We did last min booking of this hotel. We arrived Bern train station, took tram #9 and arrived in front of the hotel, which was very convenient. Front desk was very efficiency to let us check in before their regular check-in time and gave us an upgrade room with beautiful old city view from balcony. The room is about the right size with natural and tasteful modern appearance. The coffee maker and hot water kettle are available in the room. The free city transportation ticket for hotel guesses are plus. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel very much.

Absolutely brilliant hotel, had the pleasure of staying there for five days. It was a very quiet hotel hardly heard a any noise, the food was excellent at both breakfast and dinner. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again

The location was lovely and the reception staff were incredibly helpful and gave us some great suggestions for places to visit.
The only issues for me were that room was very very small for two of us with large suitcases and the shower was a bit too intense with the pressure.
Besides that the aircon was wonderful, beds were relatively comfy and the breakfast was lovely and delicious!!!!

Ich war für zwei Nächte in der Jugendherberge Bern und muss sagen, dass es eine super Adresse für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Bern ist. Die Reservierung und Bezahlung vorab war komplett unproblematisch. Der staff war super freundlich, hat sich Zeit genommen Dinge zu erklären und man konnte sogar nett plaudern. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber und großer Bonus: Es gibt für jeden einen Schrank den man mit der Zimmerkarte verschließen kann. Das Frühstück ist inklusive und es ist mehr als reichhaltig: Kaffee, Müsli, Brot, Käse, Obst so viel man will. Angesichts der teuren Preise in Bern ist das ein absoluter Genuss so in den Tag zu starten. Man bekommt im Preis inklusive auch die Bern Card 2. Klasse mit welcher man alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nutzen kann (auch die Gurtenbahn). Ich habe nur zwei kleine Dinge zu bemängeln: Bad und Toilette waren ins Treppenhaus gebaut und sehr eng. Und die Matrazen waren absolut durchgelegen. Abgesehen von diesen Kleinigkeiten kann ich aber besonders auch aufgrund der Lage einen Besuch nur empfehlen. Die Jugendherbeger liegt direkt an der Innenstadt und es ist trotzdem angenehm ruhig direkt neben der Aare.

First the good things. It is across the street, in front of the train station at Bern. It was perfect for us as we were planning to (and did) go to a different city every day. They also gave us a voucher so we could use all Bern public transportation during our stay. I dont know if it is a standard in Bern, but it was welcomed. On the other hand, dont expect the hotel to be a luxury or modern one. The hotel is simple, to put it nicely. At some hours, during the day, the entrance had a bad smell. We did not book the breakfast, but, when we checked it, it turned out to be a wise decision. Room heating can only be controlled by opening windows. Pluggin laptops, phones and other things that needed charging was an exercise in logistics. The people at the front desk were all over the spectrum. The lady who received us was incredibly nice. That was it. Everybody else at the desk seemed to dislike their job and were more than willing to let you feel it.

Stayed in this hotel for two weeks during my official visit in Switzerland. Located just opposite to Schonegg Tram stop, this hotel is just 10 mins from Bern Bahnof (Railway Station). This is an old design hotel with all modern amenities. The staff at the reception are polite helpful. The room which I got was at the end of the corridor which was quite small in terms of width. The bed was also quite small. The room was giving a vibe of coziness though. The bathroom was neat and clean but was small The hotel has an in house restaurant located in the first floor. Overall the food in the menu were quite expensive. The room rent didn’t include complimentary breakfast so the breakfast was also quite expensive ( 7.5 CHF for express and 19.5 for Buffet) Positives 1. Courteous Staff 2. Free High speed Wi Fi 3. Complimentary Public Transport pass 4. Clean and Hygienic room 5. B’ful view from the window 6. Check In and Check out was smooth Negatives 1. Small room 2. It's was a wonderful trip to Bern and also Moxy Hotel. This is my first time in Moxy and my expectation was that it will be amazing friendly hotel and it was more then amazing. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of this hotel. When we went to check in, we got a WARM welcome from reception staff member. They explained about hotel, Bern ticket and the old town. The man at the reception gave us a voucher for a welcome drink which was very nice. Room was super cute but we did not found a laundry, but there was an ironing room. The thing which I loved the most in a room was a welcome message on a TV!! Overall, I recommend this hotel for everyone!!!

PPengguna TetamuThe experience at Hotel Bellevue Palace was truly impressive. We were welcomed by the General Manager of the hotel at check-in and all the staff members were very welcoming and friendly.
The location of the hotel is about a 10-15 min walk from the Bern Banhof and centrally situated in the city of Bern. The room was spacious with a small balcony, a powder room, and a bathroom. The work desk also had its own power sockets compatible with various plugs from all over the world.
Checkout was smooth and easy and the front desk staff (I believe it was Paula) offered to help us to load our bags to our car and gave us a bottle of water for the journey.
The experience was truly 5 stars and is well worth the cost.

The location is perfect and the transportation very easy and free to get to the heart of the city. If I ever come back to Berna, I will definitely choose Muri Hotel again. No one & no instructions on how to turn on the lights or operate the roll down shutters or anything else in the room. It was frustrating. There are large patio doors (no patio though) that open with electric roll down shutters. But our room faced busy train tracks & so leaving those doors open meant hearing VERY frequent train traffic late into the night & then starting again in the early morning. It wasn’t pleasant. Another thing to know about this hotel is the A/C is controlled & is central to the ENTIRE hotel and it’s not cool in the rooms🥵. There is NO adjusting it in your room or for your room 🥵. It is just what it is. We were advised to open our patio doors to get more air🤪. That would work if it’s cool outside AND there were not the train traffic! There is no ventilation fan in the bathroom and that just adds humidity to the room with no way to vent it. So this hotel is modern meets we don’t trust you. We would not stay here again & from now on even if the hotel says there is a/c we will have to ask the further question about who controls it & the temp.

PPengguna Tetamu服務：前台服務態度很好，但英語不是太標準，辦理入住時多收了停車費用（我們其實沒有開車），後來多收的費用也給退回卡上了。整體不錯。
設施：房間很大，很舒服。剛入住時發現電視沒電，吹風機也是壞的，不過在聯繫前台後，維修師傅很快就來解決了，沒有影響。
食物：覺得瑞士物價貴，沒在酒店訂吃的。
整體：酒店位置很好，交通很便利，離玫瑰園也很近，晚飯後一家人慢悠悠的溜過去，很舒服愜意。如果帶小孩的話，值得考慮。

This hotel is ideal for a long weekend or business trip, located as it is within easy walking distance from the station and close to a bus stop from where you can visit all you want to see of this lovely historic capital of Switzerland. The hotel bedrooms are on the small side and basically furnished, but they are comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast is excellent - the best I have enjoyed in hotels across Switzerland - and the breakfast room is spacious. Above all the personnel were friendly and helpful - when the train network broke down on the day of my departure they allowed me to return to my room to rest!

Switzerland such an amazing country with so lovely ppl, but this hotel was the worst! Staff at the reception was extremely not professional in Ibis and Novotel (both). Whenever u ask any assistance they will never even try to help or assist you, the hosting is the worse. The girl at the reception from Novotel just careless, she will look at you as you have to deal with ur problems. No Adapter to even charge the phone they can’t provide. We stayed for more than 7 hotels at the time we checked in here and even in the villages were adapters. Okay that’s not the main problem. Business center of the Novotel is USELESS! U can’t download, exit save send to ur own email as they blocking system, okay why then I need the business center?! So we just sit there for 1 hour and didn’t understand the problem, and the guy from reception said yes this is how it is. Take it or leave it! But as everywhere there are sone good ppl, who has really deserved to work in a hospitality field. Staff such as like JANINE & TANZINE ( i hope the spelling is correct) were just an angel and a fresh air from this all what we faced during the stay. They just solved our problems in a second, that’s the host we’re looking for when we come to the country where u don’t know anything and anyone. Thanks girls, rock it stars! Six of us stayed for one night in three rooms, all three were really warm as there was no air con, just a floor fan. We had a really annoying ceiling light just outside the bathroom which came on every time you moved near it, particularly frustrating when you get up in the night and bathe the room in light. We also had a disturbed night as we were woken up at about 22.30 by someone coming into our room (my husband yelled at them - not sure who was more startled) and our room key didn’t work next day. When we asked reception about it next morning they weren’t particularly apologetic and blamed a sister hotel for allocating our room to someone else. Breakfast wasn’t great (not much choice, dry croissants) but the coffee machine made a good espresso.
