First of, let's talk about location. The location is peaceful but if you want to buy grocery or head on to nearby restaurant or just quick walk by, you need to at least go around 800-900 metres from the location. Secondly as I entered the property, I was warmly greeted by staff and manager and check in was done hassle free! Now about the room, since I was on a solo trip, the room was pretty big and amazing. All the amenities were available, AC, fan, hot water for bath, drinking water, soap (liquid soap) for both shower and hand wash placed differently. About food: I had breakfast, and dinner there for 2 days.. Food was decent, not brilliant, taste wise it was decent and quantity price wise was amazing. Seevice: Room service was a bit slow coz when I had asked for drinking water I told them twice and got it on third time when I asked one of the staff. Staff is really friendly and amazing though. Overall I had an amazing experience, and it can improve on food and service and it would be perfect but kinda defeats in the location.

We stayed for one night in the hotel. Really good place for vegetarian tourist. Location and food were good. Only negative part being their was no window in room so there was no natural light in our room. Overall, still would prefer and suggest member to stay in the room, given the location and veg. Food. The best part of stay was tea which we consumed twice. Really enjoyed same.

Rooms were nice. Food was awesome. Thanks to chef who took request for pakhala thali although it was not being served in the evening.

Its a economic budget home stay. Location is very good. It is very close to kalinga university (kiit, located in a peaceful area and also very close (about 350 mtr) to excellent market. Good eateries, malls, branded showrooms available in market. It is average stay for single male person. I didn't see any family staying there. Rooms, bed, bathrooms are only okay for staying with respect to economy budget stay but not deep cleaned and they are in-hygienic. Very difficult to stay in non-ac rooms because there was no cross ventilation in the room and it was becoming hotter and suffocating with fan on in summer days. The staff and manager are very co operative and helpful though not very professional. Staff always try to resolve your queries and problems. They provide blanket, towel, soap, handwash liquid soap, hair oil & shampoo shachet. Pillows on bed are not soft.

The hotel is very nice . I came here for my son wedding and we spend very good time with this hotel. This is a 4 star property,but I want to give them 5 star . ...........................................All staffs are friendly basically Front office staffs . Well groomed, nice behavior.

Dear Simon, My wife and I had a very enjoyable stay at your Mayfair Lagoon hotel last week. The hotel was upscale and serene. The hotel staff were welcoming, responsive, and professional. We loved the hotel ambience. It was my 2nd stay and both stays have been positive and very memorable. We dined at Lemon Grass and Mama Mia with relatives. Both the food and service were great. We also enjoyed the variety of options at the breakfast buffet in Tea Pot. Simon’s (Front Desk) help in getting foreign currency exchange done was amazing. Her customer focus and professionalism are true assets for a hotel like Mayfair Lagoon. Her efficient professional service with a smile makes Mayfair Lagoon hotel desirable and welcoming to foreign nationals. Thank you for making our stay memorable.
