During the National Day holiday, my family and I traveled to Chengdu and Jiuzhaigou. We booked two rooms at this hotel and stayed for five days. The hotel breakfast was good with a decent variety. The self-service laundry room, however, had too few machines, making it difficult to do laundry during the busy National Day period. Room cleaning was inconsistent; the slippers were never replaced unless we reminded them each time. **Cleanliness:** The bedding was clean. **Facilities:** It's an older hotel, so the facilities are a bit dated, but it didn't really affect the overall experience. **Environment:** The hotel's location is excellent. It's very close to Tianfu Square Metro Station, with many dining options nearby. It's also within a 15-minute walk to Chengdu Museum, Science and Technology Museum, and People's Park. **Service:** Very good, generally met all our needs.

This was my second time staying at XiShu Garden Inn! It was just as great as the first time. My friend and I got a room with two full beds and the breakfast service. The room was clean everyday and the air conditioning was welcoming after our busy days! There is an adorable patio outside, too! We ate breakfast out there and also relaxed in the evening outside. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming. One day we wanted to go to the LeShan Buddha and the hotel staff were kind enough to organize the trip for us. We paid them upfront and they found a driver/tour guide for us. It was a great addition to our trip! I would absolutely recommend this hotel again.. especially since I stayed here twice!

Highly recommended! Hyatt Centric The Ring Chengdu is in a prime location with a metro station and a shopping mall right downstairs, making getting around super convenient. The hotel boasts a strong design aesthetic, seamlessly blending post-industrial elements with modern minimalism for a chic, timeless look. It's also very close to Wangjiang Pavilion Park—taking a stroll there on a sunny day is lovely and saves you the hassle of traffic. A special shout-out to Candy for her warm, attentive, and thoughtful service throughout my stay. The Chinese restaurant, Dongda 333, on the 7th floor is definitely worth a visit; the ambiance is stylish, and the Sichuan dishes are authentically flavorful. The guest rooms are quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed. Overall, it was a truly relaxing and pleasant stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Chengdu.

There are PLENTY OF HALAL RESTAURANTS AND MUSLIM FOOD OPTIONS nearby, all very convenient to access. Even better, there is a MOSQUE WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE! 🕌 For Muslim travellers, finding halal food and a nearby mosque can sometimes be challenging, but staying here made everything so much easier for my parents. This is definitely a HUGE PLUS! ❤️ THE STAFF – SUPER DAMN HELPFUL AND ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! Now, the BIGGEST highlight of this hotel has to be the INCREDIBLE STAFF! I honestly cannot thank them enough for taking such wonderful care of my elderly parents throughout their stay. Their kindness, patience, attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond were truly exceptional. As a daughter back in Singapore, knowing my parents were so well taken care of gave me tremendous peace of mind. They didn’t just provide excellent service; they made my parents feel genuinely welcomed, comfortable and cared for. To the hotel management, PLEASE recognise these four wonderful ladies! They are truly an asset to your hotel and deserve all the appreciation and recognition possible! 🏨 BEAUTIFUL ROOMS, BALCONY VIEWS & AMAZING FACILITIES! The room was absolutely lovely, comfortable and well equipped! One of the highlights was the BALCONY, where my parents could actually watch cultural events and performances! Such a beautiful way to enjoy the local atmosphere right from their room. And something that deserves a SPECIAL MENTION: THE HOTEL HAS BOTH A BIDET SPRAY AND A SMART TOILET!!! 🚿😍 For Singaporeans and Muslim travellers, this is honestly such a HUGE BONUS! These facilities made my parents’ stay so much more convenient and comfortable, especially at their age. 😂 MY PARENTS DIDN’T EVEN WANT TO RETURN TO SINGAPORE! This is probably the BEST part! My parents enjoyed their stay SO MUCH that they actually DIDN’T WANT TO COME HOME TO SINGAPORE! 😂❤️ They even said they wanted to STAY THERE FOREVER! Imagine sending your parents on holiday and having them enjoy themselves so much that they don’t want to return home! That alone says EVERYTHING! As a daughter, seeing how happy and comfortable my parents were means the world to me. ❤️ FINAL VERDICT – 100/10! Beautiful rooms, wonderful balcony views, excellent bathroom facilities, plenty of nearby halal food, a mosque within walking distance and, most importantly, TRULY EXCEPTIONAL STAFF! On a spontaneous trip, I unexpectedly discovered this hidden gem of a guesthouse. The location is superb, just a three-minute walk to Huangwan Tourist Center. The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. For someone who frequently travels for business, the comfort of the bedding is immediately noticeable. Good bedding leads to good rest, which is essential for enjoying the next day's adventures. The breakfast selection was rich, and although it was a set menu, the variety was thoughtfully put together. Some guests mentioned the portions were so generous they couldn't finish it all, and I even took some eggs and yogurt to eat on the go. The soy milk at breakfast was absolutely amazing! The owner said it's freshly ground every morning, which explains its delicate and silky smooth texture. With all these fantastic qualities, the handsome owner offering complimentary pickup and drop-off at the high-speed rail station almost feels like an afterthought, hahaha! Businesses that are thoughtful and high-quality truly deserve recognition! Oh, and before I left, I also bought their 'Piao Xue' jasmine tea – it tastes great and isn't expensive, perfect for both gifts and personal enjoyment!

I brought my parents to Chengdu this time and chose the Four Points by Sheraton Chunxi Road. To be honest, I didn't have high expectations, but my whole family was very satisfied after staying there. The environment is truly exceptional. Chunxi Road is right downstairs, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. But what surprised me most was the soundproofing in the room. Even with the bustling crowds outside, it was as quiet as another world inside. My parents, being older and light sleepers, both said they slept soundly for two nights, which I'm particularly grateful for. The service deserves special praise. On the day we checked in, my dad had a bit of a cough. The front desk lady, upon hearing this, proactively sent two extra bottles of warm water to our room and reminded us that Chengdu isn't like the north, and it gets chilly in the mornings and evenings. It has indeed been quite cold and rainy in Chengdu recently, and my mom kept talking about that one sentence all the way. Later, every day when we returned, the cleaning auntie would fold our clothes that we casually tossed on the chair back and place them neatly at the foot of the bed, and arrange the slippers perfectly. That feeling of being cared for without being disturbed, like an elder at home tidying up for you, was wonderful. In terms of facilities, there were plenty of power outlets in the room. My dad's phone, my mom's tablet, and my laptop could all charge simultaneously without any issues. The shower pressure was strong, which was very refreshing after a long day. And the cleanliness goes without saying. I specifically checked the edges of the bedsheets and the remote control; they were spotless, without the usual hotel dust. I also want to add about the environment: the hotel lobby's fragrance wasn't overpowering, it was a subtle, pleasant scent that I really liked, and it felt relaxing every time I came back and smelled it. Breakfast was on the top floor. While the variety wasn't overwhelming, everything was fresh, and my mom had Dandan noodles for two days straight. Overall, it's that kind of unpretentious yet thoughtful experience where they've considered everything for you. When we checked out, my dad said he'd stay here again next time. Getting an elderly person to spontaneously say good things is more genuine than anything. What I liked most was how incredibly comfortable their mattress was – just the right balance of soft and firm, ensuring a very peaceful sleep.

I stumbled upon this hotel by chance. While dining in the restaurant, I discovered there's a pool inside, which immediately set a perfect vacation vibe. Breakfast by the pool, a relaxing swim – it was delightful. The hotel's cafe offers a wide variety of food, coffee, and alcoholic beverages. The room was clean and tidy; though not huge, it had all the necessary functions and was very well-equipped. They even offer late-night snacks! I arrived back late, but they thoughtfully kept mine at the front desk for me, which was incredibly heartwarming. The service was very warm and attentive, making me feel right at home. If you're traveling to Chengdu, this is an excellent choice. It's just a few minutes' walk from Huapaifang Metro Station! Next time, let's meet here for a vacation, chat about travel and food; life is always full of expectations…

This hotel is truly amazing! The service attitude is excellent, the price is super affordable, and I found the room quite spacious, not small as some reviews suggested. What's more, for the price we paid, breakfast was included... The breakfast was a buffet, with limited choices but it was tasty. Plus, the view from the breakfast area was lovely.

The B&B boasts an excellent location right within the Changping Valley scenic area. The rooms and the restaurant directly face all four peaks of Siguniang Mountain, with the 'Little Sister Peak' (Yaomei Peak) being particularly prominent. We were incredibly lucky to witness snow-capped mountains, a starry sky, and even a glimpse of the 'Golden Mountain Bathed in Sunlight' (Rizhao Jinshan). The B&B rooms are well-equipped, featuring underfloor heating, oxygen generators, and humidifiers. The underfloor heating was constantly on, ensuring the room was warm the moment we stepped in. The decor was cozy, and each room had a private courtyard, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Although I didn't dare use the bathtub at this altitude, it seemed to be of high quality and very clean. A comprehensive set of good quality disposable toiletries was provided, along with complimentary snacks, beverages, and fruits. The B&B offers three meals a day. Breakfast was rich and varied; both the rice noodles and regular noodles were delicious. The Sichuan fermented tofu with plain congee was particularly excellent. On our second day, when we visited Haizigou where there are no dining options, they even packed us a simple lunch for free. The freshly ground coffee at breakfast was also a nice touch. The ******* hot pot for dinner was quite good and warmed us up. They also offered simple Chinese dishes and pizza. What truly stood out was the service – incredibly thoughtful and responsive. All our requests were met. They provided car pick-up and drop-off to designated locations, saving us the worry of driving on mountain roads ourselves, which was a huge plus for female drivers. They actively helped with luggage, bringing it directly to our room. On the day we checked in, we had first traveled from Jiaju to Shuangqiao Valley, arriving at the B&B quite late. We had pre-ordered dinner, and upon arrival, feeling ravenous, the kind lady at the front desk thoughtfully suggested we eat first and even offered us glucose water to prevent altitude sickness. They were always ready to answer any questions about sightseeing and transportation, offering helpful tips. Upon departure, they gave us small gifts and proactively asked for suggestions for improvement, humbly accepting feedback on the tastes of friends from different regions. Overall, the experience was fantastic.

The hotel staff gave us a warm welcome and spoke excellent English. We were thrilled to receive a complimentary room upgrade to a larger room with a stunning, clear view of the mountains. We had such a wonderful time relaxing in the room. The staff provided information and helpful recommendations for our itinerary, ensuring we made the most of our time at the national park. They even pointed out the best viewpoints and the perfect time to catch the sight of the golden mountains lit up by the sunlight. the hotel has three incredibly cute dogs! If you love pets, you will enjoy playing with these friendly furry friends. Location-wise, it’s very convenient and close to the bus station. In my opinion, a 3-day, 2-night stay here is absolutely ideal to fully enjoy the experience.”
