Everything about this hotel is amazing. We traveled as a group of 10 and everyone in our group had only nice things to say about this place! View: 10/10 Room: 10/10 Cleanliness: 10/10 Food: 10/10 Staff and service: 10/10 Overall 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The location of this hotel is very good. One thing I do want to add is that the cleanliness was not very good. The room itself is fine, but the hallways are pretty dirty. I don’t think they have ever been vacuumed, but this doesn’t really affect someone staying there. However, the beds are on this wooden platform with a crack between them. Inside the crack, there was an actual mountain of sunflower shells. It was kind of gross! This doesn’t affect your stay because I guess you won’t touch it, but the knowledge that you are sleeping on a pile of trash is disgusting

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location near Tonghuimen station (metro line 2) which made it very easy to get everywhere we needed to in Chengdu, including the East station and Xipu (to get Dujiangyan). The room was comfortable, spacious and delightfully decorated. It was also notoriously quiet, and the curtains were dark, which allowed us to sleep a bit longer one day when we were particularly tired. One of the receptionists helped us get tickets for Sichuan opera and she got us wonderful seats 😃 We are very thankful for this! Our only criticism is that the food at the bar (tiny frozen pizzas) was overpriced and not good. We would definitely stay here again in Chengdu!

Saya sangat mengesyorkan tinggal di sini jika anda inginkan kemudahan, keselesaan dan perkhidmatan yang terbaik!

Superb hostel near Wuhou area. 10 minutes walking distance to subway and Wuhou Shrine. The rooms are spacious and clean. We can enjoy tea time with free coffee. It is surrounded by many restaurants. Will stay again next time.

Grand Rezen Jiuzhaigou Resort ialah pilihan yang hebat untuk percutian gunung. Hotel ini terletak di pusat, hanya dalam jarak yang singkat dari pintu masuk Taman Jiuzhaigou dan dikelilingi oleh banyak restoran dan pasar. Bilik itu selesa, dengan katil yang selesa dan semua kemudahan penting disediakan. 第一次到雅安，選擇了這家距離高鐵站很近的酒店，3間房入住三晚。 優點：1.位置方便，去高鐵站或開車上高速去周邊遊玩都很方便，且附近餐廳也很多；2.酒店設計和裝修用的材料都很用心，看得出來老闆在細節上花了很多心思；3.每天送到房間的下午茶都很不錯，還有贈送的午餐（或晚餐）和咖啡；4.不大的佔地卻也配套了游泳池、泡池、健身房、小童遊玩房間以及方便客人在户外閑坐的桌椅、茶台等，充分考慮了不同客羣的需求；5.房間面積寬敞，雙人間的單人床1.35米寬，且含三份早餐，對一家三口出行的客羣非常友好；5.房間內智能控制、投影、恆温馬桶等設施提升了入住品質。 缺點：1.早餐品質有待提升；2.房間內衞生細節還有提高空間，比如投影的控制面板上滿是灰塵；3.客房床頭插座鬆動；5.有一間房間門把手鬆動。 總體來説瑕不掩瑜，這依然是最近住過性價比最佳酒店。希望酒店在細節上進一步提升，會再次入住並推薦給朋友。

The hotel is right next to the road of the scenic bus, so its easy to arrive. The rooms are also very nice and fully heated. I felt really sick due to altitude and decided to leave a day earlier and the hotel offered to refund me that day, which is really appreciated. Minor complain/suggestions is that the hotel didnt have any pill/tea to help with altitude sickness and also that the dinner is quite expensive for what it is (46 euros). Still it is a very good option if you want to spend a night within the national park.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The location is unbeatable, right in the middle of Chunxi Road, everything is just downstairs, which made life so much easier after traveling. Breakfast was a nice surprise. There were plenty of healthy options like quinoa, cereals, eggs, etc., which actually matched my usual diet quite well — not something I always find when traveling in China. Service was smooth and reliable. I had a courier delivery arranged during my stay, and the hotel handled receiving and storing everything safely and on time, which I really appreciated. Personally, I don’t mind paying a bit more for international hotel brands, because the service level and overall experience are usually much more reliable compared to many local hotels. Very convenient and comfortable overall, I’d definitely stay here again.
