Hotel Bern dengan Sarapan

Our stay at Hotel Savoy was truly wonderful. The location was perfect — right in the heart of the city, close to shops and attractions. The room was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the amenities were excellent. The staff were warm, professional, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.

パリからインターラーケンに移動するのに途中1泊しました。直前に取ったので特に期待してなかったのですが、今回の旅行で1番素敵な宿でした！まず全てが清潔で、足りないものがないです。部屋の設備は十分で、滞在中使えるウォーターボトルやリュック、傘なども置いてありました。朝ごはんも無料でついていてチーズも4種類くらいありました。 Bern駅からも近くて治安も良いし、受付のスタッフの方々みんなフレンドリーで親切でとても快適に過ごすことができました。またBernに来ることがあれば必ずここを選ぶと思います！

I truly appreciate the staff at this hotel. • Upon arrival, the male staff welcomed me with a cheerful tone that immediately made me feel friendly and comfortable in Bern. • After check-out, the female staff kindly allowed me to store my baggage so I could enjoy a full day exploring the city. She also let me rest in the lobby while waiting for my train, without any hesitation. • Later, the same male staff noticed I had been waiting for a long time and thoughtfully suggested I visit a nearby shopping center. His advice was very helpful—it gave me a relaxing place to wait close to the train station, without the stress of rushing or walking too far to the platform.

Booking a room for 3 adults, they will provide sofabed. But for us, better the sofa bed is folded. The twin bed, become one, was enough for 3 adults, and the room was more spacious. Water dispenser is provided near lift, and ironing room in each floor. there is no refrigerator inside the room, but we can leave food in the hotel refrigerator. Hotel with good Sauna room and swimming pool, but the water is cold during spring period. We like the service of the staffs, especially one of the beautiful girl as a receptionist, friendly and caring.

Location is 10-12 minutes from city centre by tram and about the same for major train station should you wish to do day trips to Belp, Thun etc. Room is clean and staff is friendly although they keep chasing you for your room number if you get breakfast too (I did for all my mornings). Room is ok, bed is comfortable but heads up if you face the tram you might hear the outdoor noise until midnight or so. Reception staff speak good English and is helpful if you need any suggestions for your trip.

While amenities are limited, the showers and sinks are fully functional, meeting basic accommodation needs and ensuring a comfortable journey without breaking the bank.

This hotel is good. Thanks for the excellent service from Sherpa. She designed multiple ways to help you to check in successfully even if I arrived late by around 7:30pm. Initially I weer afraid that I could not enter into this hotel and could not check in when all staff were off after office hours. She was responsive when I pick up a phone in the lobby to call the service hotline. She is patient and smart. I am lucky I met with her resolving all of my issues. Thank you

Hotel is in an ideal location with a very short walk from a nearby train station. The Hotel has a lovely old feel to it but is very clean. The breakfast is continental style but with enough on offer. The reception staff were very friendly and extremely helpful and positive about the City. The Hotel offers a pop up bar across the road. Very nice stay and the only complaint was soft pillows.
