The hotel services are great. Reception is supportive and provides all the info we ask regardless of the hotel or the national park. They also make me a noodle on my birthday. As a scenic lover, The view is amazing. Truth to be told, no hotel around here beat Dainn Hotel which is locate at the front of this area (Siguniang mountain with river with nothing in between ie. Building). But !!! beside Siguniang view, this hotel offer another view of this area, opposite side of Dainn with almost just as beautiful (with river and nothing in between). You can say that only Dainn and this hotel the best places to enjoy thier corresponding view.

Lovely hotel, highly recommended! The staff are very responsive, and they paid top-level attention to everything! This is the best place in Chengdu to stay if you are waiting for a flight. Free shuttle service, clean and comfortable rooms, everything you need. The territory is very cozy and cozy. I'm really glad that I stayed in this place. The best impressions remained. Thanks to all the staff for such an atmosphere and service.❤️

利用春節期間的後幾天來廣元旅遊，住在了富力萬達嘉華酒店，一共住了四天。酒店整體的服務還是不錯的，房間整潔，健身房設備也很齊全，尤其是酒店的管家小娟，服務很貼心周到，還給安排了下午茶和行政酒廊的晚餐，總體評價不錯。

The **Grand Hyatt Chengdu** is a solid luxury option right in the heart of the city on Chunxi Road, with great location perks for shopping and exploring. **Service** stands out positively—staff are attentive, courteous, and helpful throughout the stay. The **breakfast** is average: it has variety, but nothing particularly memorable or standout compared to other high-end hotels in Chengdu. The on-site hotpot restaurant (#8) is a real highlight—authentic Sichuan-style, with excellent quality ingredients, flavorful broths (like the mala options), and a fun, casual vibe. Definitely worth trying if you're into hotpot; it's one of the better ones in the area. On the downside, the place feels a bit run-down in spots, likely from cost-saving measures—some areas show wear, maintenance could be better, and it doesn't always match the ”Grand” Hyatt polish you'd expect. Also, beware of checkout around 12:30 PM—lots of guests seem to leave at the same time, creating a rush at the front desk and elevators. Requesting a late checkout is a good idea if your schedule allows, but plan accordingly to avoid the peak crowds. Overall, a decent stay for the location, service, and that standout hotpot, but tempered expectations on upkeep and breakfast. I'd give it **3.5–4 out of 5** based on this experience.

Average is good, but when i check in 8 March the front desk staff was serving me good, and said can help wash and dry our cloths, the next day morning only collect, was very good service from this staff. But, when 10 March night we did request for wash and dry cloths, and then she told us to wash ourself and collect ourself! LOLZ so which one is the correct service? If no then dont say this kind of service when start. Suddenly so disappointed for this girl staff. After that we wash and dry ourself and then another staff we try ask again, and she say can help us again, LOLZ pls check whos the staff that tell us when 10 March night was so bad attitude and rude! 总体来说还不错，但3月8日入住时，前台工作人员服务态度很好，说可以帮我们洗烘衣服，第二天早上就来取，服务真的很好。但是，3月10日晚上我们再次提出洗烘衣服的要求时，她却让我们自己洗自己取！哈哈，这到底哪个才是正确的服务？如果不是，就不要一开始就提供这种服务。我对这位女员工非常失望。之后我们自己洗烘了衣服，然后又找了另一位工作人员再次询问，她又说可以帮忙，哈哈，请查一下3月10日晚上态度这么差劲无礼的是谁！

Saya mempunyai penginapan yang menakjubkan di hotel ini! Bilik itu sangat bersih dan luas, menjadikannya tempat yang selesa untuk berehat selepas seharian meneroka. Perkhidmatan ini luar biasa—kakitangan bekerja di atas dan di luar untuk memastikan semuanya sempurna. Lokasi tidak boleh menjadi lebih baik! Ia sangat dekat dengan Jalan Chunxi dan stesen kereta api, menjadikannya mudah untuk mengelilingi bandar tanpa perlu bersusah payah. Sama ada anda berada di Chengdu untuk membeli-belah, bersiar-siar atau sekadar melalui, hotel ini berada di tempat yang sesuai. Saya sangat mengesyorkan tinggal di sini jika anda inginkan kemudahan, keselesaan dan perkhidmatan yang terbaik!

This is a very good location hotel if you intend to visit Emei Shan and The Chuan distillery. A 10min and 15min car ride brings you to the Emei Shan bus stop and Distillery respectively. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It has a very nice park outside the breakfast area and we enjoyed our morning walk after the breakfast galore. Breakfast spread is awesome.

While it was mostly pros, there were one or two cons. Pros: 1. Good service from the staff. Prompt service rendered with good service etiquette. 2. Location was good as we were just 5mins from Bipengou Scenic Area entrance. There were lots of food options within walking distance. 3. Nicely appointed hotel rooms, spacious and well designed. 4. Fantastic laundry machines. The wash and the dryer were incredible. Cons: 1. Smoking is a big problem here. Guests are allowed to smoke in the lobby, common areas indoors and in some rooms. Although we got a non-smoking room, the pillows and bedsheets in my room were full of smoke smells. It was quite unpleasant. 2. Cleanliness could be improved further. Overall, I think this is one of the best looking hotels in the area. T

We had a fantastic tranquil stay for 2 nights at this accommodation. The hosts are wonderful and show great hospitality to all their guests. They have offered rides in the area (for us a visit to the panda base was a must), organized a transfer, offered tea and coffee throughout the day and were available all the time. Our highlight was picking tea leaves with the family’s grandmother and preparing the tea with the family’s grandfather. The room and public places are cosy and well equipped. Our son loved the tree house in the backyard. The food was tasty and their menu offered us to try some local delicacies. Recommendation to everyone who wants to stay in the area around Ya’an.

Location: the hotel is located inside Shuangqiao valley national park. The scenic green bus will alight at the hotel so upon arrival, the bus will stop at the doorstep of the hotel or flag it to get further into the national park. The scenic bus will drive all the way towards the redwood forest which is the end point of the park, around 30-45 mins. I highly encourage to stay inside the scenic area as just a day trip will be too rush, with a few days, you get to acclimatize yourself to avoid altitude sickness and also get to explore each location properly and even trek the boardwalk between the locations instead of taking the bus. As long as you don’t exit the national park, you can still utilize your entry ticket and bus ticket. I have stayed for 3 days and was able to use the same ticket for 3 days which was very worthwhile. Service: there is a young male stuff who is very attentive. As soon as the scenic bus alighted me at the hotel, he came out to receive my bag. Also, when I had difficulties flagging the bus since some of them were already full from passengers at the entrance , he came out from the reception just to help me. Besides him, there’s a young lady (without spectacles) who has also been very helpful and friendly and has helped to stop the scenic bus for boarding. Thank you! Room View: if you are looking for a place to take a break, this will be the best place and it is very quiet and the Mountain View is just right in-front. Facilities: the room is very cosy yet big. There’s a bathtub right infront of the mountain view. Overall, it has been a great stay with a with such an amazing view. Will definitely return for a stay if there’s an opportunity.
