Tidak jauh sangat untuk orang yang suka berjalan kaki. Anda boleh melakukan perjalanan dengan kereta bawah tanah dan mudah untuk pergi dari lapangan terbang dengan bas lapangan terbang. Bagi saya ia berbaloi.

Saya rasa ia adalah hotel yang bagus. Ia lebih bernilai daripada harganya. Jika anda tiba di Stesen Kereta Api Timur Chengdu dan mengambil susur keluar di seberang hotel, sila pastikan anda bergerak dari ruang bawah tanah stesen ke bahagian hotel. Ia tidak boleh diakses dari tanah. Terdapat beberapa jenis Rayfont, jadi lebih baik mencari hotel dalam kanji daripada bahasa Inggeris. Seperti yang dinyatakan dalam ulasan orang lain, saya pergi ke meja depan hotel yang berbeza pada mulanya lol. Saya membayangkan bilik itu agak kecil, tetapi terdapat ruang yang cukup di atas lantai untuk membentangkan beg pakaian yang besar, jadi saya fikir bilik ini akan baik jika anda mengembara sendirian. Kebanyakan hotel di sekitar sini mungkin sama. Anda boleh menikmati bufet sarapan Cina dengan hanya 18 yuan. Ia tidak terlalu lazat, tetapi pada harga ini, tidak ada salahnya menggunakannya. Kemudahan yang bersih dan lengkap Kakitangan mengesyorkannya dengan baik. Tetapi lokasi dan gambar dalam profil Perjalanan tidak betul, tetapi ia hanya sedikit di sebelah kanan (ada kedai yang menghalangnya). dan tingkat 5 kami terpaksa menukar lif ke tingkat 2, tetapi kakitangan pergi Jangan risau sama sekali. Anda boleh memesan makanan dari luar, hotel ini mempunyai robot. Dihantar ke hadapan bilik Berhampiran tarikan pelancong, kedai, restoran, ifs taigooli, hanya dalam jarak berjalan kaki yang singkat. Anda boleh meninggalkan bagasi anda selepas mendaftar keluar. Terdapat ruang menunggu di zon penerimaan.

This is a very nice and cozy place, very near to Chun Xi Rd so it’s very convenient access and go anywhere including the airport bus nearby. But yet its away enough from the bustling crowd. Stayed in 3 different rooms during the trip. Food is easily accessible too. There is also a shop right infront with lots of panda and local souvenirs. The front desk area is a good relaxing area and also has a nice chill out roof top bar Aloha. There is a billiard table for those who enjoy that. Only thing is it’s a little odd with a wet market on L1 and only a small entrance to the lift leading up to the reception on L3. But not a bad thing as you can experience real daily live in CD. It’s not a noisy market though, just a quiet market with spices and local supply. Two feedbacks (1) There is no where to hang up clothes in the room although hangers are provided (2) The hand wash bottle is the foam type and the liquid inside is not foam type. The bottle is not compatible with the liquid. So when press nothing can come out. Please change the bottle to normal pump bottle instead of the foam bottle.

Went as a group of 12 and let me say that all 12 of us really enjoyed our stay here! From the moment we arrived we were greeting with a warm drink and a bottle of water and the concierge was really patient and helpful! the amenities were really nice, they also have a gym and a laundry room with everything provided for free! And they even gave us a free welcome fruit basket and also a welcome dessert! They also give vouchers per day for either a free ice cream or tea time! 😍 we really enjoyed them💗 They also gave us a 平安果 as a Christmas Eve & parting gift when we checked out of the hotel🥹 Overall was a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend staying here as it's in the best location as well! 💗

I got a room with window and was staying for two nights. The room is ok. Furniture might seems to be a little but old (the wooden part) but everything works normally. The staff is really nice. They came to make our room for another day of staying. They changed all towels, slippers, water and etc. The place is near by pharmacy which open 24/7. The opposite of the hotel is a minimart which sell many kind of products such as dairy profuct, fruits and food. It is only 7 mins walk from Chunxi road and also not far from Tianfu square

We were like wow, wow, wow of its great location ! Just few steps away, you will find the vibrant shopping and eateries area. There are simply a lot of shops, malls to see and browse ! Do allocate some time for that ya. We just love the room that comes with a living hall as it gives a sense of staying just at your own home, seating area is comfortable and not just one single chair at the working desk or one single sofa which is absiolutely not enough ! The reception ladies especially Xiao Yue was very accomodating and works very fast ! Check in, check out, luggage handling were all super efficient. Kudos Xiao Yue ! Last one, the hotel name is TRAVELLING WITH !

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the IFS and Taikoo Li check-in places. The staff's attitude and service are very good. They are very enthusiastic. When checking in, the front desk will pour a cup of rose tea, which is freshly brewed. It is very good. The breakfast hours are also very nice, from 7:00 to 10:00. When we went downstairs to have breakfast at 10:00, it was still open, and we could still eat. This is still good. The breakfast is buffet-style, with both Chinese and Western food. The variety looks good, and the taste is also good. The room is clean, and the bathroom with the shower is dry and wet separated. Overall, it is worth recommending.

Staffs there were so nice, its suitable for 1-2days stay only, will not recommend if u r staying for more days. Room heater is not warm enough which resulted us from waking up in the middle of the night as its too cold. On our last day theres only cold water only not sure why, didnt bother to ask the staffs as theres no phone in the room to contact the counter. They provided counter number for us to use our phone to dial but we are foreigners so unable to do so.

Generally, the hotel is good. It's still brand new. It is locater at thre end of the line when you travel from the Jiuzhaihianglong train station. The staff tried to be helpful but it's still not satisfactory based on my standard. This maybe due to their limited English but I could tell they were trying to help. We stayed there for 2 nights. The first day went well with everything provided with disposable towels and little snacks thrown in. The second day we came back with the room not made up with no towels and everything provided on the first day. We came back around 8 pm hoping to relax but couldn't. When we asked them they started to get all the things like tea and coffee and stuff. What made me disappointed was when I asked them for the towels but were suggested to use the disposable towels. The problem was that it was very cold and those wouldnt do the job. However, another lady understood what we wanted and were trying to help. I feel like they would try to help better if they could communicate with us. It's very convenient to buy a bus ticket back to Huanglongjiuzhai high speed train station. Just walk out of the hotel and look for Jiyuan hotel. It's like a 3 minutes walk only. The park itself is about 1.5 km away or a little more so you can walk there The pictures show where you get the ticket and on board to go to the train station. The breafast are ok but nothing fancy. It has many choices though but were the same everday. If you want to walk around at niight it's about 4 km away from the town center. However, there're shops around the hotel.

Sangat berpuas hati, semburan siling bilik mandi, tandas pintar, peralatan tempat tidur bersih dan selesa, tenang pada waktu malam, bilik tidak berbau, ada perhentian bas, anda mesti menaiki bas ke Chunxi Road, anda boleh menaiki teksi jika anda tidak' tidak mahu, ia tidak mahal.

Location is convenient and room is pretty clean and new. However, we were misled by the hotel name, the hot spring is not real hot spring, it’s just jacuzzi…although they change water every time, the tub is still dirty, my back is full of sands afterwards…..and the water is not hot enough. Service is not adequate and professional enough.

Hotel is nice and clean. Breakfast alot of options n delicious. I dine in for dinner as well and the food is delicious. You can order dishes pair with rice or even hotpot. Front desk is helpful. There is a hot spring as well if u are interested. The location is abit deserted but they have free shuttle service to main place like entrance of jiu zai gou. Easy to order didi as well. Also we check out very early around 5:45am and thy manage to prepare a car to send us to take the bus back to huanglong railway station. Thanks for the great service.

The receptionist very nice and kind, especially Liu Yu (forgot to ask her name but I got her name from her colleague). Not sure whether she still remembers us, but we are the guest who check out on 27/11/24. Breakfast was good too.

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The staff gave us a warm welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay. As soon as I got off the car in front of the property, a staff member helped carry my luggage and escorted me to the accommodation. They thoroughly explained all the details about the property, which was very helpful. The staff spoke English fluently, so there’s no need to worry about communication, and they made every effort to understand our needs. I arrived in the afternoon, so I took some time to rest and recover from the travel fatigue. The room was clean and spacious. I chose a twin room, and the size was perfect for two people. The room was fully equipped with amenities such as drinking water, a hairdryer, and toiletries (the soap smelled amazing!). The bed was clean, soft, and very comfortable—it kept me warm and cozy even though it was around -4°C outside. The floor had a heater, and the staff made sure to explain everything clearly. There were extra blankets provided in the bedside cabinet and two types of indoor slippers available. The room also had a water heater, which worked perfectly. For meals, there’s a dining area downstairs. The food was delicious and served in generous portions. The hot tea was particularly delightful, and they also offered a variety of coffee and other drinks to choose from. I highly recommend trying the hotpot here—it was incredibly tasty! The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and paid great attention to detail. One of the staff members, who might also be the owner, kindly arranged a taxi for us to visit Shuangqiaogou. They also helped us book transportation back to Chengdu, with an additional service fee of 10 yuan per person. They were so thoughtful and accommodating! I was genuinely happy with my choice to stay here, and there was nothing disappointing about the experience. It was worth every penny and exceeded my expectations in every way. I even met many Thai travelers during my stay, so it was lively and far from lonely! If you’re unsure about staying here, I highly recommend this place—you won’t regret it. I truly hope to return someday! ＜3

Travelling to Jiuzhaigou from Chengdu now is such a breeze, with the high speed rail that goes direct to Huanglong Jiuzhai. A direct bus then connects and takes us straight to the scenic area. The bus stops directly in front of the hotel. Grand Rezen enjoys a fantastic location, being close to all the restaurants which are near to entrance of scenic area/ entrance of national park. About a 20min walk to the park, the hotel helps to arrange transport into the park in the mornings, if needed. Very clean and new-looking, and rooms come with heated beds, perfect for the current cold winter climate. Buffet breakfast serves a decent selection. Hotel staff are very helpful, and our 管家小韩 made sure to check in on us everyday, to see how our day went and to ensure we get any help that we might need. All in all a very comfortable stay, will definitely recommend.

The hotel is near the bus stop from huanglongjiuzhai station, the building behind KFC. Around the hotel , there are many restaurants and shops. We stayed here for 3 nights, and walked to jiuzhai valley national park, my parents liked there and this hotel very much . The view from my families room is superb!

Walkable distance to Bipenggou ticket office. Nice and spacious room. They provided disposable towel. So bring your own if you prefer a fluffy fabric one. Dinner at the hotel was delicious. However, breakfast was Chinese breakfast style. So if you're vegetarian or at the age that prefers green than meat, then breakfast here is so perfect to you. Staff were nice and helpful. I was there from late Nov to early Dec. The weather was really cold. The floor heater in the room keeps stopping working. Staff came to fix it, but after that it stopped again and again.

Great hotel located only a 10min walk to the Jiuzhaigou entrance. There are many food outlets nearby as well. Shower and bath were really good. Underfloor heating and air conditioning worked well. Only minor problem is no where to hang bath towels. They had outdoor spa but we didn't use it. Would stay again.

Location is good and value for the price. There is a smell of cigarette smoke everywhere. There is a no smoking sign in front of the elevator but people can be found smoking in the lobby in front of the elevator. The reception staff did not prohibit it. The window can only be opened halfway. It can be closed but cannot be locked. The room looks like it's undergoing renovations, there are stains, and there is hole at ceiling in the bathroom. The bathroom occupies approximately 40% of the room area. There is no separation of wet and dry areas in the bathroom.
