Hotel dengan WiFi di Bern

Stayed in this hotel for two weeks during my official visit in Switzerland. Located just opposite to Schonegg Tram stop, this hotel is just 10 mins from Bern Bahnof (Railway Station). This is an old design hotel with all modern amenities. The staff at the reception are polite helpful. The room which I got was at the end of the corridor which was quite small in terms of width. The bed was also quite small. The room was giving a vibe of coziness though. The bathroom was neat and clean but was small The hotel has an in house restaurant located in the first floor. Overall the food in the menu were quite expensive. The room rent didn’t include complimentary breakfast so the breakfast was also quite expensive ( 7.5 CHF for express and 19.5 for Buffet) Positives 1. Courteous Staff 2. Free High speed Wi Fi 3. Excellent hot breakfast with eggs sausage bacon and beans. Very convenient location to train station and old town. Quiet street at night. Friendly English speaking staff who happily chased down ice for our beverages

First the good things. It is across the street, in front of the train station at Bern. It was perfect for us as we were planning to (and did) go to a different city every day. They also gave us a voucher so we could use all Bern public transportation during our stay. I dont know if it is a standard in Bern, but it was welcomed. On the other hand, dont expect the hotel to be a luxury or modern one. The hotel is simple, to put it nicely. At some hours, during the day, the entrance had a bad smell. We did not book the breakfast, but, when we checked it, it turned out to be a wise decision. Room heating can only be controlled by opening windows. Pluggin laptops, phones and other things that needed charging was an exercise in logistics. The people at the front desk were all over the spectrum. The lady who received us was incredibly nice. That was it. Everybody else at the desk seemed to dislike their job and were more than willing to let you feel it.

Was staying during New Year's Eve. At first I thought it would be noisy but chose a quiet room. The room was very clean and felt warm and welcoming. Finding a room was good. Quiet at breakfast. Good enough for breakfast. In conclusion, I was surprised that the rooms in the old town hotel would have such good rooms with four to five star standards. I'm glad I stayed here and will definitely come back to stay again. Recommended for Everyone.

We did last min booking of this hotel. We arrived Bern train station, took tram #9 and arrived in front of the hotel, which was very convenient. Front desk was very efficiency to let us check in before their regular check-in time and gave us an upgrade room with beautiful old city view from balcony. The room is about the right size with natural and tasteful modern appearance. The coffee maker and hot water kettle are available in the room. The free city transportation ticket for hotel guesses are plus. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel very much.

The hotels in the center of Bern where I usually stay were all booked for at least one night of my stay at the end of August/early September. I knew that Ibis was new, so I thought I'd try it. It's quite convenient to the tram (no. 9), which the hotel can give you a free ticket for. The front desk staff were all quite helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet seemed expensive (Sfr 16), especially since items weren't kept filled. Then I found that the Ibis-Budget breakfast had the items I liked, was Sfr. 3 less expensive, and items were kept filled. I'm not sure if the cross-over is always possible, but it worked for my last day. And I found that for what was offered, the price was OK (coffee and a croissant at my favorite Glatz bakery were about Sfr 9; the hotel had muesli, rolls and croissants, and various types of coffee, plus juice and other options).

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Coffee and tea is provided free to hotel guest all day which is a plus point to consider especially during the winter time.

Ich war für zwei Nächte in der Jugendherberge Bern und muss sagen, dass es eine super Adresse für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Bern ist. Die Reservierung und Bezahlung vorab war komplett unproblematisch. Der staff war super freundlich, hat sich Zeit genommen Dinge zu erklären und man konnte sogar nett plaudern. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber und großer Bonus: Es gibt für jeden einen Schrank den man mit der Zimmerkarte verschließen kann. Das Frühstück ist inklusive und es ist mehr als reichhaltig: Kaffee, Müsli, Brot, Käse, Obst so viel man will. Angesichts der teuren Preise in Bern ist das ein absoluter Genuss so in den Tag zu starten. Man bekommt im Preis inklusive auch die Bern Card 2. Klasse mit welcher man alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nutzen kann (auch die Gurtenbahn). Ich habe nur zwei kleine Dinge zu bemängeln: Bad und Toilette waren ins Treppenhaus gebaut und sehr eng. Und die Matrazen waren absolut durchgelegen. Abgesehen von diesen Kleinigkeiten kann ich aber besonders auch aufgrund der Lage einen Besuch nur empfehlen. Die Jugendherbeger liegt direkt an der Innenstadt und es ist trotzdem angenehm ruhig direkt neben der Aare.

The experience at Hotel Bellevue Palace was truly impressive. We were welcomed by the General Manager of the hotel at check-in and all the staff members were very welcoming and friendly. The location of the hotel is about a 10-15 min walk from the Bern Banhof and centrally situated in the city of Bern. The room was spacious with a small balcony, a powder room, and a bathroom. The work desk also had its own power sockets compatible with various plugs from all over the world. Checkout was smooth and easy and the front desk staff (I believe it was Paula) offered to help us to load our bags to our car and gave us a bottle of water for the journey. The experience was truly 5 stars and is well worth the cost.
