The room is so nice, if youre a foreigners dont worry the staff here speaks well in english. They will assist you from everything to literally everything even the small matters that concern you? The price with the view its priceless! The foods. I cant stop about the foods, especially the yak meat pizza. Should try it! Lovely hotel, highly recommended! The staff are very responsive, and they paid top-level attention to everything! This is the best place in Chengdu to stay if you are waiting for a flight. Free shuttle service, clean and comfortable rooms, everything you need. The territory is very cozy and cozy. I'm really glad that I stayed in this place. The best impressions remained. Booking Grand Hyatt was best decision for our Chengdu leg!! The location is exceptional, situated just within walking distance of all the buzz and action at Chunxi Road. We only had 2 days in Chengdu and staying at Grand Hyatt meant we didn't need to travel anywhere else. Just the shops and food within walking distance are EXTENSIVE! It was great that we could get back easily to put our bags down before going for multiple rounds of shopping. Service was also thoughtful - front desk prepared a high floor room for us knowing we were celebrating a special occasion. Buffet breakfast also had a wide spread of good food - more like brunch with quality dishes and freshly squeezed juices daily. This is THE hotel that I'd stay in Chengdu, over and over again. For families with kids, there's also a modest playground at the back of the buffet restaurant. Looking forward to bringing our kids back to enjoy the good service and amazing proximity to all the buzz in the city. For the price point and quality, Grand Hyatt truly provides exceptional value for money. Good for a mid to high tier hotel if you have budget for a better stay.

The hotel was beautiful. Staff were kind and accommodating. They even offered to help book local excursions & events. The room was spacious and well appointed. Soothing color scheme and great amenities. Highlights included the breakfast—made to order soup with your choice of noodles or dumplings. Also a set of 6 small dishes with a wide range of flavors. In addition they have buffet style breakfast options—Chinese and western. There’s a serene outdoor sitting area with koi fish that simulates a small garden. Altogether a lovely experience. Would book again!

Very cozy hotel with helpful and passionate staff! It’s one station away from Chunxi Road but the walkway is very smooth. We walked there with luggage in early morning from airport bus and we didn’t feel tired at all. The location is amazing that you do get a benefit of quiet stay. Also many good and nice restaurants around hotel. We even went for a clinic next to hotel for the treatment of knee! After experiencing many hotels (Hanting/holiday inn/bloom) in Chengdu region I do recommend this place to whoever is planning to visit!

The whole environment was very comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. The food at the restaurant was great. We are on vegan diet and the chef could customise food for us which tasted great. It was definitely a great experience there.

While it was mostly pros, there were one or two cons. Pros: 1. Good service from the staff. Prompt service rendered with good service etiquette. 2. Location was good as we were just 5mins from Bipengou Scenic Area entrance. There were lots of food options within walking distance. 3. Nicely appointed hotel rooms, spacious and well designed. 4. Fantastic laundry machines. The wash and the dryer were incredible. Cons: 1. Smoking is a big problem here. Guests are allowed to smoke in the lobby, common areas indoors and in some rooms. Although we got a non-smoking room, the pillows and bedsheets in my room were full of smoke smells. It was quite unpleasant. 2. Cleanliness could be improved further. Overall, I think this is one of the best looking hotels in the area. T

We had a fantastic tranquil stay for 2 nights at this accommodation. The hosts are wonderful and show great hospitality to all their guests. They have offered rides in the area (for us a visit to the panda base was a must), organized a transfer, offered tea and coffee throughout the day and were available all the time. Our highlight was picking tea leaves with the family’s grandmother and preparing the tea with the family’s grandfather. The room and public places are cosy and well equipped. Our son loved the tree house in the backyard. The food was tasty and their menu offered us to try some local delicacies. Recommendation to everyone who wants to stay in the area around Ya’an.

First of all, I gotta thank to the staff (short guy) at the receptionist for helping me and ensuring I had a pleasant stay. I was a solo traveller and couldn’t speak the local language. But, I could see that the hotel receptionist was attentive and always ready to help me despite the language barrier. He always had the google translate ready. Helped me to hail the sightseeing bus too! Even reminded me to tell the driver of the sightseeing bus that Please give him recognition! He deserve it. Shoutout to the butler service too! I arrived late around 6 pm and the butler was arranged to pick me up at the entrance. He even helped me with my luggage. Also, on my end, I had forgotten to book the drop-off service in advance but they hotel staff still arranged one for me. Thank you for being accommodating! I strongly recommend to anyone who is looking to stay in and explored mountain siguniang at your own pace. 2 days 1 night is perfect. I stayed for 3 days 2 nights as I arrived late. Tips: Plan and start your travel to mountain siguniang in the morning. Sharing some pictures here!!!!
