahrung war schlichtweg inakzeptabel.

Damen an der Reception unfreundlich. Es werden irgendwelche Beträge verlangt, auf Anfrage für was man zahlt, hat niemand eine Ahnung. Zimmer nicht sauber, verstaubt. Zimmer zudem sehr klein. Dusche läuft überall Wasser raus.

Appeared good from some reviews. Upon arriving, everything looked very outdated. My room was a small double, with no door to the bathroom. Fine for a solo person, but can’t imagine they’d ever give this to a couple. There was a phone in the bathroom. Not wired up at all, and fell off when taking my towel off the rack. Clearly there to hide the hole in the wall behind it. Not a job done well though. The room was incredibly warm and humid. At a time Berlin was not. It felt much much warmer in the room than outside. I wish the outside temperature was what was inside. We complained, myself and friends, and were told “it’s all linked. Nothing we can do”. Staff were lovely though. Owners terrible. Water pressure ATROCIOUS. The worst I’ve experienced. Incredibly low. Complained about this, as many others did.

I sent the following email 7 times since my stay, and still not had a reply, so i think that tells you all you need to know about how they treat their guests. I even advised the receptionist of the email before I left, and was told it would be passed to the manager, so either it wasn't, or the manager just doesn't care. I have also sent 2 messages via Facebook to the hotel group, and guess what.... no reply. They clearly just have no courtesy to respond, or don't care. Dear Sir or Madam On Sunday, and again on Monday I sent you 2 emails to complain about the horrible visit I had this weekend at your hotel. I don't the receptionist and she said she would pass it on to her manager. 8 days later I have not received a reply. As you will see from the original emails: - the noise was loud and constant from 7am all through the day and night - there was an alarm going off all Sunday night in the boiler room opposite my room - the room was dirty and marked - the shower smells terrible from the drains - the shower door leaks onto the floor, making it dangerous and slippery with no shower mat provided - the TV was broken - the WIFI signal was too low to work - and the complimentary toiletries we not there I have given you every opportunity to respond to my email and multiple issues before I upload a post with pictures and video to trip advisor, but this has not happened. Please could you give me the email of your main head office for customer complaints? The guest experience that was provided was terrible, and not what was advertised on your website.

By far, the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I stayed in one of the rooms on the lower ground floor, and it was in a small corridor by the cleaning/housekeeping room, so was extremely noisy all day from 8.30 until 5pm with banging, alarms, trollies and equipment mring loaded and moved, and shouting. The corridor has a tiled floor instead of the usual carpet, so made the noise even worse, whereas a carpet would muffle it. There were about 5 or 6 other rooms in here, as well as a noisy lift door, so it was constantly in use. Inside the room, the TV was broken, WiFi signal to week to work, and the walls we scuffed, marked and scratched. For some reason there is a telephone in the showery room, but no hook to hang a towel on. Additionally the shower cubicle leaks water out, and there is no bath mat/towel provided, so you have to step out of the shower onto wet slippery tiles. It's ironic this is called 'Design hotel' as it is the design that has let it down, but not thinking about how poor design impacts the guest experience.

My colleague booked this for a member of our team and prepaid the reservation via **********. The traveller arrived in July after a late flight from London at around 23:00CET to find the hotel was closed and a local business owner confirmed it has been closed since during the pandemic. so why was it still possible to book it this year in 2022? We have since made many attempts to contact ********** for a refund and several hotels in the Quentin chain, ********** cannot issue a refund until they can contact the hotel, but the hotel cannot be contacted. I called other hotels in the Quentin chain and they directed me to a central reservations email which I have sent several chasers to with as yet no reply. So ultimately this hotel has taken our money and are completely uncontactable for refund - we are now considering whether we need to make a claim for the money via the European court of small claims, since the chain itself still operates and is unresponsive to our attempts to make contact.

Ho soggiornato nella struttura dal 9 al 12 ottobre nella camera 108 al primo piano. Mobili sbeccati, specchiera dell'armadio rotta tessuti di rivestimento dei divani sporchi. Non parliamo delle condizioni del bagno : la tenda della doccia presentava strane ed inquietanti macchie il lavandino incrostato di calcare. Nonostante abbia chiesto la pulizia della stanza ( altrimenti non si preoccupano neppure di rifare il letto) mi hanno solo cambiato 1 volta gli asciugamani DA EVITARE

Ich war super positiv überrascht. Das Hotel hat total freundliche Mitarbeiter, haben uns sehr warm willkommen gefühlt. Das Luxury Doppelt Zimmer war sehr Komfortabel und das Bett sehr bequem . Empfehle ich sehr gerne weiter , verstehe gar nicht warum das Hotel auf Booking nur mit ansprechbar bewertet wird ..
