Hotel berhampiran Tilla-Durieux-Park, Berlin

Good hotel, reasonable, great location and attentive staff. Breakfast is very generous, so pay for that. room was small, but had a desk and full bathroom and double bed, what else could you ask for. View was a parking lot but it also meant that it was quiet. Hot water pressure and internet speed were both good. Bathroom showed its age a little, but was fine.

Pillows very flat and non existent. Some of staff attitude were something to be desired. Beyond basic amenities in the room. €4 for bottle of water in room crazy when vending machine downstairs €2 for water. Didn’t make it easy to redeem incentive for not using housekeeping. Safe in room didn’t work

因為在柏林參加展會，住了7天，房間設施就是基礎 能做到隔音 乾淨 每天有客房打掃 且有免費的水。酒店步行到附近非常方便（這是和價格比起來最大的優勢） 步行30分鐘能看到蓋世太保總部 ，猶太人紀念碑，Berlin mall（shopping）and 勃欄登門，附近餐廳和超市都有，基本上很方便。 不方便在於，酒店太大了 是旅遊型酒店，前台永遠在排隊，早餐永遠人滿為患，不要期待什麼服務 全部自助就好。這個價格就是買了便利和安全。周圍街區隨便逛很安全。

a budget hotel with budget facilities. I expected nothing more and nothing less. In my experience it is what it says in the description. The location is good, close to a metro station and within walking distance of checkpoint Charlie. The hotel had a nice bar area adjoining the check in desk. With a comfortable place to sit down. The bed is very soft though in a twin room they are too close together. The hotel offers AC in the hotel room and a radiator for towels in the bathroom. However the AC is a bit week, so give yourself plenty of time to cool down before you sleep.

Well appointed clean hotel in central location close to S Bahn station. Short walk to Potsdamer platz and Brandenburg gate. The waiting staff were very helpful but we felt the house keeping was below expectations. Small shower gel etc not replenished and towels removed and not replaced. We would go back , but take our own toiletries next time and that’s not what you expect from a hotel of this standard.

J’ai passé une nuit dans cet établissement 4 étoiles situé à proximité de la place Potsdam et bien desservi par les transports en commun. À mon arrivée, l’accueil fut très froid, vraiment pas à la hauteur de ce qu’on attend de ce type d’établissement, L’hôtel aurait également besoin d’un gros lifting. Concernant les services proposés, j’ai pu profiter du sauna mais ses horaires d’ouverture sont très limités (de 17 à 20 heures uniquement), Pour ce qui est de la chambre, celle-ci était assez grande, la salle d’eau était pourvue d’une baignoire et d’une douche, la literie est de qualité mais les coussins sont à changer au plus vite (beaucoup trop mous).. Le petit déjeuner, lui, était de bonne qualité.

Ich war sehr positiv überrascht. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es war sauber. Es steht sogar ein Wasserkocher (auch sauber, nicht verkalkt) mit Tee und löslichem Kaffee bereit. Super für Allergiker: kein Teppich im Zimmer. Mein Highlight: das Frühstücksbuffet. Bei meinem Aufenthalt war viel los, trotzdem kam der Service hinterher und hat immer wieder alles aufgefüllt. Es ist wirklich für jeden was dabei, sehr vielfältig, frisch und oberlecker. Ich würde das Hotel jedem weiterempfehlen und immer wieder buchen.

Sesuai untuk lawatan pertama ke berlin. Anda boleh sampai ke setiap kejiranan lain di berlin dengan mudah dan anda sangat dekat dengan tempat pelancongan utama. Anda boleh melempar batu dan memukul pusat pemeriksaan, yang sangat dekat. Ruangan itu sempurna dan dengan bunyi yang sangat minimum dari para tetamu dan jalan-jalan. This hotel has had a revamp and is now called the Art Hotel, Park Plaza. There is another Park Plaza nearby…..we ended up there first! So don’t get confused!! Once you find this hotel….we arrived on the day of a national strike… it’s fab. Ignore the journey planner…. This hotel is a less than 10 min walk from the western end of the U1 line. The room we had was on 5th floor on a quite busy street, but it was so quiet we didn’t realise it until we looked out of the window the following morning. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, a great night sleep was had by us both. Shower was a big rainfall type with a smaller head shower head option if you wanted. Complimentary Elemis shower gel, hand wash, as well as body lotion. Breakfast was worth every penny as part of your B&B option. Otherwise it’s €18 for a full option or €5 for coffee and a croissant in the bar. Breakfast was fresh, pastries, cheese, meats, toast, mushrooms, sausage, bacon, pancakes, cereals, yoghurts; you could make your own fresh juice from fresh veggies & fruits. Coffee was excellent (I was told)…. I took my own teabags as I am very fussy, and made great tea. There is a spectacular hot water urn……that is very ornate and was awesome. Staff were multilingual and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very insightful about the local area, and the available public transport options. I would highly recommend this hotel which has pop art throughout. We are planning to head back to visit Berlin again and we will most certainly stay here again.
