Hotel Dengan Bar di Sichuan, China

The hotel is great, with excellent views. The staffs are attentive and kind. Surrounding of the hotel has no shops. However the hotel has restaurant and bar which could ease our request. Overall I would recommend those looking for nice view, services can consider this hotel.

First the location is at a very strategic location, just opposite the main shopping and attractions place chunxi road. But to find the hotel is a bit difficult and car or didi cannot enter it need to pass by a small alley to reach the hotel Second the hotel cleaness is not so ok as there are dust and dirt on the wall and gap with the bed or tatami. Moreover The bath room shower also have leaking. But i will not complain for more for the price that I get. Third if you need a short stay for one night is fine because the room is a bit too small for me and my girlfriend. Even our big luggage have no space to open But overall I have a nice stay and I will give a 5 star for it's location 📍位置 酒店位置真的很棒，就在春熙路正对面，逛街和吃东西都非常方便。唯一的小缺点是有点难找，车子或滴滴不能直接开到门口，需要走一小段巷子才能到酒店。 🧹卫生 卫生方面一般，墙面以及床或榻榻米的缝隙处能看到一些灰尘，浴室的淋浴也有轻微漏水的问题。不过考虑到这个价位，其实也还能接受。 🛏️房间大小 如果只是住一晚没问题，但房间偏小，我和女朋友住会觉得有点挤，大件行李几乎没有空间完全打开。 ⭐总体评价 整体入住体验还是不错的，性价比可以，尤其是地理位置真的加分。如果主要是为了方便逛春熙路，我还是会给位置五星好评。

We extended our stay for one extra day as we had a midnight flight, mainly to rest and freshen up before heading to the airport. The arrangement was convenient, and we also booked a hotel mini van transfer which was comfortable. However, we were charged the full room rate despite only using it for a short rest. It would be great if the hotel could consider offering a half-day rate option in the future for guests in similar situations. Attached photos of the hotel staircase!

Sama ada anda berada di Chengdu untuk membeli-belah, bersiar-siar atau sekadar melalui, hotel ini berada di tempat yang sesuai. Saya sangat mengesyorkan tinggal di sini jika anda inginkan kemudahan, keselesaan dan perkhidmatan yang terbaik!

Our stay here with my family was amazing. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city which made exploring so much easier. The hospitality was truly outstanding; everyone was veru nice and the manager personally ensured we were well taken care of. They were incredibly helpful and supportive during our entire stay. The hotel is very modern and comfortable, with rooms that are always clean and thoughtfuly prepared. I especially loved the high-tech automatic toilet! It is clear they pay great attention to detail. We felt truly welcomed and at home here. I cannot thank the staff enough for being so kind to us. Definitely the best choice for families. Highly recommended!

Hotel ini terletak di pusat, hanya dalam jarak yang singkat dari pintu masuk Taman Jiuzhaigou dan dikelilingi oleh banyak restoran dan pasar. Bilik itu selesa, dengan katil yang selesa dan semua kemudahan penting disediakan. First of all, I gotta thank to the staff (short guy) at the receptionist for helping me and ensuring I had a pleasant stay. I was a solo traveller and couldn’t speak the local language. But, I could see that the hotel receptionist was attentive and always ready to help me despite the language barrier. He always had the google translate ready. Helped me to hail the sightseeing bus too! Even reminded me to tell the driver of the sightseeing bus that Please give him recognition! He deserve it. Shoutout to the butler service too! I arrived late around 6 pm and the butler was arranged to pick me up at the entrance. He even helped me with my luggage. Also, on my end, I had forgotten to book the drop-off service in advance but they hotel staff still arranged one for me. Thank you for being accommodating! I strongly recommend to anyone who is looking to stay in and explored mountain siguniang at your own pace. 2 days 1 night is perfect. I stayed for 3 days 2 nights as I arrived late. Tips: Plan and start your travel to mountain siguniang in the morning. Sharing some pictures here!!!!

The **breakfast** is average: it has variety, but nothing particularly memorable or standout compared to other high-end hotels in Chengdu. The on-site hotpot restaurant (#8) is a real highlight—authentic Sichuan-style, with excellent quality ingredients, flavorful broths (like the mala options), and a fun, casual vibe. Definitely worth trying if you're into hotpot; it's one of the better ones in the area. On the downside, the place feels a bit run-down in spots, likely from cost-saving measures—some areas show wear, maintenance could be better, and it doesn't always match the ”Grand” Hyatt polish you'd expect. Also, beware of checkout around 12:30 PM—lots of guests seem to leave at the same time, creating a rush at the front desk and elevators. Requesting a late checkout is a good idea if your schedule allows, but plan accordingly to avoid the peak crowds. Overall, a decent stay for the location, service, and that standout hotpot, but tempered expectations on upkeep and breakfast. I'd give it **3.5–4 out of 5** based on this experience.
