The service was excellent. The hotel is very beautiful, and all the staff provided outstanding service. They always asked about our needs and were ready to help with everything. I really wanted to stay for two more nights, but we had to move on to another place. I loved it so much. The Sky-High Hot Spring Hotel was an absolute surprise on this trip! The main highlights have to be the elevated hot springs and the incredible design, which perfectly aligned with my aesthetic preferences. The room was primarily Wabi-sabi style, with custom solid wood furniture paired with simple white sheer curtains, creating a serene and luxurious atmosphere. Every corner exuded sophistication, making every casual photo look like a masterpiece. The 270-degree panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows were stunning, framing the Leshan city view like a flowing painting. Soaking in the private hot spring, you can gaze at the bustling city by day and sleep under the magnificent nightscape, all while enjoying complimentary bath salts or milk baths, and watching movies on the giant projector screen – the ambiance was absolutely perfect. The entire room featured smart controls, and the arched doorway bathroom with wet and dry separation showcased quality in every detail. The hotel's convenient location and thoughtful amenities, whether for a romantic getaway or a girls' trip, guarantee an ultimately relaxing experience. It's definitely on my 'must-stay' list for Leshan!

The hotel is very good, with good location and good facilities. The breakfast is also very rich, including Chinese and Western food. The tiramisu tastes very good. There are also robots that deliver fruits to your stay. The girl at the front desk was also very nice. Because I booked the wrong room, she gave me a free upgrade. I will choose this hotel next time I come.

The rooms are quite spacious, all equipped with bathtubs and balconies. Children's amenities are complete. The package we bought included a full-board day and childcare. It's especially suitable for children aged 4-11 for full-day care, which frees up parents' hands and encourages kids to learn independence and participate in outdoor activities. There are craft activities, rock climbing, archery, and other games, which change daily. In the evening, there are fireworks shows and performances. There are plenty of activities, so you can basically spend the whole day at the resort. I suggest that each room's toiletries include child-friendly cups with handles, not glass ones, for safety and suitability.

JW Marriott Hotel Chengdu Review **Cleanliness:** The guest rooms and public areas were spotlessly clean, as if brand new. The cleaning was meticulous and thorough, with no strange odors or neglected corners, making for a refreshing and reassuring stay. **Environment:** Located in a prime central area, yet surprisingly quiet. The garden (Shuyuan) was lush and green, and the adorable little cats added a touch of warmth. The high-floor guest rooms offered expansive views. **Service:** The concierge team was professional and attentive, and staff like Michelle were warm and thoughtful. The turndown service, complete with chocolates, showed great attention to detail. **Facilities:** The guest rooms were smartly equipped and comprehensive, with a complimentary minibar. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious, and the executive lounge offered a diverse array of food during happy hour, making for an excellent experience. Overall, an extremely satisfying stay!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic stay wth Dorsett Chengdu and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The staff truly stood out. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the stay feel warm and easy from start to finish. The amenities were excellent and well maintained, especially the 24/7 gym, which was clean, and perfect for fitting in a workout at any time of day.

Service: Absolutely excellent! From helping with luggage upon arrival to check-in, room service, and restaurant service, everything was very thoughtful. They even provided fruit and Chengdu snacks, and fresh flowers were placed in the room. The location is in the old city, but the hotel entrance isn't very prominent. Facilities: The hotel seems to be a bit old; the facilities, floor in the room, and baseboards all have cracks! The showerhead's faucet quality is also very poor, and the bathtub drains extremely slowly. I've stayed at many Ritz-Carlton hotels in different places, and while some are older, their maintenance and materials truly live up to a five-star standard. This Chengdu location's maintenance is really just average. Hygene: Generally acceptable, but the corners and shower curtains were starting to blacken. The smart toilet, however, was quite responsive, which was a plus! Breakfast: The variety was decent, but it wasn't particularly refined; the ingredients seemed to be on the cheaper side. Environment: This was the most disappointing aspect. The entire living room faces residential buildings from R&F Properties, and half of the bedroom also faces these apartments. We had to keep the curtains drawn all day. For a room costing over 8,000 for three nights, this is unacceptable. This alone means I will not be staying at the Ritz-Carlton Chengdu again! The experience was just too poor!

I have nothing much to say but a very very big thank you to all the staff, especially 刘鑫 for always welcoming us and helping us out with every questions, laundry and being kind which makes us feel warm and home! Another big thank you to 王鑫悦 and 腾慧琳 who helped my mum out during midnight to find out ways to explore Emeishan! The staffs for morning breakfast always very kind and warmth like having a home cook meal at home! If you are looking for a quieter but convenient spot, please try this hotel! It’s really clean, cozy and spacious! They always clean and mop the floor in the morning, so the cleanliness is superb. The staffs are all helpful and friendly. We stayed here for 3 nights, all the nights where we are in Chengdu, this shows how much we love this place!

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. As an established hotel, it consistently maintains its original service standards. The software aspect is also excellent. The location in the city center is very convenient for transportation. This hotel is my top choice when staying in Chengdu. My check-in experience was perfect, full marks!

The hotel's location is super convenient, just a 5-10 minute taxi ride from Emeishan Station. The Christmas vibe was amazing! I checked in on Christmas Eve, and the whole hotel was decked out in Christmas decorations with festive music playing. It felt incredibly festive! The service attitude was excellent throughout my stay: • Concierge: From the moment I arrived, staff were there to open the car door, and they did the same when I left by taxi. Very warm and welcoming~ • Front Desk: The lady at the front desk was meticulous in handling everything, spoke softly, and even upgraded my room for free 🏠 • Coffee Bar: The manager on duty was also very kind and enthusiastically offered recommendations ☕ • Housekeeping: The cleaning aunties would always greet me with a smile in the morning 🙋‍♀️ Overall, the atmosphere felt very warm and welcoming 🧸. Every staff member was friendly. Yesterday, I encountered a minor issue midway through my stay, and the staff stayed with me throughout the process, making me feel supported. It was a great experience. 💕 Dining Experience: • Breakfast: The small noodles with bamboo shoots and beef brisket were especially delicious! 🍜 • Chinese Restaurant: The food was generally okay, but I personally found some dishes a bit oily. The sweet skin duck I ordered had a slight fishy taste, but it was acceptable. • Afternoon Tea: The staff were very thoughtful, even offering takeout and packing services 📦. In the evening, I had some cocktails and ordered snacks like fries. The overall ambiance was great 🍸. • In-room Welcome Gift: In the evening, they prepared welcome fruits, which were local Emei Mountain specialties 🍊, and croissants 🥐. Very thoughtful. Room Amenities: The room was equipped with a bathtub, and the view outside the window was beautiful. The heating was excellent, and the mattress and pillows were soft and comfortable. They even thoughtfully provided two pillow heights (one high, one low). The only minor drawback was the lack of disposable bathtub liners and bath salts. Hot Springs and Pool: Guests can enjoy the hot springs and there's also a swimming pool. The hot springs are split into indoor and outdoor sections. The outdoor section is a large pool without much decorative design, but the water temperature and quality were both excellent. Travel Photography Service: The hotel also offered a complimentary travel photography service, including 3 free photos. The photographer was very professional and patiently guided me on poses; the retoucher was also very skilled, and the photos turned out beautifully! Value for Money: The price was very reasonable, and the facilities and services were definitely worth it. Little Highlight: I noticed a small detail: even the sand-filled receptacles for cigarette butts had the hotel's logo on them, showing great attention to detail. Minor Flaw: Yesterday, I requested turn-down service, but it wasn't carried out. However, the front desk lady promptly prepared a small gift as compensation 🎁, and her handling of the situation was very good. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Emeishan~ 🎀
